We were specifically here in this tower. It was a bit of a trip up to it but it was fun! The room was really nice but the artwork walking around was just amazing. I loved the ceiling artwork the best. The pool was also really cool. In general, I was really glad we stayed here because everything was just beautiful. Also, we got a room facing the giant ball so it was fun to watch that from our room. The one downside here is the toilet paper is absolutely awful. Luckily there was a Walgreens nearby so we could buy much better stuff. read more

I picked this place because my wife and I love Italy. It was beautiful inside. I loved the lobby and the mall. The pools were cool. It was pretty outside and inside and everywhere. but all the other reviewers are right- it was too hard to get to our rooms. I hated that it was a maze to our room and took forever to get to our room with NO CLEAR INDICATIONS of how to get to our rooms. Seriously they should fix that. Signs. SIGNS PEOPLE. Absolutely beautiful hotel! It is connected to the Venetian by a "bridge" and is more on the secluded side. It definitely feels more private because of his far away from everything it is. ( be prepared to be lost every time you want to go to the lobby or casino. You have to go through 2 elevators and walk a mile!) you can tell you are at the Venezia vs the Venetian by the beautiful yellow walls and carpet. The rooms are huge and you get access to all three of the pool areas. We also spent time in their spa and it was wonderful. We could have stayed all day there. It had a cafe, gym, sauna, hot tubs, salt rooms and co-ed areas. read more

Should've read other's review... had no idea there's this 'other' tower at the Venetian. The 'Luxury double queen room' was really nice and big. But that's pretty much the only nice thing about our stay. The room was nice if we could find it!!' The only direction I received from front desk was to take the elevators towards to right side of the registration desk. And if one think it's that easy? No no way. We got room 4401 which not only was in the Venezia tower but also at the very very end next to the fire exit. After being in the hotel for 2 days I finally figured out we need to take 3 different elevators to get from our room to the parking garage without getting lost. My kids whined about how far the room was and told us that they'd rather stay at a cheap little hotel. The most ridiculous part is on the day of our check out, we decided to pack up everything and put our belongings in the car while we go get breakfast (since everything's so far away) and come back to enjoy our breakfast in the room. When we came back with our breakfast at 10am (check out time at 11am) house keeping was already cleaning and tossed the whole room. We have not checked out yet!!! She told us we had to wait in the hallway while she calls her manager since she already started cleaning. My kids were in a hurry to use the bathroom ( the restrooms at shop level was nasty so they wouldn't use it) so after waiting in the hallway for couple mins I asked told her we need the bathroom & she cleared out of the room. Hectar the housekeeping manager did call us and apologized for the mix up. Apparently they thought we checked out (which we didn't) and there was no luggage so they decided to go in and clean. I've never had this problem at any other resorts before. He said he'd check us back in so we can stay till 11am the regular check out time, but when I tried to connect to in room WiFi with my room number it says I was already checked out. Weird. No other incentive was offered. I am just glad I never leave any valuables in the room as they can randomly check you out !! read more

This place not bad at all, best place to take photo , nice view but they have some problem about the operation. The receptionist take people from palazzo or Venetian after they fully book (I think they might not speak the truth about that) they said that they upgrade the room for traveller. People post bad reviews on Yelp because they're got small room one bed instead of big room couple bed. If you can skip that point I think this is the one of the best hotel on strip. read more

