    Bacon and pepperoni pizza.

My family enjoys the pizza here. Never disappoints... I have never dined in, usually just have it delivered.

8/16/25 - After a bad first experience with Maryland chain pizza, I decided to give it one last shot. And I'm glad I did. We went to Paesano's Pizza which is six minutes from the park. Yes, Seinfeld fans, I am aware. It wouldn't be fair to rate them against my local pizzerias because they'd lose hands down But I'm happy to rank them against our chains. It's a tick better than Pizza Hut and way better than Domino's, Papa John's and Little Caesars. The difference here is the crust and generosity of the toppings. The crust has a garlic in olive oil flavor and it's crunchy and delicious. Because of the amount of toppings (see pic), there's no way to eat this pizza without a knife and fork. The weight of the toppings alone cause it to go limp. But at 12 bucks for a small pie, the toppings do make it worth the price. Small cramped dining area but I dont see this as a problem as it appears most diners are interested in take out anyways. The mozzarella sticks are subpar. The cheese is very flavorful but the outer breadcrumb coating is completely bland having no Italian seasoning flavor whatsoever. Overall Restaurant Ranking : C+

As you can clearly see in the photo I posted, the chicken wings still had feathers on them absolutely disgusting.

I've been a loyal customer of Paisano Pizza for years, ordering from here at least twice a week. But today's experience was beyond unacceptable it was disrespectful.I ordered extra crispy wings, and what I got was far from that. Not only were they soft and soggy, but they still had FEATHERS on them absolutely disgusting. I called and was told they'd remake them. Fine. But what happened next was the final straw. The delivery guy shows up, doesn't greet me, doesn't apologize nothing. First thing out of his mouth: "Give me the other wings. No customer service, no decency, no acknowledgment that they messed up. He just snatched the new wings from behind his back like it was some shady exchange. I showed him the feathers to make a point not that he seemed to care. The entire situation felt like they thought I was just trying to get free food. Let me be VERY clear: I don't need free food. I could buy the whole damn restaurant if I wanted to.The issue here wasn't the wings it was the absolute lack of respect, accountability, and professionalism. This is how you treat a regular customer? Never again. You've lost someone who supported your business religiously. Do better.

Good afternoon, do you guys not use the same ingredients (more specifically the cheese) as the Rockville and Gaithersburg locations? Even the sauce tastes slightly different.

Good afternoon Polo, all of our ingredients are the same!

Excellent authentic Chicago Italian Beef sandwiches and deep-dish pizza!…read more We skipped eating before driving west from Baltimore to Frederick (Jun 2026) for the sole purpose of getting authentic Chicago Italian Beef sandwiches from Rosati's! It's a dense crispy Italian roll filled with tender long-simmered traditionally-seasoned lightly spicy thin-sliced lean beef. Never microwaved, because that would have a tragic impact on the texture of the beef. It's served with your choice of softly sautéed sweet green peppers, or giardiniera spicy pickled vegetables mix. We went with the sweet peppers which really complemented the savory flavors of the beef. And the sandwich has anywhere from a splash of savory au-jus to a full-soak. We got the juice on the side for dipping bite by bite. Rosati's kindly gave us two little cups, enough to make the sandwich fully "wet". We have it that way when we can handle a super-messy sandwich, but today, dipping was the wise move. They have great authentic Chicago-style deep-dish and "tavern-style" thin crust pizza here too. Today our heart was set on the Italian beef! This Rosati's is takeout, along the west side of a strip-mall just off the highway. It's easy to find, with plenty of parking. The owner has been there every time we've gone, which is a sure way to uphold quality, and they do!

I ordered takeout, but I will say that I did not realize in advance that the place would be basically a pure takeout with only a single table (albeit one that was well-attended during my visit). I've been to several of the big players in Chicago. The pizza here smells right, the sauce has the tang you'd expect. The crust didn't quite hold up for me, making for a messy pizza and not the most impressive flavor. Ordering a spinach pizza was a good decision as the spinach was abundant. A salad was robust in size, though they did not have my first choice dressing. A tiramisu made a nice divergence on a later date. They made two mistakes with my order, giving me a garlic bread with cheese that I'd ordered without, and not giving me a side of sweet peppers that I'd ordered. These weren't huge enough to make we want to drive back there to get corrective action on. Overall, I got the deep dish pizza I came for, and if I really had a hankering I could see ending up here again, but there are certainly areas for improvement.

