I ordered the Avenue style steak which came with a egg which was overcooked also came with shrimp that was dry and overcooked as well and the potato slices were not seasoned at all . My partner ordered the Picanha Grelhada the steak was very fatty hard to cut the rice and beans were good . We were not offered dessert or coffee just wasn't a very good experience. The atmosphere is old and dated also it was very dark in the bar area. We will try it again. Every cook has a bad day.

All of the other staff seemed to be working hard and hustling around clearing tables and plates and serving guests. Hot and cold side food bars were continually checked on and filled with fresh products. I liked the ambiance. Decor was appropriate and the high ceilings helped with any restaurant noise. The shift lead/floor manager always having eyes on all aspects of the flow in the restaurant. Overall a really great evening. Recently the black beans had more pork in them than beans which made it hard to get only beans for my really picky 6 year old (who I can at least talk into eating rice and beans and salad for dinner there). They make a stewed chicken that is to die for. Their grilled meats are great - not too salty. Overall we just really enjoy the ambiance and people who work there.
