Because a room was available, we were able to access it immediately, a small luxury that made a big difference, especially after our 3:30 am wake-up call to catch our flight. One of the highlights of the club level is access to both the Palazzo and Venetian club lounges, which gives guests flexibility and variety. Each space offers beautiful views and a refined atmosphere that feels removed from the energy of the Strip, yet still pleasantly lively. At breakfast, we enjoyed fresh offerings, endless lattes and cappuccinos, and mimosas by the window. When I selected a Belgium waffle and added fresh berries, a staff member noticed and thoughtfully offered to bring whipped cream - a small but memorable gesture that reflected genuine attentiveness. In the evening, we returned for happy hour, enjoying complimentary cocktails and house-made potato chips before heading out for the night's entertainment. I've stayed at The Palazzo (part of The Venetian Resort) a bunch of times over the years, and upgrading to the Prestige Club Lounge access is one of those things that can really make or break a Vegas trip--especially if you're like me and want a quiet spot to escape the chaos without leaving the property. The lounge itself (up on the higher floors with killer Strip views) is spotless and super well-organized. Everything feels fresh and put-together--no clutter, comfy seating, and plenty of space so it never feels packed, even during happy hour. The staff are genuinely on point: knowledgeable about the offerings, quick to refill your drink or plate, and they remember what you like after the first visit. It's that kind of attentive service that makes you feel taken care of without being over-the-top. Food-wise, you get a solid continental breakfast every morning (think fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, scrambled eggs, potatoes, coffee, juices--nothing crazy fancy, but reliable and good quality). This lounge is available to guests staying in the bigger suites and/or to Diamond members or above. It's on the 23rd floor of the Palazzo at the Venetian Resort and requires your key to enter, or to be with guests staying on the higher floors. We had breakfast there several times with friends; the lounge is quite lovely: entering through the glass doors there is a nice 'living room' setup with comfy couches and ottomans, coffee tables to sit around at, and a couple of smaller tables at the windows for guests to have their meal. To the left is the bar which also has a self-serve sparkling water fountain with lemon, lime, and coconut (my fave!) options besides just plain water. The bar is very well kept and the cocktails are good - especially their chocolate martini! The bar area is where the breakfast offerings are set up on both sides of the room: plenty of different breads and bagels, sweet butter in foil rolls (so good and French), toasters for the breads, flaky croissants and jams, jellies, honey, and cream cheese. Everything is organized perfectly as you would expect; silverware in holders, napkins nicely stacked, plates and bowls for cereals. The first morning we had (a lot of) bacon and eggs, croissants, and of course coffee. I sometimes like tea in the morning but this time opted for coffee and sparkling water with lemon. It's nice to sit at the window tables and gaze out at the Strip while planning the day's activities or pool day. The lounge was clean and well-maintained, the staff at the entrance were welcoming and friendly, the tables were cleared regularly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visits to the Prestige. For years we have enjoyed the Prestige Lounge at the Palazzo! The whole experience is amazing from the private check in, to the lounge, the meals , snacks and drinks - but the thing that makes it most impressive is the staff! Many of whom have worked there for years and really get to know the guests. We were both excited quite frankly a little amazed to see that they had opened this year just in time for our Thanksgiving trip and were curious as to how the lounge would play out in this Covid era. Guest health and safety was important and maintained. They still had meals available but all food was behind counters and served to you in disposable containers . They provided breakfast pastries, yogurts, fruits, yogurt as well as evening drinks and appetizers. Capacity was restricted and we felt comfortable and happy to be back ( as well as the amazing rooms at the Palazzo and the restaurants / shopping / casinos at the Palazzo) ! But the staff were just amazing and just make the guest experience so special! Pepe, Michael , Mary and Nancy in particular are wonderful - we have gotten to know them over the years and we so glad to see them all again! Cheers to next year and a return visit!! read more

I love Venetian but the prestige lounge is a total waste of money. Private check - in saves 30 minutes but they promise Prosecco at private check in - didn't get any. The lounge is crowded and you have to wait 45 minutes in average just to get a cocktail. One time arrived at 6 and no one approached for 1 hour and left at 7. Ermando, Jessica, Michael & Vivian's & every staff member I interacted w/was beyond customer service. When there was an issue w/the room, Michael quickly handled it w/no question. The food & the cocktails are 2nd to none & def worth the add'l $$ that are paid to access this lounge if you don't have IHG status. The cocktail hour w/the small bites was primo!!! This was my friend's first time in Vegas & this lounge def helped make that experience representative of what service should be while in Vegas! Some people may complain the Champagne somehow isn't the best quality simply because it's not Veuve Clicqot or la grande Dame - but in my world open bar including Champagne, Prosecco, California Sparkling and good California wines plus liquor (Tequila, Bourbon, Martinis etc) is great. Are you the AmEx Platinum card holder who always wants to go to the airport early to use the Centurion Lounge wherever you go? Then spending the extra $$$ on this Palazzo suite will be worth it. This is right down your alley. You will have happy hour cocktails and hors d'oeuvres daily from 5-8pm. And every morning you will have typical warm breakfast options; not to mention a slightly more expanded option on weekends that last until noon!!! It's also great if you have a family and need the convenience of a location close to the room to have food at the usual feeding times. It's not as worth it if you are attending Vegas just as a lovey dovey couple. There are far better options of food elsewhere to try than this lounge in that case. Have a group of guys / girls for the weekend? This may be a good option too. As the pre-partying with all you can drink alcohol is a scary pre-party option...before your hit the clubs. read more

