I visited on last night with a friend for their happy hour. Which is from 5pm-CLOSE. I started off with the Mac & cheese balls and a French 75. The Mac & cheese balls are my favorite. Sometimes you may have to ask them well done (fyi). I also tried the bacon & mushroom spaghetti which was very tasty & creamy. I added Parmesan which really ties the dish together. Our waiter Tristin was lovely. He constantly checked on us & we shared great conversation about the menu & how the owner changes it often to keep the ambiance & variety going in the restaurant. I love that. Lastly, I tried the wings which were falling off the bone delicious. The only thing was, they were super tiny so I didn't even get a picture lol. But the sauce was perf.

I came here for a happy hour girls night with my friends. The drinks and food were yummy and at a great price. I really liked the burrata salad! The service was good and checked on us a lot. The layout of the restaurant is kinda of weird. Front was a big dining area which was having a birthday party and the back was a bar with some lounge seating.

It's great to see The Sparklings still offering great deals with their all day Happy Hour. Unlike most places where there's only a few items on special, an entire menu page is devoted to their Happy Hour. There's a lot of items to choose from including skewers and half pastas. I really enjoy their bar area because it's got atmosphere and televisions. Chris the bartender is very friendly and informative. The food - it was all great! The food comes out fresh and hot. One of my favorites - the grilled wings. Wow! Piping hot, tender, and with a nice sweet flavor. I love that they are grilled which is hard to find. The Meatballs in vodka sauce is a good size. You get 3 meatballs and the sauce is smooth and not overly heavy. Solid flavors! The half pastas are great because you can try different ones without overcommitting to a full entree. The pesto gnocchi came with plenty of sauce and the gnocchi was nice and chewy. I love the nuts that are added in the sauce - gave it a little crunch with that nutty-ness. Lastly - the half lasagna was also a good size. Layers of noodle with beef and cheese topped with plenty of red sauce. All in all - super solid experience and all Happy Hour items are $8!

Sparklings is only a minute away from my house, and it's easily become my go-to spot whenever I'm craving pasta or calamari. The happy hour here is unbeatable -- I got calamari, mozzarella sticks, and vodka meatballs for just eight dollars! Everything was tasty and the vibe is always nice. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the mood for Italian again. Great service and amazing food for the price! Everything we ordered came out fresh and flavorful, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. For what you pay, the quality is honestly impressive.

I held my baby shower here and couldn't have been happier! The team was extremely accommodating and worked with my family for months to plan a great event. The price was very affordable, and honestly, the venue was really special. All of my guests were happy with the food they ordered, and the event just felt very relaxed and very special. I highly recommend The Sparklings for a special event venue if you're in Southwest Las Vegas!

Service is phenomenal, the staff were all so kind. Food was ok overall. Didn't like the mozzarella sticks. But everyday happy hour at the bar.

Hidden gem in SW Vegas. Location is unassuming but they have a sneaky good happy hour and consistently fantastic service. I'm always skeptical about places with large menus, but this place is an exception. The happy hour menu is gigantic and features a lot of unique offering of American, Italian, and Asian fusion options. I've tried a few items that are good but the standouts in particular would be their octopus, pesto gnocchi, and vodka rigatoni. Happy hour items vary in portion depending on the ingredients, but 4-6 items should be enough to split for 2 people depending on what you're getting.

Very quaint restaurant for a week day dinner. The Sparklings has a great menu containing a lot of pasta and entree options with various cocktails and drinks. We went on a Tuesday night and it was quiet, so food came out quick. Price is affordable and could even add $1 to some of the items. Would love to see this place more modernized and nicer and would draw in a younger crowd, so much potential here. We ordered a variety of starters so I have a few to recommend. Definitely get the entree Pesto Gnocchi, it was lightly chewy and yummy and more than enough as my meal. Food: - Bacon & Date Meatballs - Brussels Sprouts w Bacon - Burrata Salad - Seared Scallops w polenta - Pesto Sausage Gnocchi - Yum!

I stumbled upon this hidden gem for happy hour a bit too late! It's been there for over 10 years and I had no clue. They have $8 happy hour that starts from 5 pm- close, yes you heard me right!! We tried pesto gnocchi, beef sliders and Mac n cheese balls, every thing tasted great. They also served warm bread with butter on the house. Lots of nice drink options. Service was great, staff is very pleasant and helps each other out.

I can't believe we hadn't come across this place sooner. We're always on the lookout for good pasta spots with variety and reasonable prices, and The Sparklings checks all the boxes. We arrived around 8:30 PM for happy hour and sat in the bar area. From the happy hour menu, we ordered the calamari, scallops and polenta, and vodka sauce meatballs. Everything was amazing, but the scallops and polenta really stood out. We also thought the vodka sauce was perfect. For our main dishes, my husband got the Italian sausage vodka rigatoni and I got the shrimp and crab ravioli with Alfredo and extra shrimp. Both were delicious. I'll probably go with the vodka sauce next time because I kept reaching for his plate. The staff was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and quick to bring out our food and apps. The inside is stylish and spacious, with room to accommodate different group sizes. We're already looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu.

