The owner is the best part of this location. But with prices going up Paisanos is not reducing what you get with a special which is what made this our place for pizza. If I'm gonna have to spend $50 for 2 large pizzas there are many more options. Mix and Match used to be 2 large pizzas for $9.99 each... Now it is two Medium Pizzas for $9.99. I came into Paisano's knowing what a cheesesteak is supposed to taste like. This would not be my go to for a cheesesteak. I was greeted as soon as I canme in, which was nice. The cheesesteak just did not do it for me. The fries were crispy and hot. The store front is not huge. The sitting area could have use a little bit of cleaning. I'm amazed by this delicious pizza. It comes with yummy crust, very cheesy, generous and fresh toppings! I've lived in the neighborhood for years and this is my first time getting Paisano's pizza. I don't believe in carryout tips and did not pay tip to cashier. And of course, the cashier did not like it. I knew it was coming. But I've waited for 15 minutes after ordering the Philly cheese steak. The food was ready after 5 minutes and the cashier did not call me and used his cell phone for 15 minutes. They usually have good coupons as well so check those out before you order. The hubby and I wanted pizza and more for delivery and I wanted to order from somewhere other than our normal spots. I was led to Paisano's Pizza (we ended up not even ordering pizza, lol!) The hubby ordered online without issue. Delivery was prompt. We got chicken wings (mild), mozzarella sticks, a chicken cheesesteak (extra chicken) and a regular steak and cheese (extra meat). So, for the two of us, we decided to keep it light with our order, lmao! Everything was delicious and I will definitely order from here again. The chicken wings were very saucy (not my preference, but the hubby enjoyed). I ate the wings with less sauce on them. Paisano's has its own packaged ranch sauce which is cool. The ranch was pretty good, nothing spectacular. The mozzarella sticks were yummy. The cheese pull was lacking though, it just wouldn't pull! The mozzarella sticks had a crunchy exterior with a hot and cheesy interior. The marinara was also good. My chicken cheesesteak (with extra meat) was delicious. I'll try it without extra meat next time to see if extra meat is needed. It had good flavor with a soft roll. My hubby also liked his steak and cheese. Paisanos is close by and has decent pizza and desserts. Paulies Pizza is our usual pizza order from here and as you can see my husband grabbed a slice so fast I couldn't even take the picture first! My hubs loves their cannolis and I'm addicted to their tiramisu. I usually order two of each but this time just went with single serving of desserts. We ordered delivery via the Slice app but have also gotten decent delivery service ordering via Paisanos. At least this is one pizza place I can count on to consistently deliver the same pie every time! We've also ordered subs and salads from this location before and they've been pretty good. After a long day of driving from CT, we got to our hotel starving. Too tired to get in the car again and drive somewhere, we decided to order delivery from Paisano's. The food arrived quickly and was still super hot when we got it. Our 2 pizzas were excellent. I love that their crust is on the thinner side. The mozzarella sticks were crunchy and not super greasy like some others I have tried. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the tiramisu since it was a little too sweet for my taste, but that is not a big deal. Overall I'm a fan. We really enjoy Paisano's! This is the 3rd time we've eaten their food and liked it every time. They have a pretty varied menu, so it's a great place if you can't decide on what you want to eat. We've eaten in the store once. It's small and clean. We enjoyed pasta that night. And we've also gotten pizza delivered twice. Our first pizza was just ok (a little over cooked), but our second delivery experience was really good! We went with the buffalo chicken this time and loved it. The pizza has a great flavor. There is a lot of bleu cheese and the chicken is in very big chunks- not my personal preference but overall the pizza is still really good. Probably one of the better pizza chains on the market. I ordered their bbq wings and a large Sante Fe style pizza which were excellent. The wings were actually large opposed to the miniature wings most chains offer and the pizza slice sizes plentiful. I NEVER write a bad review....so here goes my first. Ordered 2 Chicken Parm entrees online. Was shocked when I opened the dish. Anyone who knows anything will confirm that Chicken Parm is served as 2 breaded chicken cutlets. I was given what looked like chicken nuggets. They tasted disgusting and I was quite disappointed. Called Paisano's and spoke with Tony, who identified himself as Manager. I told him I have been dining at Paisano's for years and have never seen their dish served like this. The chicken nugget to pasta ratio was off. 90% pasta and 10%nuggets. He said this is how it is now served. Wish their menu had indicated this 'cause I would never have ordered it. I still like Paisano's but have really had some bad experiences with this location since my first review. It's the default for me for delivery, and except for the first few deliveries I've ever had from them, the "norm" has settled on an incredible 60-75 minutes. Under an hour is like a unicorn. Two deliveries ago, we had to reheat the pizza in the oven because it was inedibly cold. That was two deliveries ago... LAST delivery my wife found what I can only *hope* was a black chest hair on her pizza. And so that was our last order from this location. If we get Paisano's now, it's carryout so I can pick my location. And because of the inconvenience, that means our weekly Paisano's will become once every 3 months (or longer). Maybe. read more

My husband loves their fried mushrooms and I am a big fan of their salads. Their pizza is even decent - not amazing, but ok. However, we have had terrible delivery experiences. Of the 4 or 5 times we've ordered from here, we've had 2 inexcusable experiences. The first time, they brought us an order of 20 wings and ravioli when we had ordered two pasta dishes. The manager apologized and remade our pasta dishes. By the time they came to our house we had been waiting well over an hour and a half since our initial order. This second time, our pizza arrived with all of the tipping in the corner of the box and the box was completely dented. See the pictures I uploaded. It had obviously been dropped at least once - probably more. Again, the manager offered to redo the order. I guess that's nice, but the rest of my food will be cold and I'm now going to have dinner around 9pm. Unfortunately this last incident may be the nail in the coffin for us and Paisanos.