Last year, when I scheduled the last weekend of June/first week of July of 2020 as my Summer Vacation, I had intended to be in Portugal, exploring a new country. But then COVID hit and the world as we know it changed. Suddenly we were isolated from the rest of the world, and they from us. Up until a week or two ago, I thought I still might be able to get into Portugal as there were rumors circulating amongst the travel community that Portugal would lift its restrictions on US tourists. So I found myself desperately trying to scrape together some sort of last-minute vacation that would still prove to be fun, albeit not Portugal. I ended up in Vegas for a night on my way to explore the desert, and chose to stay at the Palazzo, because I had never been. As an American Express Platinum card holder, I booked through Fine Hotels & Resorts. I had to make a few calls to the Prestige with a few questions, and for all three (3) calls, Sasha and Nicole were very wonderful to talk with. When I came to check in, I ended up working with Nicole, and she was a shining point in my let-down of a vacation! She was professional, funny, and answered any and all questions I had. In fact, I even took her dining recommendations down to the menu choices at Mott 32. One of the better dinners I've had in awhile! I interacted with Nicole during my check-out as well, and she had me laughing at her jokes, and smiling at her kindness. I requested some water before I left, and she got me two ice-cold bottles. She also summoned a bellman to my room and had my car waiting first in line at the Valet. These are the little things which reduce the stress of a trip. My experience at the Palazzo and at Prestige was amazing because of Nicole. These are the types of employees any company should fight to retain. As a result of my interaction, Palazzo will be my new hotel and resort when staying in Las Vegas and I will always be adding on the Prestige, if I'm not staying in a tier of room class that includes it. I have enjoyed prestige a few times over the years, it's becoming over crowded , and the appetizers have no flavor, the quality has gone downhill. The staff is awesome, Arthur and Vivian are both outstanding, Arthur goes above and beyond to make sure you get great service. There seems to be some managers that don't like the bar stools at bar for people to enjoy chatting with bartender and other guests. Shouldn't it be standard to have barstools at the bar, after all they are pictured in prestige club photography. I didn't get to enjoy all the amenities because of crowds of children in the club. My question, since you pay more to be a prestige club patron and this is exclusive and in vegas, why do they allow children? Nobody wants to listen to loud with their morning coffee. A full breakfast spread, snack and soft drinks all day, dinner appetizers, dessert and free booze including cocktails. The way I look at it - if I were to consume the same amount of food/drinks ala carte, would I pay more than what Prestige charges? And the answer is yes! There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Prestige. You also get to check in/out privately on the 23rd floor and never wait in line for anything ad they are also a full service concierge. Such a fabulous experience!! The Palazzo has definitely become my preferred Las Vegas hotel due to the Prestige Lounge. I loved the private check in w/ complimentary Prosecco. It created such an intimate experience and started my 24 hours in Vegas off right. There was no line for check in and the check in attendants also double as a private concierge, which came in handy when making a dinner reservation. I loooooved the 4-7PM open bar and 5-7PM complimentary appetizers. There was almost no reason to leave the hotel. Especially since they make a killer margarita... I had 4, I'd know! The lounge has an elegant, classic look, in line with the style of the Palazzo. There was live piano music one evening. There's plenty of seating but prime seating goes quick during happy hour and breakfast, which they offer daily complimentary, as well. While the lounge will have you spending an extra $100-125 or so, overall on the room... the experience is totally worth it and I highly recommend! read more

