Vegas needs more places like this! Small local owned business that started in a food truck. Prices are very competitive for most Italian restaurants. The menu is limited but the food is not! We had the chicken parm. It was amazing. The chicken was tender and fresh. The portion sizes of our food and the people around us was impressive. We also tried the focaccia bread with a garlic, olive oil and glaze drizzle. The bread was outstanding. They do offer a variety of coke product in the can as well as bottled water. The service was great, very friendly and eager to earn our business. The store front is a tad small but they do have seating for about 20 people. Leaving the best for last! The cheesecake! Best I have ever had. If you are not a pasta person, the cheesecake alone is worth a visit. We will be back! I encourage you to support this small business. Amazing food, fresh simple ingredients perfectly prepared. The lasagna was so flavorful and creamy with the bechamel and ricotta. The stuffed artichokes were the favorite, with the garlic, Parmesan, bread crumbs and a bright buttery lemon sauce. Their cheesecake was one of the best cheesecakes we've ever had. Visited the restaurant a couple of days ago. Amazing experience, phenomenal flavors and textures of the entrees and appetizers!! The three gentlemen working at the time were incredibly welcoming and personable. All of them were very enthusiastic to not only answer our questions about the menu, but they gave us the time and space to enjoy our food! We ordered the focaccia, the caprese salad, the fried raviolis, the lasagna, and the chef special of baked ziti with meatballs. Each and every dish achieved the perfect balance of flavor, texture, and temperature! The price point is low to moderate, as you will definitely receive a higher quantity and quality than is standard in the foodservice industry. Let's keep them alive. If you're a "local," this food truck does all the big events like for example, When We Were Young. So now you don't have to wait for the next big ticket event you can have it anytime. Now most of the food here is made to share and have with the family. We have also ordered a Penne pasta ala vodka, combined with creamy tomato sauce with perfectly seasoned shrimp, chicken parmigiana, providing a homemade taste with breaded chicken cutlets baked with marinara and mozzarella. You order first then have a seat We got the penne with shrimp vodka pasta. SO GOOD. When you dine in they also give you a piece of their focaccia bread and it's so delicious. I don't normally write reviews but I feel like this place needs to be talked about more! Went in on a Saturday night around 7pm fully expecting a wait or a full house but it was oddly quiet and had just one other family sitting at the bar. First thought: the delicious aroma of GARLIC.. instant salivating Second thought: where is everybody at?! We walk to the counter and are greeted by a man behind the glass with a super genuine welcome and smile (hard to come across these days). Browsing through their very simple menu but I'm immediately in a chokehold because HELLLLLOOOO vodka pasta is my faveeee! I order that and my husband gets the chicken parmigiana and we order the garlic bread cone on the side. The man asks if we wanted the pasta in the cone or on the side and I'm not gonna lie, I was confused for a hot sec but realized the family at the counter was enjoying their meals in a bread cone. I wanted to enjoy each item separately so on the side it was. Food comes out and we were served this AMAZING focaccia bread on the side which was a genuine surprise because I didn't expect to be served that as well. Omg I was so obsessed with it I even told my husband how I'm probably gonna order this for takeout like everyday. Besides that, and as expected, the penne shrimp ala vodka was DELICIOUS. I literally had to save some bites to take home for the kids to experience also! Husband enjoyed his meal as well and ripping off pieces of the garlic bread cone with every bite of our pasta was the cherry on top! During our meal, we were approached twice to make sure we were enjoying our food and that we had everything we needed. A+ And a 'thank you' from the kitchen was yelled out as we were leaving the restaurant. I finally made it to Endless Pastabilities the other night--I walked in at 7:20 PM--and as soon as I stepped into the tiny dining room (just a dozen unadorned tables bathed in harsh fluorescent lights, no tablecloths, no curtains, nothing to make you think Italia beyond the menu scrawled on a lone chalkboard), it buzzed with energy. The black truck with its neon "Feed Me Pasta and Tell Me I'm Pretty" tagline you may've spotted around town has parked itself indoors, and its two owners--who look every bit like they've been pulling 18-hour shifts--greeted me like old friends. Before my pasta even arrived, they set down a slice of house-made focaccia so pillowy and fragrant I'd return just for that alone. I opted for the Spaghetti Marinara Meatball, hoping for a rich, herb-kissed sauce. What landed in front of me was a plate of glistening noodles drenched in a thin tomato puree that tasted surprisingly tame--no garlic punch, no fresh basil, nothing to cut through the acidity. The meatballs were tender but shy on seasoning, more breadcrumb than beef, and the whole dish reminded me of a Fazoli's plate from college. At twenty-five dollars a bowl, I craved boldness that never quite showed up. On the bright side, their signature garlic "bread cone" is a showstopper: a buttery shell you can scoop pasta straight into (or--genius--dip in extra sauce). The garlic flavor was deep and mellow, just as fantastic as the complimentary focaccia. Both breads showcased real care and flavor. I ordered mine to-go, and the team packed everything with care: the cone retained its soft, pillowy shell in the bag, the focaccia stayed warm in a lidded bowl, and the sauce