Pizza in this town is thin crust and awful if you're an Italian from Detroit or Chicago. Maybe this place is different. The Stromboli and cold Italian sub were on point! Also had the samosa which were the best I've had in years! Owned by an Indian Sikh who has an Indian couple who emigrated from India to Italy before arriving here so there's a mix of Indian food (samosas, chutney, naan, etc) and Italian favorites. This is mostly a take out type of place. Ordered the deep dish 5 topping with added toppings. Lack of toppings, minimal sauce and lots of bread that was tough and hard. I appreciate a good sour dough crust and this wasn't it. It just didn't satisfy my pizza craving. Came here recently to pick up some sandwiches. Off the bat there was parking outside. But the inside is kind of strange looking, not sure if that has to do with COVID. The two workers here (they both may have been the owners) are super friendly and polite. I had a nice chat with them. Such nice people. I ordered a chicken parm sub and a meatball sub with vegetables on it. I was surprised it was really good. I've heard really good things about this place. Including their calzones. We were passing through and wanted to find a restaurant that was off the beaten path. We also like to try things that aren't chains. So, we decided to give this place a shot. Reviews were decent I had seen. When we stopped in around the lunch hour we were the only people in the restaurant. Not always a good sign. But we ordered up. Two of my party had the Italian subs, two of us had calzones which were advertised on the door, and one of us had the Stromboli. The cold meat sandwiches weren't the best. The bread was a different texture and not what I was expecting. The calzones were good, but the ingredients inside weren't too exciting. The Stromboli was solid too but too many veggies. The long wait was the drag. They made ours to bring everything out together which was nice, but it was a good 20 minute wait. Overall the restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and provided ample service. Price was cheap for large portions. Just wish it would have been a little faster. read more

Interesting spot - mainly carryouts happening while we were dining in there. The dining room was clean but super basic. Grab a drink out of the cold case, order at counter and they bring food out when it's ready. The menu is almost all Italian plus a few Indian dishes tossed in there. Food came out screaming hot. I got baked ziti. It was basic, topped with yummy cheese, no meat in the sauce and the pasta was a bit overcooked. It came with a couple pieces of very nice bread and a super fresh, crispy salad. We found Palermo Pizza on our drive through Hannibal. It had great reviews, so we went there and were not disappointed. Another reviewer described the location as "humble," and it is. There is simple decor and we were given paper plates and plastic silverware. However, the people were pleasant, and the establishment was clean. The price was very reasonable, and the pizza -- delicious! Someone in my party said, "If I lived here, I'd eat here all the time!" I was disappointed in Hannibal where nearly no one wore a mask, and their local hospital was reporting a 10% infection rate of positive COVID19. This was a great yelp find. Awesome food at great price, super nice folks running it. I think its mostly take out buisness but we are there on our way through town. Wouldn't hesitate to stop again. 5 topping pizza special was awesome and fed 4 of us. Let's just say this place is humble. The food is served on paper plates with plastic silverware. But the food is good.

We ordered stromboli and pizza, everything was amazing. And friendly small town pizza place atmosphere.

First time visit at this establishment. My wife and I had a small, thin crust, pizza with two bottled sodas. Our toppings were hamburger, green peppers and black olives. The cost was approximately $13.50...not bad. The thin crust was perhaps one of the best we've tasted. It was baked perfectly and both light and slightly crunchy. The toppings all had excellent flavor. The owners were very pleasant to talk with and they have an excellent menu of Italian dishes. We will certainly return to try out other menu favorites. It will be well worth your trip to check out this Italian cuisine. read more