Oddest part was while we sat there - there was a 2 top table free almost the whole time we were eating. So - we could have easily been waited on in a normal setting. Nice place overall - different areas to sit, outside dining, etc etc. Service however was atrocious. It may be the fact they don't have enough people in the wait staff, but our waitress was as absent as it gets. Asked for a refill, took forever - after ordering appetizer it would have been good to then put in our entree order - but wasn't until the pizza came out 25 min later that we could do that. Asked for bread, she remembered after our entrees came out 45min after ordered - 4 small cubes. You would think when you're struggling at waiting on a table, you'd try and make up for it. Pizza was good. We got a Margherita pizza - standard and fresh as we watched them make it. For my entree I got the penne vodka and added a meatball. Lol. No sauce on that meatball and it was cold. Flavor was good on entree. The next time the waitress came back I begged for the check - to which we paid and got out of there as "quick" as we could. Food 4/5 Service 1/5

I had driven two hours and was hungry, but I was also committed to making good decisions. Or at least mostly good decisions... The hostess offered me a seat at the second-floor bar rather than the quoted 25-30 minute wait. Great! Solo diners love surprise upgrades. Unfortunately, when I got upstairs, the one "available" seat had apparently been claimed by a diaper bag and a giant straw sunhat belonging to the woman sitting next to it holding a too-little-to-walk baby sitting at the bar. Uhhh...this isn't going to work. Back downstairs I went. I gave them my name and number, found a shady spot outside, and settled in for what I assumed would be a long wait. Five minutes later, my table was ready. Thank you, Universe! My server greeted me with water immediately, explained the QR code menu situation, and told me not to order through the app because she'd be right back. No worries, friend. I'd already done my homework. I knew exactly what I wanted. One Martha Stewart's Prison Pizza ($22), please. (Sausage, broccoli, ricotta, Calabrian chili peppers, lemon oil, and sea salt.) I asked for the chili peppers on the side because I know myself. I like adventure. I don't enjoy possibly setting my mouth on fire. And a Diet Pepsi ($3.50), because balance. While I waited, I people-watched, which is one of my favorite hobbies. White Rabbit was PACKED. The patio was full. The downstairs bar was full. Upstairs was full. Couples, groups of girlfriends, older folks, younger folks, families, solo diners...everyone seemed happy to be there. The place itself is pretty small, which explains the wait. Six tables downstairs, maybe eight bar seats, more seating upstairs, and a constant dance of servers carrying food through the same front door customers use. Add the "please wait to be seated" crowd gathering in the narrow hallway and I'd describe things as organized chaos. But once I was seated, I was perfectly comfortable and out of the traffic pattern. One cool touch I noticed: outlets and USB ports built right into the front of the bar. Maybe that's common and I've somehow missed it all these years, but I thought it was pretty neat. Then my pizza arrived. Oh good lawd. OH. GOOD. LAWD. This pizza was SO GOOD! I knew from the first bite that I was in trouble. There was no sauce, which surprised me at first, but after approximately three seconds I no longer cared. The sausage was plentiful. The broccoli added texture. The ricotta was creamy and rich. And that lemon oil?! That lemon oil set it off! Everything just worked together perfectly. The Calabrian peppers arrived on the side exactly as requested. I bravely sampled a very small amount on my fork before desecrating my pizza and quickly determined that folks with stronger heat tolerance than me will absolutely love them. They were just a little too spicy for my delicate tastebuds. Thankfully, the pizza was incredible without them. And those slices? MONSTERS. I ate one and seriously contemplated a second before reminding myself that I had dessert plans elsewhere. A box was requested. Self-control was exercised. Barely. As a solo diner, I also want to give White Rabbit extra points. Multiple staff members checked on me throughout the meal. I never felt forgotten, rushed, or weird sitting by myself. Everyone was warm, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated that. My total bill came to $32.44 including tip which felt really reasonable given the amount of pizza I consumed and brought home. Worth every penny. I'm already scheming my next two-hour drive back. Maybe a smashburger. Maybe those Brussels sprouts everyone keeps raving about. Maybe another pizza. Maybe all of it! I highly recommend checking out White Rabbit. Make it a destination, not just a stop while you're in the area. Don't let the size of the place or the wait scare you off. It's totally worth it. PRO TIP: If you park in the Church Street Parking Garage, look for the staircase labeled "STAIR 3." White Rabbit is literally right outside the door at the bottom. No hide-and-seek required!

The ambiance is cozy, and our server was friendly and welcoming. She made sure we understood the menu and checked on us regularly. The mimosa was made with fresh orange juice, which was also a nice touch. Since our coffee and mimosas arrived pretty quickly, we assumed the food would follow shortly. However, we ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for our food and easily finished our drinks while waiting. My Eggs Benedict had good flavor and nicely runny eggs, but the Canadian bacon was way overcooked and rock hard. I could barely cut or chew it. The English muffin was also overcooked and difficult to cut through. The coleslaw was served warm, which gave it a strange texture. The chicken was crispy but under-seasoned, while the waffle was dense and dry. The small side of succotash was the highlight--it was well-seasoned and enjoyable. I was pretty disappointed by the experience, especially considering the price and many good reviews. There are plenty of other places in the area I'd rather try next time.