arrived snug in a reusable container. Even reheated, the breads held up marvelously--though the pasta, still underseasoned, needed an extra drizzle of olive oil and a shake of chili flakes. Would I give them a second shot? Probably--if only to see how their other pastas fare. With a lineup that includes penne alla vodka with shrimp and fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken, plus that imaginative cone concept borrowed from the truck, there's potential waiting under the surface. Just be ready to ask for extra cheese, extra herbs, or a side of chili flakes to wake up the sauce--and definitely double down on those breads while you're at it. Tried this spot after craving Italian food. Disappointed in the hours, but made it work. Love my Chicken Parm's, so had to try it out and the employees were nice enough to add-on a chef's special bread. Even though the shop itself is small, can attest that the food is AMAZING. I got my food to go and it still tasted as fresh 15-20 min later. The portion was definitely much bigger than I expected, to where now I have leftovers for lunch. Went to pick up my wife's order on the 31st. There was a family placing an order in front of me no big deal. However the staff continued to talk to that family about being a social media influencer and etc by the time I got my order I knew the guys kids name and where the lived.. We almost didn't stop here during our trip and honestly I am SOOOO glad we did! It was my favorite thing that we ate the whole time we were in vegas!!! My husband and I shared the bread cone with fettuccini Alfredo and my teen daughters shared the vodka penne and it was the PERFECT amount of food. I am pretty picky when it comes to Alfredo sauce and let me tell you it was everything my little pasta loving heart could have dreamed of! All of the staff were SUPER friendly. They were one of the food vendors at Enchant Christmas and had to try it out. They were definitely one of the more popular vendors there and it was a bit of a wait to get the food but you could tell it was going to be good just from the line. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with the garlic knot cone. It was divine! Everything from the pasta to the meatballs to the garlic knot cone was worth it. So flavorful and just the right mix. I happened to walk by while picking up a take out order from next door, and the first thing that popped out to me was the sign that said, "Feed me pasta and tell me I'm pretty." Well, with a tagline like that, of course I had to stop and look at their menu, where I realized these were the folks who served pasta in a garlic bread cone from a food truck I had seen on Instagram at some point. And now they have a store front. Plus, carbs INSIDE MORE CARBS?? I still had some time before my other take out order was ready to be picked up, so I stepped inside to take a peek. Clean, sleek decor with a sort of modern diner vibe, I grabbed a seat at the counter where I could leisurely watch the cooks and owner prepare the food, read the menu and see what folks were eating. It's not an extensive menu, which I liked. No feeling of being overwhelmed with choices, just nice, solid standards like chicken alfredo, spaghetti with meatballs, penne ala vodka with shrimp, lasagna, and options for sides, desserts, and of course the garlic bread cone instead of a bowl for the pasta. The cooks were methodical in preparing each order, carefully pouring sauces into pans, moving back and forth around each other to take dishes in and out of the oven to toast bread, melt cheese, and generously dusting each dish with parmesan cheese, or drizzling balsamic vinegar over their signature focaccia bread. I knew I had another take out order to pick up, but I'm also a night owl and knew I'd have to reckon with a "middle of the night" meal before morning, so I figured I might as well grab something extra now, and I can always reheat this or my other order later. I ordered the chef special of the week, (the special changes from week to week), a baked manicotti and added a side of meatballs, and also added an order of lasagna. The lady at the register taking orders was friendly, patient while I figured out what I wanted, and informative in the best way. For example, she said they made everything in-house, with the exception of the pasta, but the bread and sauces? All made by them. And the focaccia bread? A special recipe developed by the owner/head chef during his days writing in high-end Italian restaurant, which, as a special for their opening week, they're offering to customers while they waited for their orders for free. I've had focaccia bread before, and though it's meant to be airy, it often ends up being a blend of half airy/half dense, and power crispy, part soft. The focaccia here? Toasted in the oven before being sprinkled with deliciousness, it was evenly crispy all over, and the bread inside was truly light and airy throughout, so much so that it was like biting into a crunchy cloud, with a sweet, tangy-savory flavor that enhanced the bread, but didn't overwhelm. The pasta, I tasted after I brought it home, and I wasn't disappointed. I was told their portion sizes are generous, and they did not lie. I thought two orders would last into maybe leftovers to heat up for lunch the next day, but after tucking in, I realized that ONE order was easily equivalent to TWO meals. And the pasta/sauce/cheese ratios were just right, where each component complement the others without overwhelming. You could taste the frames of the ingredients, and the care that went into making each dish. Definitely adding this to my rotation of places to eat, and DEFINITELY going back to try their New York cheesecake. As a New York transplant to Vegas, clearly I have to see if their cheesecake deserves to be called "New York cheesecake" - but so far, nothing but high marks for this addition to the Vegas restaurant scene read more
