This was worthy of a $45.00 service fee to ring my door bell and an additional $69.00 to find a loose wire in ten minutes and put it back in place. While during the same thirty minutes he takes a call from his office and describes a woman whose home he just left as a BITCH ! They were professional and their communication was great! Unfortunately for me they diagnosed that my laptop was beyond repair. To my surprise it was a no charge for this service. Even electricians and plumbers charge you around $75 just to diagnose the issue. When it comes to any computer issues in the future, Matthew's is my go to place!
