As of today the owner came in without notice and regard of the people that have worked for him for years fired the entire staff and said He didn't care about the time and effort his staff as put into the restaurant. Behind the scenes we have work in conditions that is not acceptable for someone that's runs a business. He has no empathy for the staff who's lives have been impacted by this sudden choice to shut down. These people have families that they provide for and all he can say is "I Don't Care". We the staff have made Basil what it is, we are the ones that kept it afloat while he's drops by once every few years. Anytime things are broken or an issue comes up it is THE STAFF that fixes it, not him.

Easily one of the most flavorful tandoori chickens I've ever had. The garlic naan was absolute perfection.
