I had no problem finding the place- the building is right off of Transit Rd, literally. There is no driveway- you just pull right off the road and you're in the parking lot! I was the only one there at the time. They took my car back right away as I sat in the waiting area. It's a nice, clean area with comfy chairs, lots of magazines, and even a few childrens books. There is a TV and remote but I chose not to turn it on. Before I knew it, my car was finished, I paid at the counter, and was on my way! All-in-all a very pleasant experience. I will definitely go back again for my next inspection and will recommend this business to others.

It needed brakes, a ball joint, and the tires were right at the limit. Considering the car now had almost 80k I ordered new front brakes, calipers, and rotors. I went to install the parts and that's when it began. I was able to remove 4 of the 5 lug nuts by hand, and by hand, I mean with nothing but a socket and my hand, I didn't even need a rachet! The fifth came off without a single impact from the air gun, it spun right off. I was upset, but I figured everyone makes mistakes, and luckily, nothing happened. I took the car back for reinspection and to have the new front tires put on. After cashing out, I just felt I had to at least tell the shop owner what happened. I wasn't mad but it did bother me that it happened because my wife drives my 6yo daughter around in that vehicle. I expected an apology and for them to bring it to the technician's attention, after all, it could have been a serious situation. Well, this was not what happened. The owner first told me they do not remove a wheel during an inspection. Unfortunately, this upset me even more because that meant that the vehicle my wife drives my daughter around in was in an unsafe condition for a lot longer than a couple weeks. To top it off the vehicle had only been serviced at South Niagara for at least the prior two years so it was still on them. It also meant they did not perform the inspection to NYS standards which require that at least 1 front wheel be removed during an NYS Inspection. I brought both these points to their attention and the owner had the technician who inspected the vehicle come up front and tell me that they do need to remove a wheel for the inspection. I pulled up the New York State Inspection guidelines stating the requirement and they would not read them and continued to deny that a wheel needed to be removed for NYS Inspection. I was livid and upset. Not only did they put my daughter's life in danger they would not even recognize what was written in NYS inspection law and tried to deny the whole thing.

Fortunately Fox Tire has my back…read more My dad owed me some new tires for Christmas, so after calling around to figure out good pricing, we decided to go with Fox Tire! I can say overall that going with them was the best decision I ever made. We actually bought the tires last year (2021), they replaced all four tires and did some extra alignment work that needed to happen. Since then they've held up so well, and I haven't had to have any work done with the tires since. Though Fox Tire gave us the least expensive option, they absolutely have the BEST tires to offer, and absolutely fabulous service on top of it. A year later now, I discovered a nail in my tire and was worried it'd have to be replaced. After stressing about the expense of some new tires I ended up bringing my car back to Fox with the original receipt for the tires to get an opinion on whether I would need to replace it. Fortunately, they were able to patch my tire. FOR FREE, because I still had my receipt from buying tires from them originally. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE!! They absolutely saved my life today. They weren't busy at all so they were able to take my car in right away and patch it up no problem. It took less than ten minutes. FABULOUS service. The team here is so nice and they took a huge weight off of my shoulders being able to take care of the issues with my tires so quickly. Not only do they do quality work, but the services they offer absolutely make it worth it to continue to come back to them with any issues.

Extremely disappointing and insulting experience. I contacted Fox Tire in advance and gave them…read morefull details about my set of four Hankook iON EV winter tires, including the size, mileage, tread depth, condition, and no repairs. They told me they purchase used tires and that the range is typically $10-$80 per tire depending on condition and demand. After I brought the tires in, they offered only $10 per tire, then raised it to just $12.50 per tire. That is $50 total for four good-condition EV winter tires that originally cost around $1,000. The offer was ridiculously low and felt like a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend bringing used tires here unless you are ready to be lowballed.

The work took all of 5 minutes to swap out the old bulbs, the labor fees are wild here. But the thing that bothered me the most was when I asked the guy "hey is it normal that I'm having to replace bulbs in my Subaru constantly? I'm not even getting a year out of each bulb"... a genuine question I was asking as I don't know how often people typically need to replace burnt out bulbs. This guy spoke to me like I was a total idiot and said "well they're just lightbulbs... and you hit bumps don't ya?" Crazy response. My bulbs are burning out fast because I hit bumps? Come on. I've never had this issue in any car I've driven so was honestly wondering if something is wrong or if that was normal. Everyone I've asked since says it doesn't seem normal in the slightest. So I'm not sure if this guy just assumed I was stupid, or if he spoke to me that way because I'm a woman or what, but I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and regret not reading some reviews in the first place because it seems most customers are unhappy as well

Got my rear brake pads incorrectly replaced, in addition to a missing parking brake plug. Brought it to my dealership when I heard a weird squeak when driving around. They found the inners on the outer, and the outer on the inners. Called this place to only be given a corporate number to make the complaint and file for a refund. They don't care about you or your car. It's a chain business, so no one will get fired for a bad job. Just don't take your car here unless you have time for inconvenience and stupidity.
