Ordered last night at 8:37pm. Got a call from the store at 9:15pm saying there would be a 'minor setback' as they only had one delivery driver and they were trying to get everything out hot. I said ok figuring a minor setback couldn't be more than a half hour beyond their 45 minute guarantee. I was wrong. By the time I was calling to cancel they were CLOSED. At this point I didn't know if someone was going to show up or not. Right after my husband finished eating something else so he could go to bed (it's now 10:30pm) I got the call that the delivery was outside. I figure ok, pizza is good reheated so it's ok. Well, pizza was cold, pasta dish was upside down in the bag with other food and oil seeped through onto EVERYTHING, tiramisu is warm (supposed to be cold), zeppolis are soggy, gyro is lukewarm maybe and the pasta dish was lukewarm as well. Had to reheat everything before we could eat. The delivery driver had about 11 delivery bags in her car so she had lots of orders that were getting cold while she was driving around AFTER CLOSING). If you're going to produce a mass mailing, you'd better be ready for an influx of business, they were not. I will order again, but will make sure they meet their time mark. I don't order out to recook everything before I can eat it. Not a good way to start a business in a neighborhood. read more

I'm not a real big pizza eater but I decided to take a chance and turns out the pizza and wings are very good. I ordered the pasiano supreme and added bacon it was soooo yummy!! I also liked that their buffalo wings were actually spicy. I plan on eating here again. read more

The 5 stars for the Stromboli but there is nothing spectacular about the customer service. It isn't Chick Fil A level by any means. The prices are reasonable. The delivery fee will turn a 9 dollar item into a 14 dollar item so pick up if you can (at least from the Rosslyn location). But the Stromboli is so good. It is basically a pepperoni calzone but their calzones have ricotta. I have been hard pressed to find a calzone that is as good as Gino's in WV in DC but finally I have found it. Great dough, the mozzarella is perfect and the pepperoni has a slight spicy kick to it that make this a winner! Again if you are not into ricotta ask for the Stromboli not the calzone. I have been to 3 locations. As far as service is concerned Oxon Hill and Crystal City are the best. I had one delivered in Rosslyn and the driver could not make change for a 20 and got upset that I did not want to give him a 6 dollar tip on a 9 dollar item . I highly suggest just paying with a card over the phone if you have it delivered. Trying to get change was ridiculous. read more

This is by far the best pizza in the area. I'm from New York and I always thought that no place could ever top New York's pizza but this place definitely comes close. I called in my order (which was a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza, which is about 8 slices and a order of plain chicken wings with Ranch sauce). The guy that took my order was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this place. I don't know why it took me so long to find this little gem lol read more

Put in an order online. While I waited for my order to be ready everyone was complaining that their orders were wrong. I counted 4 of them. Since I ordered a pepperoni calzone I didn't think you could screw that up.. but alas it's absolutely disgusting. It's full of what must be anchovies and big hunks of raw garlic. WTH??!!! This place is very busy with take out and there parking lot is tiny, to add insult to injury the cops are using it for some sort of traffic trap, taking up vital space. read more

