You failed to mention that your staff was unprofessional, took an hour and a half for a simple soak off, and literally made my fingers bleed without a single apology. I didn't "drive away" to avoid a fair price, I left because I'm not paying full price for physical injury and garbage service. Go ahead and call whoever you want, I have the photos of the damage you did to my hands. Fix your staff before you try to fix your reputation online.

There are only two people that work here, one for pedicures and one for anything to do with fingernails. Because of this, I would highly recommend making an appointment in order to avoid waiting. I came in while they were working on someone else and just made an appointment for an hour later. I got a set of acrylics for $25. I also got a clear gel top coat for an additional $5. If you want complete gel color and top coat it is an extra $10. Design prices vary. I thought these prices were extremely fair. I was also pleased that Daisy took her time on my nails, making sure to be precise. I hate when nail places rush through in order to help more customer. That can definitely affect the quality of work. Both ladies were friendly and hard working. My only complaint was when she was painting my nails she didn't go right up to the cuticle so they look a little more grown out then they should after only a week. Also, a small piece of the gel top coat on my thumb chipped after just two days. I only consider those minor flaws compared to problems I've had at other nail salons. I have been trying to find a go-to spot for my nails for months. I have high hopes this will be the place. Fingers crossed. I will be back.
