Had a great experience here. Metered parking and a nearby garage. Loved the decor and design. It looks upscale without the upscale pricing. Very clean with a friendly and helpful staff. We made a reservation to be safe. There is a little section with a salad bar, delicious cheese options and other extras you can add to the meal. There is a menu, but we came for the all you can eat menu. There was a special at the time for discounted price but it didn't include lamb chops and filet mignon. There was a variety of flavored steaks, sausage and chicken. Everything tasted good and and was freshly cooked. My favorite was the Picana Sirloin. Would definitely come back. It was a good value for the quality and variety of food they serve.

I was looking forward to dining at Fogo de Chão for my birthday, but was a bit disappointed with my overall experience. To start, we came on a Wednesday evening which seemed to be a pretty slow night. Service was slow from start to end. We received our appetizers before our drinks and it took several attempts to get the attention of our server. We opted for the full experience so we could get our meat tableside. This also felt like a longer waiting time. The salad bar was fine with plenty of options to select from. Overall we left feeling like we spent a lot of money for a mediocre experience. I'm curious to try their new Brooklyn location to see if I have a similar experience.

From my pictures please see how lovely this restaurant is ; not to mention the exceptional staff. A Beautiful restaurant to enjoy! My bestie and I were treating a friend for her birthday and she unexpectedly cancelled last minute so we decided to go anyway...glad we did . My bestie never had been to a Brazilian churrasquería and I wanted her to experience the endless rounds of meats brought to your table by simply flipping from red to green which means go...give me amazing selections . Of course walk up to the salad bar which has lovely Brazilian selections sales ; rice and beans pumpkin soup different salads etc. the waiters were happy to refill our drinks take away our plates and bring to start off with lovely yuca bread mashed potatoes and other assortment of lovely delights. We left stuffed ... the only concern maybe if your are handicapped or have children to get to restaurant it's many many stairs fyi but other than that perfection . The staff told us happy hour all day everyday in the bar area perfect

I forgot to take pictures of the meats! The service here was excellent it was my first time and I felt very welcomed. The bread is amazing !!! The meats were perfectly cooked to whatever I desired the cook and they kept on coming. Sirloin, lamb, sausage you name it they came with it. The salad bar was fresh and ranch dressing tasted really good. Great place to get some protein.

Good food at this location. Selection at the stations was varied and delicious. Service was good, but realized we reserved at an off peak time. To dine in what used to be a bank with grand stairs and ceilings was priceless. When the meat came the flowed. Great drinks.

Talk about disappointment. I wanted to try this chain for some time. I opted on this location (Westchester) rather than driving into the city. Mainly for parking however this was not different as I had to look for paid parking . This particular location is nice. It appears it was an old bank. The staff was friendly, they appeared young and a little uncoordinated but yet eager. My 2 star is really 2.5 and is not directly a reflection of this particular location moreso I feel this chain is over hyped and the food was mid. The food was fresh, hot, and quick. Some dish simply were not good to me. The meat (churrasco) tasted blan. The only season was salt. Again I simple did not enjoy. The cheese ball breads were very tasty. The star of the show were the drinks. Now they were good ! I personally have no reason to go back and if you must go I would advise you go when they are running a special.

Ambiance 10/10, Service 9/10, Food 10/10, overall 10/10. Treated my son for his bday and so glad we did! The food was soooooo good, not one item on the market table wasn't tasty. The drinks perfect. Service a little slow but in their defense it was 5 days before Christmas and they were packed every table taken especially by big parties. The restaurant was immaculate, even the restrooms were spotless which is hard for such a big place but they got every detail right. Total photo worthy restaurant every corner was a perfect point to pose. Will be back many times!

It was our first and last time at this location. First, the service and the food were subpar. We did not receive the service that we paid for. We constantly had to ask for things such as water. Drinks were ordered and never arrived. We asked for a dessert menu and when it was handed to us, it only contained alcohol. We came here to celebrate a birthday and this was noted on the reservation, but it was also ignored. Do not waste your money on the buffet option, because it's not worth it. I would not recommend this place. The only person that was actually attentive was Jessica, other than her, everyone actually sucked. The one thing that actually was promptly given was the check when asked for it. I highly recommend for you to skip this place.