Surviving the Venezia, a hotel review My advice, stay away from the Venezia tower. For those unaware, that's the newest tower at the Venetian hotel and casino in fabulous Las Vegas. It's similar to the main Venetian tower. It's kinda like the Palazzo tower. But the difference - it's a journey, a journey like no other, a journey to the end of the night. Your room will be beautiful. That's a fact. You will love it, if... you ever find it. Upon checking in at the Venetian, the front desk attendant will wince when they tell you you're in the Venezia tower, as if they've been assaulted for such follies. They'll tell you it's beautiful, and you might believe them. You should believe them, actually. They'll say it again, more courageously this time... "it's beautiful!" They smile. You reciprocate, courageously. But then, they'll mutter something indecipherable under their breath, which you can almost make out as "if you can find it...". They'll look up at the security cameras, anxiously, seemingly certain they're being watched before they continue with the checkin process, equipping you with a keycard, a mouthful of directional instructions, and perhaps inexplicably some other items of utilitarian value. The keycard is important, you'll utilize it several times throughout your odyssey before you even reach your room, if you ever reach your room. The directional instructions are only important in theory, as trying to apply them is futile. As you walk away you might almost certainly catch the attendant solemnly make the sign of the cross, uttering a prayer for you, a lost cause. It's an Italian themed hotel and casino, one might expect some catholic imagery. But the prayer candles they continually light should bring you pause. Into Gods hands they commit thy spirit. "Next guest please!" My stay was only two nights, maybe three. I found my room the first night. I grew confident. Overconfident, actually. Cocky, one might say, recklessly so. One night as I made my way from the conference center to the Venezia tower, I realized too late I had packed dangerously light. Although I was in peak physical condition (no thanks to - is there even a gym in the Venezia tower??) but my rations were low and my body was tired from a full day of shaking hands and stringing together random buzzwords to feign technical understanding and business savvy - my job in a nutshell. I was deep into my Homeric odyssey when my leg suddenly cramped. I stumbled, I fell. Due to magnetic interference caused by casino security measures my compass was not giving me a clear read. The hour was late. The time, was still Italian renaissance. Ornate. Beautiful. I've read Death in Venice and yet I was still unprepared for my own death in Venice. The darkness of my despair was reminiscent of a Caravaggio, how apropos. Daylight was a mere dream to me. Head on the floor, I hear thumping. A nightclub. DJ Tiesto? DJ Diplo? No, we're in Italy friends, DJ Mario. And Luigi. I'm fading. Dark sails on the horizon. Feebly trying to summon help, I fired off the two flares they provided me when I had first checked in. I remained unassisted. Fading. Fading. I managed to pull myself into a seemingly abandoned elevator for shelter. I dozed off. I dozed on. Moments, minutes, perhaps hours later I was jolted awake as the elevator activated. Praise God! I arrived on another floor. I pulled my lifeless body out of the elevator. It was the lobby. Sorry, not the lobby, I mean a lobby. It wasn't the Venetian lobby. Nor was it the Venezia tower lobby. Yes, in fact, it was the lobby for purgatory. The atmosphere was calming, surprisingly. It smelled good. Carpets were freshly vacuumed and had not been trodden by foot nor hoof. In the distance there was crackling, like a record playing. It was a record playing. The Proclaimers. I could barely make it out. "And I would walk 500 miles and I would walk 500 more just to be the man to walk 1000 miles to my Venezia door". I grabbed my phone, battery was down to 2%. When we first arrived we really liked our suite. It over looked the private pool area. As the days went on, it really became a major pain in the ass to get to this tower from anywhere. Nothing is close to it, and the two elevators it takes along with the long hallway walks, leave much to be desired. It also had this odd yellow colouring to it which really shows up in any photos you take. They acted like giving us this suite in this tower was an upgrade. However we asked to be switched to the other tower, which was ( for us anyway ) much better. Besides all that, the room was pretty nice. It had a huge bathroom with separate tub and shower, vanity table for doing your make up, separate toilet, and his and her sinks. I didn't care much for the bath products they provided. Nor did we appreciate one ply toilet paper ! The suite itself is a decent size. We had a king size bed and it was pretty comfy. There is also a large dresser so lots of room ( along with closet ) to unpack your clothes. There is 2 TVs - one for the bedroom And one down in the sunken living room area. There is no fridge and the ice bucket was rather small. If I came back I certainly would not stay at this tower, but it would be good for people who want a more secluded area away from It all! read more

