The service was excellent...we bought our spa top which was an unusual kidney shape which they cut exactly to the template we sent and it was the color we wanted. We've had it for several years and it's still in good condition. After getting an exceptionally high quote to replace my spa cover from the manufacturer, I went looking for an alternative and happily found Mark at Spa Wholesalers. I called him and got a quote that was half of the manufacturers price even with a replacement lift mechanism. Mark said it would be an 8 week turnaround due to supply chain issues so I was prepared for a delay. For ordering, I told Mark my spa model and he got the measurements then had me confirm them on my cover to make sure he ordered the correct size. Ultimately, it arrived within 3 weeks. I drove out to pick it up last week and installed the cover and lift in about an hour one evening. Installation was simple and the quality is great! Assembly of the lift mechanism took the most amount of time but the included instructions were east to follow. Mark was easy to work with and all communication was by phone call or text.
