    "Slice" of tiramisu

Pizza is good... Wings were alright... Tiramisu "slice "should be called "bite"! I called them to request for a refund of the slice, never heard back. Disappointed.

THE BEST decision EVER! Cost-effective! Everything I needed for my Birthday Meal. Fresh Handmade Pasta, Fabulous Meatballs, and Amazing Sauce (or Gravy as some Easterners would say ‍). Entire meal was created with pure ingredients. I have to give a shoutout out to my significant other who followed correctly the directions for cooking set forth by A&M Pasta Lab. They specialize in fresh, handmade pastas and house-made sauces, including unique varieties you won't find in stores. We picked up Campanelle, Honey Squash Agnolotti, and Scarpinnocc (cheese-filled) -- all outstanding. Ailey suggested perfect sauce pairings and even labeled the bags with heating instructions, which was such a thoughtful touch. Beyond pasta, they also offer artisanal olive oils, balsamic and specialty vinegars, wonderful cheese selections, and a curated wine lineup -- making it easy to build a gourmet meal in one stop. The pasta selection is impressive, from squid ink spaghetti and chestnut tortellini to spinach pasta and rich cheese ravioli. They also offer pasta-making classes, which I'm already planning to sign up for. Small, quaint, and full of heart, A&M Pasta Lab delivers big on quality and hospitality. You can truly feel the love behind the craft. A hidden Lake Las Vegas gem that's absolutely Elite-worthy.

I ordered the swordfish, and it was absolutely outstanding--perfectly prepared, flavorful, and one of the best seafood dishes I've had in a long time. The rest of our meal was equally impressive. Our server deserves a special mention. He was attentive without hovering, funny without trying too hard, and seemed to know everything there is to know about "all things Gaetano's." Great service always elevates a meal, and he certainly did. The atmosphere is one of my favorite things about Gaetano's. You can celebrate a special occasion in a sport coat or enjoy dinner in nice Vegas shorts and a Tommy Bahama shirt and feel equally at home. It's elegant without being pretentious. Oh... and did I mention the bread? Let's just say my plan to "eat light" ended the moment the bread basket hit the table. I blame Gaetano's entirely. If you're looking for consistently excellent Italian food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again, Gaetano's continues to be one of Las Vegas' gems. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in, and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was helpful, and our food came out quickly. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo, and it was exactly what I was craving. The sauce was creamy, rich, and packed with flavor, with plenty coating the noodles. My husband went with the spicy Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese, and he really enjoyed it. It had a nice kick without being overwhelming and was loaded with flavor. If you're expecting gourmet Italian cuisine, this isn't that. It's simply a solid place to grab a comforting bowl of noodles when you're in the mood for pasta. Between the good food, clean restaurant, and great service, we'd definitely stop by again.

Imagine my surprise when I saw that there was just one location in Vegas--and while it wasn't super conveniently located, the food and service made it worth the drive. Divinity was so friendly! I am used to getting barely passable service at a fast casual place but she could not have been more welcoming and helpful, making me feel comfortable and hang out for a while after I was done eating, talking to some friends back home on the phone. My Duo was great, both the chicken pasta and Caesar salad were fresh and tasty and the staff was apologetic about it taking a little longer than usual but I was on the phone so I didn't even notice!

It's also a gorgeous restaurant so you feel like you are going to a nice brunch or night out when you go. They have recently renovated and it looks much brighter in there. They also have some booth style seats which is great for parties because you can have a bit of separation. Our family personally loves the back semi-private dining room in the back. Calamari, portobello fries, truffle fries, and the sweet potato fries are always crowd favorites choices for apps. I love the portobello fries the most. I have had mostly brunch here but the menus are not limited to only the brunch menu. We love ordering savory foods and then ordering a sweet brunch item to share. All the pastas are good and have a big serving. I personally haven't ever had the same entree twice but everything has always taste good here. The one thing we really really love about this place is their affordability. You get big portions and it's not going to break your bank. Most entrees are $20 and under. You do not see that a lot anymore! Service is really nice but can be a little slow sometimes. We don't feel like it ruins the experience because we're spending time with family. We will definitely be back and back again.

We asked if we could also sit at the bar, but the host told us it was closed. He even went to ask the bartender since there were already people seated there, but the bartender said no because the bar was closed. This was very confusing. If the bar was truly closed, why were two customers already sitting there? If there was a specific reason, it should have been explained instead of simply turning us away. The inconsistency made us feel unwelcome and gave us a poor first impression. I hope management can improve communication and provide a more consistent experience for future guests.
