Well, my son and I were in the mood for pizza and garlic knots. I normal place (vocelli's) is temporarily closed. I ordered from here . . . Boy were we disappointed. Ordered pepperoni, onions, and green peppers. Barely any veggies. Just a few flakes of onions and peppers. The roof of our mouths are burnt from the sauce. The best part of the pizza we ordered was the nice man with the kind smile who delivered the pizza. The pizza itself was awful. The toppings were sparse and had zero flavor. The crust was like cardboard. We ordered a large but the size was more like a medium. With taxes, tip and delivery it was $35. A frozen pizza from the grocery store is $10 and 1000 times better than Paisanos. I will not order from them again. read more

Location makes all the difference. I ordered from the Eisenhower location the other day after running errands, and the pizza was excellent. I've ordered pizza and wings several times through Uber. The first time, the pizza was delicious so I decided to order a second time. This time I ordered pizza and wings. The wings were dry and tasteless so I threw them out. The pizza was okay but not as good as the first time. The third time I ordered a pizza that was to be half sausage and half mushroom. What I got was a tasteless cheese pizza and two containers. One was sausage and the other was mushrooms. I assume that they wanted me to sprinkle the sausage on one side and sprinkle mushrooms on the other. The pizza was already cold when it arrived. While it seemed to arrive quickly, I'm guessing this was somehow caused by Uber. Since the pizza was cold, the toppings wouldn't stick to the pizza and fell off when I picked up a slice. I was confused by how the website permitted me to order the half and half pizza. Perhaps I did something wrong. I plan on contacting the manager to discuss whether the problems were caused by how I ordered the pizza or is this just the way they make the half and half pizza. Until I have this conversation, I will be ordering pizza from another store. read more

I recently submitted a negative review based on an incident with someone who claimed to be the manager and was named Nina and who was extremely rude! Since that incident, the ACTUAL manager named Nina reached out to me and what a world of difference! THIS Nina was kind, friendly and understanding. I could hear in her voice concern and appreciation for me as a customer. Loved it! I Recently moved from another state and wanted to try a pizza place around here. I've seen a lot of advertisements from this place but when I looked up the reviews on Yelp they were not good. I said you know what let's give it a try. I ordered online BBQ pizza, Garlic Spinach pizza and hot wings to pick up. I set up the time for pick up at 5:30pm and paid online. The online ordering it is very easy, you can add or remove toppings from the signature pizzas (yes there's a charge to add more) I got there around 5:32 and the pizza was ready, the staff was very welcoming and the restaurant looked clean. Also keep in mind with your first online order you get FREE garlic knots if the order is over 25$ :) I highly recommend the Garlic Spinach pizza! It was very good. Not greasy the ingredients looked fresh and also they put a lot in mine! :) The BBQ pizza my fiancé liked it as well the only thing is the cheddar cheese was a little too much. Next time we will order it without the cheddar cheese. WINGS: I am a hot wings fan and let me tell you this ones were great! BIG huge hot wings :) so the price it's worth it. I ordered a Gyro and I requested not to add Feta cheese to it based on my allergy. However, the Gyro was prepared and received with Feta all over it. After waiting for an hour to receive, it went in the garbage. I received a refund from Uber but still unacceptable for Paisanos lack of attention to request and detail especially when there's a food allergy involved. I will never order from here again and do not recommend! read more

***"UPDATE***** I received a phone call from local management this morning confirming what took place the night before. After apologizing to me she asked what they could do to make it right. I just didn't want to be charged for anything at this point. The manager agreed and offered to send me a pie for either lunch or dinner. I called later that afternoon, she took my order personally and made the pie herself. It was promptly delivered, I got a large instead of the medium I was expecting and a slice of cheese cake (unnecessary but appreciated). I'm a firm believer in that if you call out someone publicly you should praise them publicly as well. Nicely done Paisano's, nicely done! read more

Normally this place is great but tonight I'm very disappointed in the quality of food I received. I ordered a medium pepperoni half cheese pizza and it was terrible. The crust was incredibly thin in the middle and super thick around edges the cheese fell off the pizza and it was super greasy. It seems like they rushed to make the pizza because it was just awful. I realize that it was around closing time and that maybe they were ready to go home but that is no excuse to not serve quality food. I won't be buying pizza from this location any time soon. Update. So the next day after I made this review I got a phone call from the manager and he offered to give me a refund. I'm STILL waiting on that refund. It was a nice gesture for him to call and do that but the fact that I NEVER received my money back really says a lot about the type of business they are running. I didn't feel the need to follow up bc I feel like if you say you are going to do something then you need to follow through. I will no longer spend my money at this location. read more

When it was ready I opened the box to make sure they got the order right and instantly I knew this pizza would suck and should of declined it but thought I have never tasted it so I should try it. I could just tell my the presentation of the pizza that they used inferior topping. Spinach was frozen, garlic was totally not fresh, the veggies were lame, just white onions, pepper and black olives. I was expecting red onions, brocolli and mushrooms. I ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce and 2 steak and cheese subs. Paid above 40$ which is honestly a rip off for how small portions everything was. The steak and cheese sub doesn't even come with anything like fries or even a bag of chips. The spaghetti and meat sauce was way to salty for me to even enjoy the pasta noodles or the meat sauce. My wife was laughing at me as I was struggling to swallow and finish the pasta. And I swear the pasta use to come with cheese melted on top which it didn't this time.
