Horrible customer service, disrespected and served trash not food(see pictures). I would never put my foot in this location again after been a loyal customer for over 6 years. So here's what happened. I made an order over the phone arrived there 5 minutes later payed for it $49 the order contained 3 items. food was not ready yet so I sat down waiting for it and as I was waiting one of the customers complained that his food (Chicken Wings) not exactly what he had ordered. I watched Einstein behind the register give him someone else's order and told him that he doesnt have to wait he can just give him someone else's food since they ordered the same thing. 30 seconds later he called my name and told me that they made a mistake with my order of wings and that im gonna have to wait for them to remake it. Yeeep Einstein gave him my order not knowing I was there watching the whole thing! I told him that I saw what happened he apologized and turned his back and started laughing with one of his staff. Waited 12 minutes for the wings, by the time it was ready my pizza and other order got cold and wet half of it ended up in trash! Their Food has always been wonderful and I would NEVER complain about it ! But I just went there and NONE of the staff members cared about the masks or even gloves at some point . I was there for a good 15 mins and every employee either had their mask on their chin or some guy in the yellow shirt that looked like the manager just didn't have it at all , I work 10 hour days with a Mask on and Gloves it sucks but you gotta do it. I'm not sure what has changed with this restaurant. I drove out there today to get a nice treat for lunch. Grant it, I hadn't been there in about 4 yrs. I was expecting much more than I received. When i first got there they had a note posted on the door saying they would be closed until 12:30? for an issue they had. It was about 2:20 and the note was still posted on the door. I browsed some of the markets in the area and called the restaurant about 30 minutes later to see if they had reopened. When I got there I was overlooked while standing at the counter waiting to order. Two guys walked in and were immediately ordering when I got the attention of the not so warm manager to let him know that I had been standing there waiting to order. He is not management material and was all but dismissive. The steak and cheese sub I ordered took so long I went up to the counter to see how much longer it would be and he then looked at the warmer in the back and it was just sitting there. This place has gone down hill and I don't know which location the prior owners are working now but it's certainly not this location. This location will never see me again, I'm sure the manager will be fine with my decision. As one of the earlier reviews stated, a little TLC goes a long way. I am hooked on this place if for nothing else thanks to their calzones. Of which I must say they are perfectly sized and well cooked with fresh-tasting ingredients. If anything I must fault them on the price of additional toppings which is slightly higher than I would like and makes it a little cost-prohibitive to justify replacing my orders with a giant chain like Papa Johns with this more niche place. The staff are hard to understand (only on the phone) and somewhat awkward, but honestly I couldn't care less because unlike many reviewers have found they are consistently nice to me.
