He spends less than thirty minutes to put a wire back in place and tells me that will cost $109.00. I tell him the price seems high. That's when he informs me he would typically have charged me $145.00. Apparently the problem was my cooking pans stored in the bottom got caught and pulled a wire out which Mark had to pop the wire back into place. This was worthy of a $45.00 service fee to ring my door bell and an additional $69.00 to find a loose wire in ten minutes and put it back in place. While during the same thirty minutes he takes a call from his office and describes a woman whose home he just left as a BITCH !