The Prestige Lounge is like the 1st class of flying but instead it's the 1st class of resort staying! There are elevated benefits one may not know and is well worth your time in knowing. For example, You receive the exclusive lounge experience which includes continental breakfast every morning, unlimited drinks through out the day. In the evening on the weekends they provide complimentary wine. Private functional space for meetings or lounging along with a menu for exclusive pillow upgrades to make your stay more enjoy able. They also offer a private checkin area and other available staff with prestige services. No need to book it right when you reserve your room. I suggest you checkin and try it for at least a day but please make sure you can try the breakfast! Prestige actually helps to maintain a budget and also it gives the first class service you deserve. I've stayed at the Palazzo Hotel quite a few times now, and had the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of the Prestige Lounge three times. The upgrade has now increased to $50/person, but it is absolutely worth it! This upgrade allows you to check in/out on the 23rd floor of Palazzo (outside of the Prestige Lounge), instead of the lobby. By doing so, you avoid the general crowd as well as long line. The lounge provides breakfast from 7am-10am. Food items range from eggs, to sausages, to potatoes, .... what you would normally expect from an American breakfast. Coffee, tea, & snacks (M&M, nuts, pastries) are available throughout the day if you would like to go to the lounge to munch on some food while enjoying the outside view. Dinner includes several appetizers that can definitely fill you up. Sliders, empanadas, soup, cocktails, etc. In my opinion, this upgrade is worth it because you reap the benefits of enjoying a more luxurious stay at Palazzo. Going out to eat at restaurants is expensive, so I think the price you pay for both a private space to relax as well as enjoy food is a win-win situation. The prestige is so WORTH it! This is so much fun to wake up in the morning and get delicious coffee and fresh pastries. Instead of ordering room service and wait forever or go to a buffet and spend tons of time on lines waiting, the Prestige is stylish, comparable and offers food, soft drinks, appetizers (some hours of the day), alcohol, hot drinks and snacks all day long. TIP, They will reserve a spot for you at the pool. All you need to do is call a day before. All the team is super nice and helpful and they will do all they can to make your stay better! read more

Pros -complimentary breakfast daily from 7-10 am which included eggs, bacon, baked breads and potatoes along with infused water, hot chocolate and fresh squeezed orange juice. - cocktail hour from 5-8 pm featuring amazing drinks and wines with sample platters - tv and wifi (T-mobile had poor service all over the palazzo so great add on) -TVs that could be changed to accomplished any possible show or movie to watch - Great servers and bar tenders. Josiah helped us and he was amazing. We will be coming back to the prestige level when we revisit Vegas. read more

The best hotel in Las Vegas is by far the Palazzo. What makes an incredible is the 23rd floor called prestige. You have a private check-in with champagne and the staff always remembers returning visitors. The breakfast is elaborate and includes eggs bacon oatmeal fruits coffees pastries. Throughout the day they also offer complimentary soft drinks and snacks. At night time they have a complimentary open bar and hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. They end the evening with a tremendous desert service again with plenty of coffee and drinks. What really makes it is the entire staff. You are treated like a VIP. We have enjoyed this for the last 10 years and they have great staff like Michelle who always has great stories and prompt and friendly service. We try to go at least three times a year. Too much money a day $40/day minimum. Over a weekend that's a really fancy meal out. The check in upstairs great but doesn't work if flight arrives in evening such as Allegiant. When we were there on Friday and Saturday for Happy Hour they would feature a restaurant. The night we were there it was Carne Vino...we had tuna tartare, grilled octopus and mortadella melts...super yummy! So if you visit Las Vegas stay at the Palazzo and pay a little extra for the Prestige Lounge it is well worth it. Recently stayed at the Palazzo for a long weekend. Upon arrival the valet and staff were welcoming, the lobby is impressive. We were provided a room early on the 20th floor which was fantastic since we did arrive before noon and check-in is normally 3pm. We went directly to our room to freshen up and walking down the hallway on the 20th floor we smelled feces. When entering our room we were overwhelmed with the smell of sewage. A terrible take your breathe away smell that instantly caused a headache. I called the front desk immediately, the lady I talked to suggested for us to stay in the room and let them service the pipes. I requested a new room and then the rep moved us to the 21st floor. We collected our things and moved floors. The smell improved on the 21st floor but was faint and still present during our entire stay, noticeable every time we entered our room during the weekend. I am not sure what was happening with the plumbing or the lines, the suite was pretty but I could not get over the smell. read more

It's gone downhill. It's loud and annoying. People are half laying all over the furniture. Televisions are blaring sports in every single area. Very few people seem to understand the concept of "inside voice". F-bombs going left and right. This seem to be where the aging (think 50 to 60 year old) fraternity boys go to re-live their youth. It used to be a nice place to relax to get away from the noise and crowds. Staff used to walk around and take orders (and remind people of the demeanor). If you stay at the Palazzo Hotel, it would only make sense to upgrade your experience to include the prestige Lounge! My wife and I enjoy a good beverage and delicious finger foods and this place provides both of that! From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. every night they host a reception type get together, it includes many different types of higher-end finger food and complimentary cocktails. If you've ever been to Vegas you know that if you go to a bar you will pay at least $20 a piece for a cocktail. We spent five days here and would just go to the lounge at 5 p.m. get some food and some drink and then go out on the town. It was well worth the extra money. Every morning from 8 to 10 a.m., they also provide what they call a continental breakfast, but it is much much more. They usually have a spread of eggs, bacon, sausage and many different types of breads and cereals. On the weekends everything's a little higher end with items such as smoked salmon and different exotic cheeses. I believe it was 60 bucks a person to upgrade but we figured we'd save all that in food and drink and we did. read more
