These guys are AMAZING! We took about 4-5 estimates in a week. We found Paintrix and figured we give them a call and get an estimate as well. Enrique came out and gave us a estimate and got us samples the same day. The estimate was more than fair and averaged right in the middle of a few other estimates. This review is long overdue! I purchased a condo in August of 2017, and after viewing it I knew that I wanted the whole interior repainted. I reached out to my contacts and one of them referred me to Enrique, the owner of Paintrix. This was back in 2017, before I moved in. I reached out to him via text at first and he was quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable. He was also willing to accommodate my schedule, which I was very grateful for as I know he does a ton of larger jobs and my job wasn't worth as much as those to him. But I found out he treats all jobs, big or small, the same way as if he were painting his own place, which I think reflects highly of his work ethic and the way he does business. We talked over the phone and he came over to see the scope of the project, discuss cost and time. He gave me a quote which was very competitive and the time frame he gave for the duration of the project was excellent as well. We moved forward with the project. He called me to let me know it was finished, and it was ahead of his estimated completion date. When I returned back to my place to see the work, I was blown away. The place from the ceiling all the way to the edge of the floor was completely transformed. I knew painting would make a difference but I was honestly surprised at how much of a difference it made. Even the ceiling and moldings were finished to perfection, along with places like the inside of the closets! Needless to say, Paintrix is the company that I use anytime I need some work done. I eventually got my kitchen cabinets repainted, which also came out fantastic. Then later they did some drywall repair for me on a pretty big hole and around all my recessed lights. Everything was done to the point where you couldn't tell there was any damage to begin with in the first place. I can't review their work, but after giving me a fairly reasonable quote on Yelp, Enrique was quite rude in person: he insisted that they needed a new sheet for every part of the drywall that was missing, and that you couldn't just cut pieces to fit. It would be entirely reasonable to charge per patch, but hopefully other companies aren't quite so wasteful with drywall. read more
