After we made our decision, we got to meet Lulu who was incredibly friendly as well and she walked us through the paper part of the process. There are many choices of hot tub companies but do you know what is more important than the manufacturer you pick? It's the hot tub dealer you buy from. You can purchase the best hot tub brand on earth but what good is that if the store you bought it from doesn't have a service department or wants to charge $150 just to come to your front door. Your hot tub dealer is responsible for your warranty issues. You can buy a costco hot tub for thousands less but your electric bill will be $60 a month more because they put cheap insulation. You can buy a caldera hot tub and your monthly electric bill will only go up $15 because of the premium insulation. SO I had a list, prices, etc on spas in my hand when I showed up at Ryan's. Ryan is a stud in customer service, in spas suited to YOUR needs, and for follow-up. As a fellow entrepreneur - Ryan does all the necessary things to make your experience AWESOMMEE. Here's how it went down: My wife and I show up at his shop unannounced - he runs it out of his house, which is so cool, about 15 spas all set-up nice. We look at about 5, talking to him the whole time about our 6'5" volleyball son, my triathlete and climbing, and Susan's volleyball workouts. He leans us towards the Makena Tub, but never saying this is the one. We climb in, see that he's right about the Lounger, all the back work and foot/ankle jets and we work the deal RIGHT THEN. It took all of 30 minutes.. We drop a $1,000 deposit and he tells us he can deliver in three days!! Let me tell you - Deliver he does - has Crane there with tub exactly at 1pm as he said he would. Lifts that beast of a tub up and over our house, right into a spot with very little clearance. The man is a PRO. Within two hours of arriving, my son is in the hot tub. And I mean hot, filled, and jetting in style. Ryan is one of the top human beings in business I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. You absolutely SHOULD GO NOWHERE ELSE. read more

It's not often that you come across a company where the owner actually delivers your product and provides a demonstration of all of the features, benefits and maintenance of the product he sells. While our spa was being built he came by our home to survey the backyard and help us pick a perfect location for the spa. Every time I called him with questions, he was there to eagerly answer all of our questions. Ryan is one of the coolest people I've met and exceeded all of our expectations. Overall 5 stars do not do justice to the service we received from start to finish. The actual spa itself is amazing too! His electrician, Rick, also did an excellent job of figuring out the best way to hook up wiring from the breaker box on one side of the house to the hot tub on the other side. All the wiring was well hidden and his assistant Jose did a great job. Ryan filled the tub, gave us all the chemicals we needed as well as explain how to use them. Our tub was used and we were having a hard time downloading documentation, so Ryan even printed pertinent pages of an old manual and brought those to us. EVERYONE on his team wore masks the entire time they were working at our house over a two-day period. We were so grateful that he and his team took these necessary precautions during the pandemic.
