It's midnight and it came hot and fast. It's good when you're craving some eats and you don't want to pay strip prices. They said 45 minutes and they got here in 40. The pizza is fine. It's not world class but it's not trash as many reviews indicate. I got the same flyers as others in my hotel room at Luxor and they made it easy to get. I don't get what all the complaining is about. I took off a star because they have a QR code to get 20% off and the registration gets nowhere and you can't apply the two pizza packages. Figured we would try it, since it was voted Las Vegas best pizza. This was farthest from the truth. We ordered two pizzas, and they were both unnaturally bland. The garlic chicken pizza was 0/10- inedible- seemed like the sauce was spoiled and sour. The BBQ chicken pizza was 1/10. I don't know why there was tomato on a pizza that clearly did not have that on the description. There's BBQ sauce as a base, soo any tomatoes has no business being on it. It's just a little hole in the wall pizza shop, there is no seating to eat but a small waiting area instead. I believe this place mostly takes deliveries so it took some time to order and get my pizza but it was worth it. I ordered the Grilled Garlic Chicken Pizza and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not eat here. We ordered delivery last night and have had this place before, pizza is decent. The delivery service was fine and we began eating our pizza. Lo and behold there was hair in our food. Appetite ruined. I hate complaining when it comes to food service being that I used to work in it and I understand how it can be. I politely called the restaurant and let them know there was hair in our food, didn't demand anything, wasn't rude or offensive. The girl on the phone gave us a number to send a photo of the hair to and I'm not sure who's number she gave, but the disrespect and unprofessional behavior this person exhibited truly appalled me (see attached screenshots). There is no reason for me to lie about having hair in my food, especially when I know it's neither one of ours. The hair is brown (me and the only other person in my apartment have black hair). I ordered the "2 X-Large Pizzas Any Way You Want" special. I ordered "All Meat" and "Grilled Steak Chipotle" pizzas. The "Grilled Steak Chipotle" had ham instead of steak. When I called to let them know, they kept hanging up on us. It took six calls to speak with a the "manager" Dimitri. He and their staff are so rude and unprofessional. They said the ham was roast beef, which even if it was roast beef, it's still not Steak. Instead of trying to make things right, they raise their voices/yell at a customer. Ordered from this place and I am very disappointed! I got an extra large pizza and it looks like a medium. I also got wings and a dinner salad with french fries and mozzarella stick. The wings were dehydrated and had absolutely no chicken on them they practically were bones thrown in the box. Fries were soggy and cold, aswell as the mozzarella sticks. The dinner salad was a single person serving. The food was absolutely disgusting! I placed a delivery order over the phone and was told it would be to me in 45 minutes to one hour. Not even two minutes after placing the order I seen the Reviews on here, and called them to cancel. I guess they go through a third-party and the lady was telling us that the order was already on the way. I said how is the order on the way when we didn't even order five minutes ago? They tried to pressure me into having it delivered anyways and I told them no I canceled. Then somebody from the pizza store themselves called me, saying the same thing, that the driver's already on the way. Again, not even 5 minutes passed since I placed the order. He was very rude and told me don't call their store again to place another order lol. Wasn't planning on it, buddy. Don't understand why the health department hasn't shut this place down for serving uncooked​ chicken wings. The​ chicken fingers seem to be a very cheap brand or expired as they taste like imitation meat or even due to being uncooked as well. You can read my whole review, but to make a LONG story short, they don't really deliver to your hotel room, the food isn't good and the customer service was the worst I have ever had to include being accused of being a lier and thief after paying for food I didn't not receive. They placed 3 flyers under my hotel door in 2 days advertising 24/7 delivery, so I figured they delivered to my hotel. I placed an order via the QR code on the flyer. I immediately received confirmation via text and email. 1.5 hours go by with no food delivery or communication, just $40 gone from my bank account and a starving child. I call. They act like they can't find my order, then they tell me it's already been fulfilled. I explain it has not and ask for a refund. I'm placed on hold. They come back stating that now my food is 2 minutes away and the driver will call me. He does. He states the hotel wont let him up to deliver my food. I walk down and get the food which is cold. I am also missing two desserts and a salad. I call and ask for a refund. I'm given the store owner's number. I call him. He will not let me talk without interruption and accuses me of scamming him for free food. (Talk about the pot calling the kettle black here). I'm the one who paid for food I didn't get and the food I did get I had to practically bed for and then it's cold. I guarantee this business is only still operating because they serve tourists who don't have the chance to never give them their business again. I am not one to complain. We received a pamphlet on our hotel door, and when we called to place our order we were given a higher price. Their response was it was an old menu. Quite literally the worst service, wings, and pizza. I stayed at the Rio Hotel and got an ad for this pizza. I called them to make sure that they can deliver to the hotel and the girl on the phone said yes. She also mentioned that it would take an hour and I'd have to meet the delivery person by the valet parking when they call me saying they are there. No big deal. I'm fine waiting an hour and walking down. An hour and a half rolls by and I did not get a phone call, so I called the pizza place and she said that the delivery driver had already left a few minutes ago and would be arriving in the next couple of minutes. I waited outside of the hotel for an hour. Never got a call. So I called again to ask for the status on the delivery driver and was placed on hold for 17 minutes then was hung up on. I called back and was placed on hold again. I hung up because I was very frustrated at that point and called back. Anyways... after them not knowing where my pizza was, then saying the pizza actually wasn't on the way yet... I get a call from the driver saying he was a few minutes away. Okay cool.. at this point I don't care about the frustrations.. things happen. The driver shows up and the pizza box is completely soggy. The bag with the box of wings had the buffalo sauce inside of the bag... instead of on the wings. ??? The pizza was not good at all. I ordered delivery to Westgate Hotel, which is a 20 min drive from the place, so I knew it wouldn't be super hot when it arrived... but it would have been hotter if the restaurant had provided hot & cold bags to the delivery drivers so the food a chance of arriving at the appropriate temperature. The PIZZA was ok, but not very hot. The SALAD was small but decent: dark green lettuce, olives, tomatoes & croutons, although it was no longer cold (since it was transported on top of the onion rings & pizza). The ONION RINGS I threw out. I don't know how they were made, but they were bad. I've never seen anything like it: small, thin, mushy, & no longer hot. Sicily's Pizza IS OPEN 24 HOURS, which is why I ordered from them, late on a Sunday. A Tip about Citi Visa Credit Card use... I had tried ordering from 2 other, closer restaurants, but each cancelled my order after about 30-40 minutes, & I got a message that there was a problem, my order had been cancelled, & they were now closed. I was getting hangry! On my 3rd attempt at ordering dinner, when I ordered from Sicily's, a message popped up about a problem with my credit card. And I realized that Citi Visa was probably declining the charges because I live in Oregon & was making these charges on vacation in Las Vegas. Frustrating. So, I used my Venmo credit card to pay for the Sicily's Pizza order (& it worked just fine). I later called CitiCard & this is indeed what had happened. Apparently I have to call them & tell them when & where I'm traveling if I want my credit card to work in other states... although, I DID use the card to pay the deposit on the hotel at the beginning of my stay a few days before, & they approved that charge/deposit. So, it seems their A.I. needs to be a bit more intelligent. The food from the closer restaurants would have arrived faster, hotter, and might have been better quality. read more