Hidden Gem for Happy Hour Lovers! If you're hunting for a spot in Vegas that does happy hour right, The Sparklings absolutely delivers -- and then some. Their happy hour runs from 5 PM until close, and a lot of on the menu is just $8 each -- which honestly feels like a steal considering the quality and presentation. I tried 6 items * Mini Burrata Salad - creamy, fresh, and perfectly balanced with tangy tomatoes. * Grilled Baby Octopus - tender with just the right smoky char. * Chicken Thigh Skewers - juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. * Seared Scallop & Polenta - buttery scallops over smooth, comforting polenta. * Pesto Gnocchi - soft, pillowy gnocchi coated in vibrant basil pesto. * Cajun Shrimp Linguine - rich and packed with flavor. And let's talk about the drinks -- the Whiskey Mango cocktail was a standout. It's the perfect balance of sweet and bold, tropical yet sophisticated. Definitely one of my new happy hour favorites. The interior truly sparkles -- gold accents, cozy lighting, and chic details make it feel modern yet welcoming. It's elegant without being pretentious, and there's always a good vibe here. The staff were also fantastic -- friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. Their recommendations were spot-on, and everything arrived quickly and beautifully plated. Whether you're here for cocktails, dinner, or just good vibes, The Sparklings is a hidden gem you'll want to keep coming back to. Highlights: * Happy Hour from 5PM-close, all $8! * Must-try Whiskey Mango * Flavorful fusion dishes that look as good as they taste * Sparkling interior & cozy ambiance * Super friendly staff

Had the chance to finally try Sparklings this week, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! It's been on my must try list for a while, and I'm sooo glad I stopped by. First off, their daily happy hour from 5 PM to close is INSANE -- everything on the happy hour menu is just $8, and the variety is unreal. The portion sizes were surprisingly generous, and my friend and I left completely stuffed. Even their popular cocktails were included in the happy hour deal! Every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Some standouts for me were the grilled octopus, fish and chips, cajun shrimp linguine, meatballs with vodka sauce (those meatballs were massive!), and the KBBQ skewers. Honestly, everything was so delicious I couldn't stop myself from indulging. Also, GET THE EARL GREY TIRAMISU!! Literally the best dessert I've had at a restaurant omg.. Pro tip: come with stretchy pants, you're going to need all the space in your stomach haha. The service was excellent too -- the staff was super attentive and gave us great recommendations, which really helped with the overwhelming number of options. The atmosphere was classy with the sparkling chandelier and vibrant neon sign, but it still felt cozy and welcoming. Also, as a huge clam chowder fan, I was so thrilled to see it on the menu. It was hearty, packed with chunky clams, and so satisfying... With the UNBEATABLE prices, flavorful food, and amazing service, this restaurant definitely earned a new regular. Can't wait to come back! Thank you, Sparklings!!!

I tried it and really liked it because good Hong Kong style wonton noodles are hard to come by. Then I was reading the labels and found that it was actually made in Las Vegas! I finally made a trip to the Louie's Noodle Shop. It is easy to find and has its own parking lot. It is like a warehouse with a small office for taking orders upfront. The office is bright and clean. There are pictures on the wall to display the available products. They sell wide and thin wonton noodles, spinach noodles, ramen, rice noodles, steamed chow mein noodles, yellow oil noodles, E-mein, wonton wrappers, siu mai wrappers, potsticker wrappers, Shanghainess wonton wrappers, and fresh rice noodle rolls. My personal favorite is their wonton noodles, both thin and wide. The lady helping me was Cantonese speaking and was very nice and courteous. I was delighted to find that they sell fresh rice noodle rolls because the ones sold in the supermarkets are not always fresh. The ones here are made fresh daily. They are plain and do not have dried shrimps and scallions, and are a little thicker than I would prefer. But the texture is still nice and smooth. These rice noodle rolls are sold individually at $1 a piece. Prices are very reasonable. A pound of wonton noodles is $4.50. It is marked up to $5.59 if purchased at FuYue Market if you prefer not to make a trip out to Louie's. This place is cash only.

When you go out, most places - not all, but most - you need to say medium rare if you want medium, rare if you want medium rare, and... well, that's about it, because if you order anything from medium well to well done than you just shouldn't be eating burgers. But this place, I asked for medium rare, feeling like a medium that day, and it came out the most perfect rare I have ever had! The char on the outside of this obviously hand made patty, while still being heated through all the delicious pink inside! Oh man! I don't think I need to say much more. The wife had the chicken strips and fries, which she said were "perfectly portioned at three strips." Service was as good as any place should be. And prices weren't bad at all.

I especially loved the salmon, which was cooked beautifully, and the brown rice was surprisingly so flavorful. Paired with the avocado, it made for such a satisfying combination.