Ok, so when it comes to hotel rooms in Vegas... I am a spoiled brat. I like my rooms luxurious even when I know I will barely be in the room. It's just so nice to come back to a big, clean, luxurious room after partying all day lol. 3 stars compared to OTHER rooms at the Venetian and Palazzo. Compared to other hotel rooms, it's a 4 star. When I checked in, they offered me this tower instead because it was a packed weekend, I checked in late after taking a side trip to Death Valley first, and all the double beds in the main tower were gone... just one accessible room left and I didn't want to take that room because what if someone really needed it. Anyways, so the Venezia tower is closest to the check in desk... but far from everything else!! The check in girl lured me in by stating there was a private entrance, lobby, pools... and she had a pool view room for me... while that was all true, it is very inconvenient! I tried the room not know how much walking I would have to do and what a maze it was. To get to the rooms here, you take 2 elevators. One takes you to that building and other takes you up to the rooms. You go into the first elevator... get off, then walk a long ways down to the next elevator. While the walk is pretty (you walk through the wedding area), it's kind far, especially if you have a lot of stuff. It is also here where Buchon is located. Like the girl said, there is a more private pool area here, and this one is open year round. My friend and I checked out the pool area, but did not swim because it was cold, but we saw people in the jacuzzis, maybe the water was warm? I felt the water in the pool and it did not feel cold though. Buchon overlooks the pool area. As far as the rooms... for some reason, it felt smaller to me. Maybe it was the decor? I like the rooms on the Palazzo side better because it's very easy to get to from the parking/elevators and the rooms are a tad bit bigger. Anyways, like I said, I'm spoiled and like the rooms here, so I was disappointed to see only 2 TV's in these rooms instead of the 3 that are in the other rooms! There is no TV in the bathroom. I like to have the music channel on while I'm getting ready! The beds also felt smaller. I'm thinking they were full beds and not actual queen beds... Another thing the rooms here lacked compared to the other rooms was remote controlled curtains!! The rooms in the main Venetian tower and Palazzo have buttons you can push to open and close the curtains as you desire. I was not happy seeing a small sofa bed couch instead of the sectional one as with most of the other rooms. Yes, I so sound spoiled lol. Trust me though, the room in the Venezia tower IS nice, and yes much nicer compared the other hotel rooms on the strip... and the Venetian is my favorite hotel and having stayed here many times in the main tower and Palazzo, compared to those rooms, this room didn't compare. If you were to have a wedding here however, then these rooms would be more ideal as you don't have to walk around the casino and the rooms are in the same area. I think from now on however, I will book the Palazzo side. It's just much easier and closer to the parking/elevators! I guess I shouldn't complain much though... my room was completely comped for the weekend, no resort fees even, lol. The housekeepers were friendly and did an excellent job, cleaned around the same time each day so we always came back to a fresh room. read more

On our 3rd and 4th night in Vegas during EDC week, we switched over to a Bella Suite in the Venezia Tower. I've been in this tower before to dine at Bouchon, but I don't recall if I've stayed here before two weekends ago. I'm not sure if it's better than the main Venetian building, but the tower does seem nicer and more luxurious. Venezia also has its own pool area, which is more private and romantic than the main Venetian pool. Although the tower entrance is right next to the lobby, getting to your suites is very confusing and takes a long time. You have to take two different elevators to get to your suite level and there are so many forked hallways, that it's easy to get lost. The signs make it even more confusing as they're hard to read quickly; I can't even imagine being drunk and trying to find your room. In fact, an obviously inebriated lady knocked on our door and barged in thinking it was her room. Our room was 5-420 and she was trying to go to 4-520 and refused to believe that she was in the wrong room. Then she tried to steal one of our shoes. So bizarre, but funny enough that's not even the first time that's happened to me in a hotel in Vegas. The rooms here used to sleep 7 comfortably (two queens & 3-person sofa bed), but they switched out the L-shape sofa bed with a regular 2-person sofa bed. Lame. I don't know if it was because it was EDC week and they were really busy, but they also wanted to charge us for extra towels when we asked for some. We ended up having to switch our used towels with clean ones when housekeeping brought them up to us. Never in my life has that ever happened to me in a hotel LOL at least they have complimentary slippers. One cool thing is that we ran into John Legend and Chrissy Tiegen with baby in tow... TWICE! One of the very few times I've recognized celebrities without someone else telling me first, as I don't usually notice them. read more