If you like Brazillian Steakhouse this where you should go! Premiere meats and side dishes! Location: It is located along Main Street. The interior is nice, cozy and little bit upscale. Service: they have the best employees! They always ask us if everything is fine every 5 minutes. Lol Food: The food was good! The meats are well cooked, tender and you can see where they are grilling it. One thing is that I felt like the same meats came to us twice or trice. For the price of $86 per person, I felt like I'm tasting the same meat. I even refused some of them cause I already know that I had it. Probably during our dine in there are only 6-7 meats that were given to us. The side dishes were amazing! I came back for the watermelon with spice and cheese! And they gave us small bread as well. Those breads were amazing! Price rating: 8/10. Quite pricey for the same meats that keep coming back to us. I will definitely come back here because I love Brazilian steak! Just hoping that they will have more varieties of meat.

Instagram Deal 9.21.24
Betz V.

Thought the Instagram deal a nice way to explore Brazilian gaucho style bbq. (Called to reserve AND confirmed that it would be the Instagram promotion, then at the lunch when I got there AGAIN confirmed it would be this promotion. Both times I was told yes!) But oddly I was charged $53.50. When I talked to the manager they took $5 off. This seems shady to me). Casual dining. Everyone else was in jeans. Went with Brazilian Gaucho friends that do their fire pit authentic grilling. They checked out the kitchen at Fugo. There is no open flame. They tasted the difference immediately that it was not like they do at Plataforma in NYC or like they do in their Backyard. The steaks were ok. I really enjoyed the buffet and thought it had a nice variety of fruits and salads you don't get elsewhere. That alone would be worth the money. This place also makes really great drinks! Fresh muddled ingredients. Loved it!

Keto Heaven. The first two weeks of keto are the worst, your stomach growls and nothing can satisfy the craving. An endless flow of meat is just what you need to get through the first two weeks. For both kids and adults, this place is fun. It's like one big game of red light green light, but with meat. The Tomahawk (ribeye) here is really good. The service here is spectacular. They are always coming over and asking how you are doing. Miguelina has taken care of us every time I come. She is amazing and deserves a shout out. The ambiance here is very nice with music playing. It's enjoyable to spend a lot of time here. I love this place. -1 because they ran out of parmesan cheese. I was very surprised by this. This is a great place to bring big parties. They have a lot of big tables and can feed entire families.

As you walked in you're greeted by a nice fire place and a nicely decorated bar and free coat check. Surprisingly the place is bigger than it looks first coming in with extra private space at the back and downstairs to accomodate a big party. The ambiance is a dark and gold decor with dimmed light and somewhat romantic. The vibe is great, one thing to notice tho is that it gets loud. You can't hardly hear the person you talking to so you find yourself speaking louder than you should. Overall vibes/energy was great tho. The service was also good. The staff are attentive and prompt without hovering over you every second but they made sure we were good the entire time. The food was great. We ordered the New York strip in bone with broccoli and the porter house with mashed potatoes...One big thing to note here is that you order your steak and is just that...steak!... If you want sides you have to order separately which you would think for the price it should be automatically included, ITS NOT!. But but I must say, steak was cooked to my satisfaction and seasoned nicely. Broccoli was just perfect and nicely seasoned and mash potatoes was very smooth/creamy not chunky. Overall, this is a great place for a date, special celebration, anniversary etc. Its pricey comparable to other steakhouse in white plains but definately would recommend. I still give it a 9/10. I would come back again and sit at the bar and order some appetizers. Parking: plenty of metered parking on side street or garage in the back.

(I don't know why the drink time took so long though ) The decor was also beautiful and created such cozy atmosphere. Our waiter was also wonderful: attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of. So thank you for that The only downsides were situational but worth mentioning because it is why I did not give 5 stars. We were seated right by the door on a night when it was about 6 degrees outside, and with two doors constantly opening, so the breeze was terrible. We did ask if both doors could be kept closed due to the extreme weather, but it didn't stay closed for too long... Also, at the end of the meal, a different waiter rang us up and didn't return our change. There was already an automatic gratuity applied, but it would've been nice to at least be given the option to decide on an additional tip ourselves. Overall, great food, great ambiance, and solid service! Just a few details that could've made the experience perfect

