I called 9 days ago for service and 3 print cartridges on a printer, they still haven't shown. I have followed up with them 3 times over the phone and get the runaround from the lady that answers the phone. I have been having issues for months with the same printer, the tech has been out 4 or 5 times in the past and says he cleans the sensors but it never fixes the issue. We have multiple printers at this location and we print a lot of plans and specifications. Not pleased at all with their level of customer service and would not recommend them to anyone at this point. read more

Chris is the tech that normall responds to our service call and he is usually prompt, as other customer requirements allow, is friendly and very knowledgeable. What a bunch of crooks! I hired them to fix my Xerox copier. They returned it broken. When I refused to pay, the husband and wife team came to my office and threatened me. I actually had to call the police to get them out of my office. I had to spend $2800 to fix the machine after they were done with it. Beware! read more

We recently purchased a refurbished Konica-Minolta Bizhub printer for our physical therapy practice. We have some pretty heavy printing needs, constantly scanning patient documents, faxing records, and printing our own promotional materials. We decided to not go the way of the big box store this time, as their printers all seem to have a three-year life span with us. PAL sales staff recommended the Konica-Minolta printer as the best, "bang for your buck." We checked with other copier sales companies in Southern California, but PAL gave us the best deal we could trust. We've had the machine in heavy use for three months now and are thrilled with its reliability, speed, and additional features. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst service ever! I was referred by Brothers and I told Brothers not to recommend this place to anyone else too. I had an error on my printer. I paid $95 for the IDIOT to come out and read my manual and try to fix the problem, instead it got worst, even though I wasn't able to print, at least I was able to scan. After the guy left I couldn't even scan. I wasn't home at the time but I called their office in the morning and was told that a technician would call me back. Nope never happened, so the next day I called again. I finally get to speak to the technician, he says the guy that went out says the machine wasn't even hooked up to the PC. I told him that's because it's wireless?!?! Then he says the tech recommends to replace the power supply and the power supply will cost me $139. I told him I found a brand new one for my machine for only $59. He says but that's not a guarantee, once the power supply is replaced and if it still doesn't print then it could be the mother board and gave me a quote for it, I think it was $399 or $499. I told him I'd rather get a new machine then but in the meantime someone needs to come out and fix it to where I can scan again, he says ma'am we didn't do anything to your machine, maybe my problem (power supply) decided not to work anymore. He says my tech never touched your machine. How could the tech not touch the machine if he was trying to fix it? My sis was home when the guy went over and she asked for the manual so the tech and read it, he didn't know what he was doing and he kept calling the office asking what he should do until finally the guy at the office told him that he thinks it's the power supply. If I'd known that all the guy was going to do was read the manual, I could've saved $95 and my scanner would still be working. He basically did what I did which is read the manual, what an IDIOT. If they don't know how to fix the machine then all they have to do is say, we can't figure it out. It's just a routine maintenance. I found another place to fix it for me, it had nothing to do with the power supply or the mother board, it was just a small problem. I had toner build up inside my machine and it got into the sensor area, that was it and gave me a discount of $70 for the Labor. read more
