I have never heard of this place before but I noticed they had a 4th of July deal, a large cheese pizza for $5.99, sounded like a great deal so I figured I would give it a try. I absolutely love their pizza. It is the right thickness., it is more thin than it is thick and that's how I like it. It always has the right amount of sauce and cheese as well. This time I also got the garlic knots. They were a little over cooked. I probably would not get them again. When you order through the app, the food is done within minutes. The franchise owner Jamie , proceeded to tell me, a 1st time customer that I was being aggressive when her words" we'll have it to you in 35-40 min dintne pan out. I made this call an hour after. And said hey if it's cold I want my money back. She said I was being aggressive. She called me back to check in after an hour and 15 min if everything was good? If she owns this franchise,? This is some of the best pizza I had since coming out o Virginia. The service is amazing super friendly customer service.

For a carry out it was ok. I had the pepperoni Stromboli and a Greek salad. The Stromboli was pretty good, but a little bready. Definitely better with the sauce. The salad was a good portion. I wish they had a side salad size, but I had lunch the next day. It was paired with a house dressing...not really sure what it was. There are a few tables to sit and eat. The staff was cordial. Ordered two pizzas last night from Paisano's at Stafford Marketplace, one with anchovies and one with artichokes, feta and black olives. Was told 45 minutes and took 90. Food was barely warm so I'm sure it was either sitting at Paisano's or in the delivery driver's car for some time (live less than 2 miles away). Both pizzas had anchovies. Called to complain and get another pizza. Guy takes my phone number, and before I can say anything hangs up on me. Never received a return call and had to make my own dinner. Excellent pizza My family loved this pizza. We traveled from Texas to this area for vacation and didn't want to eat the typical chain pizza. The hotel we were at recommended this restaurant, and it definitely lived up to it. The sauce and crust were delicious as well as toppings. Absolute greasiest pizza I've eaten. Gave me a good kick in the stomach for the rest of the night. We also had a Gyro and a Steak and Cheese. Both of which were very good an tasty. When I go back I'm going to skip the pizza all together. They had a lot of other good non-pizza things that won't make you sick to your stomach. Meh... That's all I could really say about this location. I've been here twice and we've tried their burgers, cheese steak sub and fries. Portion size is very controlled like the place is literally putting you on a diet. They give you at most 10 pieces of fries with your sandwich. Nothing special or over the top about the burgers. I ask you....why is it that they can never provide the tzatziki sauce. If a customer puts in notes to not forget the tzatziki sauce it's because it is always left off. (I'm pretty big ) I ordered A an average size (I think it was 28") pepperoni pizza, 2 orders of garlic cheesey bread, That big burger with fries and something else haha (for carry out). The fact that the pizza is cold, the mozzarella sticks are cold and the garlic knots are not even fully cooked is the problem! I'd really like to recommend this restaurant. They have a good menu, they use quality ingredients. The previous time I ordered from them I ordered a white pizza and jalapeño poppers. They arrived for delivery with the poppers and not the pizza. We were ordering delivery, because we were working on the house, by the time they returned with the pizza my blood sugar was so low I dropped half of the $20 something pizza on the floor covered in sawdust and it became inedible. As a result I haven't ordered from them in a long time. Today, I tried to give them another chance. The food arrived slightly later than expected and cold. When paying $50 for a delivery order, I expect it to arrive hot and ready to eat. Instead I had to heat my oven and reheat the pizza. read more

They finally got rid of the old manager and hired Pamela. This is my second time being there since she has been replaced. A new environment. Better staff and manager. My boyfriend and I have ordered from this place twice since they opened in Stafford, both times we ordered was a great experience. But yesterday 10/17/18 is the reason I am giving this place 3 stars. We ordered our food at 6:59pm, between 750-8pm we called to see why our order was taking so long, talked to someone and they told us if the order wasn't there in 10 mins to call them back. We call at 8:10pm to find out that the delivery driver gave our food to someone else, okay!!!! So they had to re make our food, which we didn't get our food until 8:45pm. Bye bye Padrinos!! Thank GOD Paisanos opened up here. Been wanting one since I tried them up in Springfield. I had a horrible experience at Padrinos where I was charged for a full order but half of it was missing and the owner refused to even listen or give me the food I PAID for.