I didn't realize at the time of the booking we would be staying in an Italian themed tower, with a French styled restaurant, and that to get to my room I would need to navigate an English inspired maze or to find my chariot again would require 3 elevators. This three star rating is in comparison to the regular five star rooms that are available at the Venetian. The Venetian advertises this tower as better than the regular tower, but I'm not buying it. We stayed in the Venezia tower for three nights last month. While it was nice to be on a separate wing of the hotel instead of having to walk through the casino, that was about it. The layout of this tower is very odd and it's like a maze. You have to take two elevators to get to your room, and walk very far through many hallways. I can see someone getting lost after having too much to drink. The rooms are nice, but not as nice as the regular Venetian tower. They don't have the big sectional couch like the regular rooms, and the blinds aren't electronic either. The bathroom doesn't have the TV in it. I've heard the private Venezia year round pool is amazing and gorgeous, but it was closed for construction while we were there so we could neither see nor use it. While it's still much nicer than any room on the strip, I'd stay in the regular tower next time. How disappointing! read more

The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because they have a new system that allows you to order drinks directly from your slot machine & the drinks never came after waiting for 25 minutes! Who even carries Ethernet cables anymore? 2. T.V.s don't work. Yes t.v.s plural. There's two of them and none of them work. It's been 1 1/2 hrs since I have complained and no ones come yet 3. The maze to get to the elevators. The two stars go to the valet, the bell hop and the concierge. Joe the bell hop awesome dude, Sean the valet who parked and re parked my car after I realized I left my phone in the car and Jaquelyn the concierge who did not hesitate to move us to the remodeled Venetian tower after I complained about the lack of wi fi and non operational flat screens. read more

I loved staying in this tower. The pool is literally downstairs. It isn't as crowded as the main pools and that is what we like. There are two tubs and two pools at the venezian gardens. The casino is a short walk from the tower as well. I was concerned because I've read that the tower is a hike from everything else. But it's really not. Also the suite was gorgeous and very comfy. Regarding the staff, everyone we encountered was very nice and asked of we had everything we needed. Very pleased with our stay. read more

My husband and I stayed in the Venezia Tower over the 4th of July weekend. We booked our reservation through Costco which allowed us to use the VIP check-in section (a very nice feature as the line to check-in was very long) and a complimentary continental breakfast at the Grand Lux Restaurant. I really enjoyed our stay. Our room was big and the bathroom was very nice. I like the big bath tub as it came in very handy when I needed to soak my sore legs from all the walking that I did. The king size bed was very comfortable. I also noticed that there were 2 TVs in the room - one in the living room and the other in the bedroom section. From our room, we had the view of the High Roller and the airport. When we checked in, the clerk asked if we wanted to upgrade (for a fee) to a room with a better view, but we declined. I liked the view from our room anyway. Parking at the hotel was free so that was a nice perk given that I'm used to paying for parking at hotels in a similar caliber. read more

Long story short: I booked a room with 2 queen beds months in advance, we check in the hotel late so they only had one king size bedrooms available. The lady said she will upgrade our room for free to the Venezia tower which is suppose to be a lot better & more expensive. Honestly, these rooms at the Venezia tower are not any different than their regular rooms. There's absolutely nothing special about them, I seriously thought this was a joke. The size of the room is either exactly the same or a little bit smaller, they don't even have an L couch at this hotel, and there's not even a TV in the bathroom -_- how is the Venezia tower room suppose to be an upgrade compared to their regular rooms? It seriously puzzles me, it was literally the same room, maybe even smaller! Definitely felt ripped off! I called the front desk all pissed, complaining here and there because I was seriously dissatisfied. The lady at the front desk was really nice, so props to her for not losing her cool with me because I was super mean. They said they could have us change to queen bedrooms the next morning, but seriously, who wants to unpack, pack, and unpack again all in a matter of 12 hours?! Of course we just stayed in the king size bedroom because there's no point if we're only staying two nights. It also takes forever to even get to our room in this tower, it's a waste of 7 mins of our precious time to be honest. You have to take like 2 different elevators just to get to the room. The only good thing about these towers is that it's close to the front desk, taxi line, and valet line. read more

