Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. Joe didn't care. The agreement was for 4 new tires and new brakes. Joe backed out of the tires although he got 4 new tires on the trade-in he took.