I am certainly a pizza lover. And this place has me ordering pizza more often. The ingredients are fresh and taste soooooo good. This is def our pizza go to spot. Only down they are a. It pricey and to deliver is even more expensive. The real reason I am only giving it two stars is because the last two times I have gone to pick up my pizza I have had to wait for 30 mins after paying because the person taking my money when I paid for my call ahead order didn't check to see if my Order was in fact ready. I love Paisanos!! Everything I have ordered has been delicious. Pizza, lasagna, and zeppole are my standard items. They have fast delivery during the week. On weekends I order online and pick it up. Delivery is much slower on the weekends. The staff are interesting. They have the tendency to not behave in a professional manner. I recognize that, for some of them, this is their first foray into the working world. They need to know that personal cell phone use is not acceptable. No one wants to know what you and you boo got upto this weekend. Perhaps they should be required to turn their phones off and place them in lockers. Took 2 hours to deliver a cold hard pizza. When I ordered I was told it would take 30 mins, after an hour I called to get an ETA and was told it was out for delivery. I have been ordering for delivery from Paisano's Temple Hills, MD for at least 7 years, and the service has gone downhill for the past year. I had planned to stop ordering from this Paisano's since January 2021, for we had ordered delivery the mac n' cheese (we ordered other foods, total was over $50.00), and when we got it and opened the mac n' cheese, it was eaten out of (pic attached). This was disgusting! I called Paisano's that this had happened and they gave us a credit. But this made us very uncomfortable ordering from this Paisano's because why and how could they make this kind of mistake? We were not in a hurry to receive our order, we accepted it would take 45 minutes, so why rush and make this nasty mistake? So, it has been months before we ordered from them again. When we did call, months later, we had the rudest greeter who took our order and we had gotten into an argument. This was a foreigner maybe he did not understand English, I don't know what country he is from or his problem. Nonetheless, I was really upset that I went into an argument with this guy, who was rude and rush-y and impatient, very unprofessional. So, we decided not to call this Paisano's again. Well, this is the last fast-food place we would have delivery from, because the others are, well, very disappointing. This Paisano's use to be very good, but not anymore. Today, we ordered a steak and cheese, with specifically telling the "male phone greeter (greeter)" for this Paisano's: we want 1 steak & cheese with extra meat, mayo, mustard, and crushed red peppers. He said okay, what else? One order of buffalo wings, mild. Greeter said, do you want blue cheese or ranch dressing? I said, blue cheese (which I did not get, I got instead, Honey Mustard). He said what else? One order of chicken tenders (he didn't ask what kind of dressing for this, but came w/Honey Mustard, but no matter). He gave the total amount, order will arrive in 25 minutes. The order arrived in less than 20 minutes. We figured they were not busy. Fine. We looked at the steak & cheese, it had shredded lettuce, cooked onions, mayo and mustard, hot relish. Well, I said I am going to call Paisano's, for the record and not for credit of any kind, so they know they are not paying attention to the give order (plus it seems they were not busy, why did the order come incorrectly). A woman answers this time and she has taken our orders in the past (about 2 times before, this is within a couple of months or less). I told her we received the steak n cheese, but it has lettuce on it (we forgot to mention that the cooked onions was on it too), we gave a specific order of what we wanted "only" on the steak n cheese. She said that all their steak n cheese sandwiches automatically come with cooked onions, mushrooms, lettuce. I told her, but we were asked what we wanted, and told the "greeter" this is what we wanted, extra meat, mayo, mustard, and red crushed peppers. She went on again, about automatically all their steak n cheese comes with blah, blah, blah! We are paying for what we are asking for specifically on our sandwich, WHAT WE WANT "ONLY!" and spelled out the word, "only." So, you are saying a steak n cheese from your Paisano's can only be done "your way," not the way we are asking for specifically what we want on our sandwich?! She started again, saying, you have to tell us what you want on your sandwich, but all of their steak n cheese come automatically, blah, blah.. And, I said I did tell him what we wanted specifically on our sandwich, what? . . . is he retarded?! (I was tripping, she must think I am stupid!) I said I want to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. (NOT!) I said, I do not believe you are the manager, and you have lost a customer. And also said, if you are the manager, good luck with that; I will send out a shout-out about this. And hung-up. My point is, we had ordered a steak n cheese last week, and we got exactly what we ordered: steak n cheese with extra meat, nothing else, but the cheese. This same woman today, took this order, and said, it comes with cheese. I said oh, right. We got what we wanted that time. Why didn't she say then, all of our steak n cheese automatically comes w/cooked onions, mushrooms, lettuce. We are the customer, and the customer is 98% right. It is our money keeping your business going. I never heard of a fast-food place, like this kind, where you have to get a steak n cheese done automatically their way, even "after" you tell them what you want "specifically" on your sandwich, and what you asked for is erased. Like you did not tell them what you wanted at all! It does not make sense. Today is the last day, for us, ordering food from this Paisano's (not worth the frustration, and not sure if the food is safe). Also, I do not want any retaliation from this place. The employees are very welcoming and courteous, the store front is clean and very open so you can definitely sit and enjoy your food there if you like. I've ordered from this location 4-5 times and have never been disappointed. I've ordered online and by phone...customer service is great! They are patient and took my orders without any attitude since I do have people with allergies and diet restrictions. The prices are decent, it's about the same paying at a restaurant for a family. The portions are big and the food are delicious, again we order a variety of food from the menu. The food arrives between 35-45min; we live about 2.5 miles from them and it's hot! When I received my order the garlic knots were missing - I called the store and spoke with the manager, he told me he would call me back in 15 minutes after he contacted the driver, I never received the return call. Called back the next day and the "manager" answered the phone and told me he packed my order the previous night and he knows he put them in the bag, the driver did not have it, and that he called me the previous night and told it to my husband.