Stayed at the Venezia portion in one of the suites for a bachelorette. And, while it was farrrrrrrrrrrr from the lobby, the room itself was great. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us in the room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. The bathroom was huge as well and somehow we made it work with all of us trying to get ready. The living room was great as well to sit, chat, and do a few bachelorette activities... I'd definitely stay there again when with a large group just to give us more space but still being together and not having to rent 2 connecting rooms. read more

I stayed here for business. DISCLAIMER: I didn't realize that Venezia is essentially one of three towers owned by the same org. Other reviews mentioned a dedicated reservation desk; I saw no such. I checked in at the Venetian, and they put me here. Its location is ridiculous, as others have noted. But the real issue is signage. It's confusing. There are terms used on the signs that don't match terms people say. So someone will tell you "go across the bridge" and there's no sign talking about a bridge. (it's actually a breezeway that doubles as a bridge, between Venetian and Venezia, and is IMO the fastest way to get between the two towers). The other issue is the elevators are all sparse and use confusing button terms. So the towers in Venetian will tell you that they're taking you to the "Venetian Lobby" - that's fine. But there's nothing in the elevator indicating exactly where you need to go to get to the "Venezia Lobby". Vice versa on the Venezia elevators. What I'm used to is, "Venetian Lobby, access to Venezia Lobby", or something similar. Not here. If I had a warning, I would say to stay away from Venezia anytime there's a boxing event. This particular business function is scheduled right during Mayweather's fights, so you can imagine the nightmare that ensues. Tons of people, drunk people, stupid people, etc. The Venezia gets literally beat up - someone had peed in the hallway and they just put a fan out there to dry it out. NO! You need to get a steam cleaner ASAP to get it up off the floor, THEN do a dry when it's been cleaned and odor removed! You'll have teen girls sitting out barefeet in the hallway blocking access, laughing and chatting at the top of their lungs (which of course reverberates into the rooms) all through the evening. Heaven help you if any of these teen girls or even 20 somethings get a room next to you. It's not fun to have their 20 something male buddies banging on the door at 3am. Nor is it fun to experience their music literally vibrating the walls. It IS moderately funny to watch them nearly injure themselves running into closed elevator doors because they're so drunk. I would STRONGLY recommend requesting a full linen replacement before you sleep in that room. In my case, while the bed was made and the sheets and pillows appeared clean, they all smelled like...well, imagine what you'd end up with if some basketball player went straight from a game, skipped the shower and went to bed. That's what it smelled like, even the pillows. Not good at all. Whatever they wash towels with, I'm assuming they don't use soap or wash powder. They smell rancid and unclean, even after you request replacements. WiFi kept throwing auth errors - even though you don't need a password. Verizon 4G, though you can get signal, is unusable. It simply won't work. In-Room Dining is a price nightmare. You'll see a price for $19, but then there's a "delivery charge" of $5, "service charge" of 18% and tax of just under 10%. So you'll get very close to $30 all told and that's NOT including a 20% tip (which you really should do at this kind of place). One plate I recall was over $60 just for the food - ordering that would have been high side of $80! For ONE plate of food, just some seafood and a steak! No coffee maker in the room and none for breakfast unless you buy a full pitcher. Why? THE GOOD: WiFi is part of the resort fee. There's a card that swears you'll be billed; technically this is true but it's not per-hour or whatever. You're charged the resort fee anyway, use the WiFi all you want, and you don't need a password. The room does look nice, with decent furniture. Shower was comfortable and heated up nicely. Unlike some others I experienced (Omni Parker, I'm looking at you). Sound isolation from outside was about 95%. This is excellent. (too bad the inside didn't fare so well.) What I did try of the in-room was actually very good. The brie cheese was nearly perfectly creamy, the fruit was reasonably fresh, and I really should have listed to the server. He swore up and down that I wouldn't be able to finish two club sandwiches, and he was absolutely correct. They're massive and delicious, but I simply couldn't finish more than one. Too good. I guess the days of eating two medium pizzas by myself are long gone. The only thing I got that was "meh" was the porchetta, and only because I'm picky about it. But the antipasto - which I found out later was the "sausage and cheese platter" that Omni Parker serves - was actually good. Didn't smell like a gym locker, tasted good. Didn't finish it because there was just too much to eat. The In-room servers are the shining stars. Excellent service, polite and will go out of their way to accommodate you. If you stay here, just keep an eye on your wallet and the noise levels, I guess. read more

