I have been looking for a new nail salon and I decided to rely on reviews for a new experience: that was a mistake. While my 8 year old daughter's nails & toes look nice, I thought the $68 price tag was a little high. & then there is me. While I have no complaints about my pedicure the acrylic full set I got is nothing so great. The nails are very uneven in length (even after multiple times of asking them to be straighten out) and the shapes are not consistent. I am currently at home filing and reshaping the $76 nails I just paid for. I drove 20+ minutes with the hope that this would be a great experience and unfortunately it was a let down. read more

I've had a few not so great experiences here and the last one was the last time. I got a full gel-x set, my cuticles were not pushed back and they were not applied accurately. They looked terrible and gel-x is not cheap. I got them put on before a vacation, a vacation that I happened to get engaged on, and ended up getting my nails done abroad - which were done perfectly by the way despite the language barrier in France. I came in for a men's pedicure. I work on my feet all day, everyday.Ive had hundreds of pedicures to keep my money makers in good condition. After paying almost fifty bucks, I left feeling like the only thing I got was my nails clipped and a bunch of lotions rubbed on my legs and feet. The nail cuticles were barely touched. The calloused areas were barely addressed. The cuticle trimming was so brief that I thought she had skipped it. My toenails n weren't even buffed. I am so disappointed for so many reasons. For how my nails came out, how my future mother in law's nails came out and how poorly the situation was handled. I took her here because wanted to treat her and spend time with her. We made an appointment days in advance, yet we're not able to be sat together which was a bummer. This salon has a "get in get out" sort of vibe. The service felt so rushed. Like they try to get as many clients done in a day as they can. My future mother in law's nails (the short ones) peeled the next day! She said she was pissed about how poorly they held up. I came into the salon with hard gels, with a layer of regular polish on top. For whatever reason the nail tech did not remove my red polish and I left the salon looking like I had bloody cuticles. The way my nails got shaped were honestly atrocious. I asked for almond nails and got stilettos. The nail tech shaped them so poorly that I go FIVE in grown nails. I attached an array of pictures of my nails from all angles. You can see that they look crazy. I emailed them the next day about how I was unsatisfied and asked if they could rectify the problem. I called them weeks later and they said they "didn't get my email" and when I explained the situation, they told me "the manager would call me when they're ready". That was a week ago with no attempted contact. I am really so disappointed. I spent about $130 for both of us. I wanted to have a nice day enjoying time together and getting our nails done. It's tragic that not only did we hate our nails, but we didn't even get to spend that time together. Money so wasted. read more

I enjoy the ease of booking an appointment online. I've been to this salon 3 times. I enjoyed my first visit and the quality of the work was very good. They also are very accommodating with nail designs. However the last two times I've noticed my gel polish chipping, or the clear top coat flaking or peeling within the first week of having my nails done. Not impressed with the quality for the price. Additionally no drinks being offered even though advertised and you can see the refrigerators filled with an assortment of beverages. Also if you want a nail shape like almond or stiletto they do up an up charge of $5 Great salon if you need your nails done in a pinch. I came in for a pedicure. I got the basic pedicure #1 and the lady asked me for gel and i politely declined. She then kept asking me for gel and i just kept declining. When she was taking off my nail polish off my toes she then pointed how it was gel and she questioned me asking why I didn't want gel. I simply didn't want to pay extra for gel so i did not want it this time. I then ordered a mimosa and her and the lady working on someone else next to me started pointing and talking to each other. I can tell they were talking about how I can order a drink but didn't want gel. Later on the lady pointed at my gel X acrylic nails and brought up again for the 10th time how I should get gel. I noticed she started doing white french tips so i corrected her how I asked for yellow french tips. I showed her a photo and she said I have to get gel for that. One of the guys working there heard and i showed him the photo and he tried to explain how I do not have to get gel. They started arguing back and forth and eventually she started to do my nails. Overall Im glad I did not feel pressured to get gel but I am still not happy with the way my nails turned out. They look sloppy and not cleaned up at all. He paired me with Nancy and she did a great job! She listened to the concerns I had, so she could fix them. She evened them out, thinned them up, and painted them the grey color I was looking for. I was in a bind. I only had one day to get my nails done and of course that was Memorial Day. Thankfully Palace was open which was AMAZING. I was so excited, however, when my daughter and I showed up that's when I was like. Errmmm maybe not so much. He told me to look at colors green color was gel and dip Gil was dip or gel only and pink was all 3 and red was only gel. Wait hold on. HUH?! so so so soooooo many choices but not enough time to even look. They set me up with 2 ladies both working on me BOTH asking me what color repeatedly and both with a big language barrier. The barrier isn't the problem the problem was I couldn't look at any other colors, the owner had to come by to translate which made the gal doing my nails mad. I picked out some random teal be I don't even care anymore at this point and then when we got to my nails I asked for 2 colors of dip. He told me I couldn't do that bc they are 2 different products or something which I have never heard of in 4 years of dip nails. I finally ended up with a color that I k re needed something under but he said no go on a solid layer. Oooook so by then the tech is just pissed, every time I try and ask or say something she just called him over and I felt soooo bad. My nails are translucent, you can see the nail underneath, my nails were filed odd and I got 2 ingrown. Our total for 7you painted nails and my dip and basic pedi was 112. 26$ for my kiddo who's got teenie nails and then mine. It wasn't a great massage or anything I barely registered the whole thing because I literally was asked "what color" over 10 times. I don't know what color... I'm stuck in a chair I can't reach the options and yea. Overwhelmed for sure. The owne was great but I hate when I know they are pissed and we are too far in and committed to say nvm. I would definitely try again, however just for dip. 25$ for just paint on her nails is so much, I get it its product but considering how small they are the cost is about $.02 for the whole thing (which took about 5 minutes) I'll attach the pic of the colors. See if you get nasty just looking at it. Like I said if I need to I'd go here but it's not my choice for every time. Everyone was unhappy. read more