Service was friendly, however...extremely slow. Our favorite part of the meal was the clothesline bacon strips and popovers. Omg...that bacon was thick and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend. I could have stopped with just my popover, bacon and coffee. Our second course I picked the Greek yogurt with granola and berries. I am pretty sure it was not Greek yogurt as the menu stated. Greek yogurt is usually very thick and this was runny...still very good and tasty, but I was hoping for the Greek yogurt. (I could be wrong however I eat greek yogurt every morning). Onto our main course...I picked just scrambled eggs and potatoes...others picked the omelette and the waffles and chicken. My scrambled eggs tasted powdery. Not the best I've had. I absolutely love potatoes of all kinds and unfortunately, I did not care for these which is shocking for me. Others said their omelettes were cold and rubbery. The waffles were just OK and cold. In fact, my 2nd cup of coffee was cold, and I asked for a hot steamy cup, which was quickly brought out. On a good note, the room we were seated in was bright and cheery. Tables and chairs were comfy since we were sitting for quite sometime. Our servers were all very sweet and seem to want to please. However, we waited way too long between courses. The men at our table were getting very antsy. (Kids were better than the men...haha!) Overall, we had a nice family gathering but the food...just fair.

Sad to say, after being loyal customers, this place turned us off tonight permanently. I placed a large anniversary dinner order by phone, including tahdig ($12). During the call, I specifically asked if the rice came with tomato and onion and was told no it comes with the tahdig that I ordered. So yes it comes with the order. I was also asked whether I wanted the gheymeh on top or on the side of the tahdig. I chose on the side. When I got home, the order didn't match what was discussed: The tahdig wasn't traditional rice tahdig like me or my wife have had countless times. It was more like this brownish, sheet-like, crumble with a few flecks of rice on the crumble, but not crispy. Not Persian tahdig. The gheymeh was missing entirely, despite being discussed on the call. The tomato and onion that I was told were included were not there. The fesenjan had only a few pieces of chicken. The ghormeh sabzi was okay, but pretty underwhelming in flavor. I called politely to clarify about the missing tahdig (for next time) and was told someone would call me back. No one did. When I called again an hour later, the same person who took my original order responded in a dismissive and accusatory tone, unilaterally escalating her tone and voice immediately, almost angrily accusing me of daring to call, and told me that the tahdig does not come with gheymeh, and tomato and onion aren't included either. (This is the opposite of what I was told when ordering). She repeatedly interrupted me, talking over me, instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue. We've been coming here since moving from Southern California a few years ago, whenever we felt homesick and wanted some Persian food. The food has always been....OK....nothing like Persian restaurants in Toronto or Southern California, but we continued ordering out of nostalgia and lack of other options. However, this experience today, incorrect information, missing items, no follow-up, and then, the way the situation was handled was our final turn off. Disappointing, especially for what was meant to be a special occasion. We won't be returning, nor will our visiting Persian family or friends.

Last year I also tried their Pineapple Sweet Chili wings and Jalapeño Cilantro wings. Pineapple Sweet Chili was a mix of sweet pineapple flavor with a mild chili sauce. More sweet than spicy, kind of sticky and tropical. Jalapeño Cilantro was a fresher, herb forward flavor with jalapeño heat and cilantro brightness. Besides almost every table full at 1:15 lunch...including the back room and it is a large restaurant. We were seated without a wait. Took longer to navigate the huge menu. Hubby and I just wanted a light lunch. He ordered the chicken wings and I ordered the "fish" sandwich w/o cheese. Unfortunately, I was served the chicken sandwich not the requested fish sandwich. It still came with avacado, onions, tomato and lettuce. (No cheese as requested). Once I took a bite I realized I had the wrong sandwich. I was disappointed. Waiter apologized and offered to switch it up...I can see he felt bad and we were not quite sure where we both messed up...could have been me? Him? Not a big deal...I just kept it and enjoyed. Chicken was slighty dry (cheese would have fixed the dryness) but seasoned perfectly. It was a large sandwich with two layers of thin grilled chicken. I would split it next time. I like the way it was served...wrapped in a paper. I requested un-seasoned fries and my request was honored. It was all a generous portion. The restaurant is high energy, food around us all looked delicious and fresh, cocktails looked really good...I wanted to taste the cappuccino martini next to us...tempting to order one. Service was timely, friendly and efficient. Noise level a tad high however it was easy enough to carry on a conversation. Overall, I understand the reason this place was so busy...definately a solid fun place...wish it were on my neighborhood as I enjoy exploring different dishes. Thumbs up for sure.

Fun, authentic and mostly delicious Colombian food. Bakery too! :)…read more Very friendly service. Large, very comfortable room. I wish they had fresh juices (not just fake OJ called "fresh") that's the only part that does not feel truly Colombian.