The room was beautiful and large but the Venezia tower is an absolute maze to get to. You have to take 2 elevators and walk through 2 very large lobby areas after wandering through a meandering casino. On each elevator ride, without fail, a new group would enter and exclaim how confusing the layout was. If you've been drinking any, be prepared to wander around, lost, for a bit. It is very close to a Walgreens which came in handy for affordable beverage and snack options. Also, if you love the North side of the strip, this is a great location! We prefer to be in the middle of the strip so it's not so much walking to The Mile Shops and Caesars. The bed was very hard but the bedding was great. Beautiful, spacious bathroom and dressing area. If you want a nice room in the North end, this is a great option. However, if you'd like to be center to the strip action, choose Paris or one of the other centrally located hotels. No in room coffee pot... HUGE negative for us. read more

Venizzia is a hotel within a hotel. It is its own tower with its own reservations and check desks, restaurants and other services and is a separate building from the Venetian. Venizza is a step up from the Venetian in appearance and quality of service, has its own pool and beautiful hallways burning real fire in the lamp posts inside. We have stayed here several times and the service is always great, the Bouchon restaurant and bakery does not disappoint (unless you get the chicken and waffles which they recommend but you should stay away from) and if they bring back the concierge level (currently closed because of the economy), you have to stay on that floor! read more

Stayed in the Venezia Tower Bella suite. Feels about the same as a suite in the Venetian. Both are nice and big. The Venezia Tower seems a bit more private and quieter, than the Venetian. Also there is a pool that is nice with less people. To get to the casino from your room takes a while, which is annoying, so be prepared to walk a little more. Also the rooms are hard to get to. You need to take 2 elevators to get to the correct area. Make sure you read every sign and take the elevator to the Venezia Lobby. Have fun!!! read more

I first stayed here 5 years ago. Nothing has changed since then. I recommend if you want to stay at the Venetian, stay at the Palazzo. We stayed here for business and was jealous of my coworkers staying in the Palazzo. I remember staying at the Venezia 5 years ago. It was such a maze to find our rooms. Business or pleasure in Vegas, I'm drunk and my sense of direction is foggy. Why does it have to be so hard to find my room? If they don't want to build direct elevators, please provide a monorail service to the elevators. 15 minutes, at the least, to get from my room to the ballrooms near the Blue Man Group and Canal Shoppes where our meetings were being held inside the Venetian. I probably could have gotten to work faster staying at the Mirage. The rooms are in desperate need of a face lift. No iPod jack. No coffee maker. No coverings on the light fixtures in the bathroom. No wifi. The rooms are gigantic and perfect, I guess, for 6 people trying to stay in the same room together. It's not perfect for business travelers. They should take the money spent on the travel sewing kits in the bathrooms and use it on something people actually need. If I'm going to drink in Vegas, I'm going to a bar. Take out the minibars and give guests a coffee maker so they can stay up all night gambling or get rid of their hangovers without having to go on a property adventure to locate the Coffee Bean. There's potential to actually be the fantastic property it promises to be... it just needs to keep up with the times and the many properties going up around it. read more

this was our third time in Las Vegas A two night stay in a 2 bed suite. Overall I must say that is a beautiful hotel it's very big so expect to walk a lot to get to your room. Our refrigerator did not work however we had no complaints on that the snacks that you may purchase in the room example candy chips peanuts were all dusty and the chocolate was soft. Needless to say we were not interested in the snacks however I feel if you're going to have the snacks in the room at least be fresh I am sure if I had my children with me we would've made that purchase. The customer service that I received on the first night was very poor we were getting ready to go to a show in the evening when I went to plug my curling iron in the outlet in the restroom all of a sudden there was a big boom and fire or a big large spark it all happened so fast the next thing I knew I had this electrifying feeling through my body and a big buzz in my right ear I look down on my right hand and it was black and they were a little sparks a black on the wall I called the hotel operator notify her what it happened I was very shaken up I was actually very scared The cord to my curlier was completely torn or melted or ripped apart approximately 15 minutes later three security paramedics came up to the room and were more concerned with the curling iron Than they were with me thankfully overall I was OK other than the buzzing of my ear One of the paramedics kept taking photos over and over the curling iron or there were two of the medical security officers in the restroom so I had no idea what they were doing since I was sitting on the bed I asked the security paramedic who was attending to me if he was going to take pictures of my hand since it was black and he said I will and at that time my husband got in from purchasing drinks and I overheard a Conversation with him and the gentleman in the bathroom basically saying that it was the curling iron that caused this. The curling iron had been purchased two weeks before and I honestly know the curling iron was in perfect condition before I plugged it in. I received no apology nor did I have a follow up to see if I was OK the buzzing of the of my ear did finally go away after a couple of days I just honestly feel that this situation was handled very poor. My well-being meant nothing to the hotel so if you're planning to stay here be careful and prepared as they are looking out more for themselves of course instead of the guest read more

This hotel is great. I like the three TVs, the sunken den, the bathroom and pretty much everything here. It is better than the Hard Rock hotel and Palms Place (my last two visits). This is the best hotel that my wife and I have visited in Vegas. I will have no problem staying here again. read more

I didn't stay in the hotel but this was the first stop i made once i got to Vegas and wow this place is beautiful. If your in vegas u must stop here and visit the shop and the canal up above the casino. That's right Above the casino there are shops and a huge body of water!!!. I didn't get a chance to go on the boats because the line were so long but they had lots of other things to do so i was entertained. Four stars only because the actual casino part wasn't that great. read more

Pluses: 1. Beautiful... carpet smells new. 2. Big rooms... States it sleeps 4 but can actually sleep 6 (2 queens and 1 pullout bed)... Has 2 tvs, not sure why as they are no more than 5 yards away from each other. 3. Quiet wing with hardly anyone around. 4. Fast elevators (probably bc it's so vacant). Minuses: 1. Difficult to navigate with many twists and turns. 2. Asked to be high enough to miss facing a building. Sure enough, the only view I have are the windows of the other tower. 3. Must pay for everything... Wifi, decent tv programming, fridge. 4. Just found a cockroach making his rounds across the floor... Just caught said cockroach. 5. Too high of a room price for what you get. Paid $235 plus $20 resort fee. Crazy! read more

Venezia is, in my opinion, the best tower at The Venetian. Bouchon is here, and the rooms have some of the best views, especially of the world's tallest observation wheel and the east side of the valley. Five stars! read more

This was my first trip to Vegas and so happy my boyfriend chose the Venetian as our hotel. From start to finish I have no complaints. For being the massive hotel it is the check in process was a breeze. Our room in the Venezia tower was a suite and had a great view, was huge, and overall quite nice. The cleanliness of the hotel and casino was great. The smoke smell was there in the casino but not overwhelming. I'm not a gambler but my boyfriend and friends are so I spent a considerable amount of time at the tables. The drinks did not lack, the service was fast, and the dealers were fun. We did get to take advantage of the gondola ride, which was pretty fun. I did not have enough time to explore the pool area but on my next trip, trust I will be there. I was amazed at the interior and decoration of the entire hotel... the detail alone was amazing. I was probably spoiled on my first trip but I loved the hotel and would definitely go back! read more

This hotel is very old. I was not impressed at all. When we checked in we were told that we can get a king bed on the 11th floor or a queen room with handicapped accessible. We were also charge for our entire stay when we checked it. Everything I the room need to be upgraded. My grandparent would appreciate the decor. I will definitely not be staying here again read more
