We made reservations for six to follow our grandson's graduation on a Sunday at The Family Arena in St. Charles. Even though we were 25 minutes early, our table was ready and we were immediately seated. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and also minutes after we were seated by our server. Our server was friendly and efficient. Drinks were delivered and refilled, as necessary. The ambiance is casual and comfortable. The decor is simple and tasteful. We waited a reasonable amount of time for our food, which was delivered hot and tasty. The only dish that wasn't 100% was my Chicken Spedini. I have had it there once before and it was amazing. This time, the lemon sauce was thick and sweet. Last time it was lemony and buttery. Otherwise, the Veal Parm was perfect, as were all of the other dishes. This is a nice restaurant with great service and quality cooked and tasting food.

Fratelli's is one of those special places that we go for celebration or fine dining. The restaurant kicks an attitude of classic Italian dressed in modern clothing. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant like she knew the importance that we were taken care of and tried to develop and conversation as if we were real people. Our calamari was simple, delicious and filling. We ordered Tutto Mare and it didn't disappoint, thick creamy sauce with plenty of seafood. All in all best way to describe our Fratilli's encounter delicious, classic casual in a formal living lifestyle.

Waited at the bar for a table to open up and enjoyed a delightful wine. The bartender had options to suggest which was helpful for my friend. My chicken meal was great! I'm watching calories so it was important to me that my low cal meal was tasty and IT WAS! Whatever your server suggests is great! Try everything! I cannot wait to go back

Cute place for dinner. We went at 5pm on a Friday and it was poppin'! An hour long wait for two people. But it was great! The menu had a nice selection of items and everything sounded good. We went with the carbonara and of of their most popular dishes, the Tutto Mare. Both dishes were a good size and yummy! Definitely not the best pasta we have had but much better than other pastas we have had elsewhere. I'd say the best part of our experience was the service and staff. Everyone was so friendly, our waters were always full and we were checked on several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The wait staff was amazing!

I visited on a busy Saturday night where most people were waiting for a table, but we had a reservation for our group and we were able to be seated immediately. The ambience was contemporary and comfortable. Even though the restaurant was full, the noise level was tolerable. I was greeted warmly by the hostess station, and within two minutes of sitting, our server, Kimberly, was already there asking if I needed a drink. She was very attentive throughout my entire visit including filling drinks constantly, asking if we needed anything and bringing a dessert menu at the conclusion of our meal. 4.5 stars on service. I haven't been to this location in many years. The food was a mixed bag for me. I was surprised that the only vegetarian pasta sauce was the Pomodoro because apparently all of the other ones have chicken broth in them. I'm not a big fan of the Pomodoro sauce as it's mostly large chunks of tomato and not very saucy. I would love for the restaurant to add a vegetarian marinara. Complimentary fresh bread with butter is brought to the table and you have the option of doing the olive oil and Parmesan mix. I appreciated that option. The bread was soft, fresh and above average in taste. I started with a side house salad with the house dressing. It's really good, but please know that it's made with iceberg lettuce and the house dressing includes anchovies, in case you're vegetarian. One of my dining companions ordered the fried zucchini sticks, and they were really good. My order was the eggplant Parmesan with a side of pasta with the Pomodoro sauce. I was a little confused why it was served with a wedge of lemon. The portions are large and I will definitely get another meal or two out of mine. The eggplant Parmesan was adequate. It was a little high in sodium for my palate but tolerable. The side pasta with Pomodoro sauce was better than average, but not outstanding. One of my dining companions ordered the margherita pizza and it was so salty that it wasn't edible and she sent it back. The dessert menu looked really good, but we didn't order anything off of it on this visit. They stay very busy on the weekends so maybe it was just an off night.

I've been here several times & it's always a good experience! It's located in a shopping center. There's both tables & booth and the aesthetic is clean although it still feels homey. There's both tables and booths along the walls. If you're in a larger party I def recommend calling ahead. We've had cocktails here, chicken parm sandwich, grilled chicken panino sandwich, fratellis salad, chicken Alfredo, tutto mare, spaghetti, the al formaggio, and the affogato. Everything has been delicious, fresh, and hot! The only complaint I'd make is that although it says panini for sandwiches they aren't the traditional paninis that are pressed & grilled but instead are just sandwiches so that was disappointing to find out after the fact. The staff are so friendly and attentive we hadn't been for almost 2 months and our waitress still remembered us & what I usually order. I love getting the al formaggio but instead of ravioli I get fettuccine, I love being able to have a portion of all 3 yummy sauces they have. Overall a great restaurant! I love that it's family owned, fresh ingredients, and a lot of stuff made from scratch (complimentary bread is yummy). My only true complaint would be that they don't sell that creamy Italian dressing by the bottle, would totally buy it all the time it's so yummy! Anytime we're in the area we'll be stopping by.

Pros: Great restaurant and always busy, which I took as a good sign. Really liked my spaghetti with pomodoro. Our friends got a pizza and it was uber cheesy. Maybe a little too much. Great service, very friendly and always there to refill your drink. Clean bathrooms Cons: but not really a con, make a reservation or you'll be waiting

We enjoyed our waitress! Everything was fine except the manicotti red sauce was a bit on the sweet side. The lemon cake was spot on!

    Is there a dress code?

    No. It's casual dress

    No veal piccata on menu?

I believe it sometimes is on the menu

Although you don't have a private room for large parties, if reservations are made, can you accommodate groups of 15-30?

Unfortunately, that far exceeds the maximum party size we are able to accommodate. The largest parties we currently accept reservations for are for 12 guest.

Do you have a private room to host a bridal shower for approximately 30 guests?

They use to have a private room for parties. It was a nice room with special prices or order off the menu. They removed the wall between the restaurant and made the room part…

Do they have a kids menu?

Yes we do! Everything is $5 Spaghetti, fettuccine, ravioli, grilled cheese and french fries, chicken fingers and french fries.

Are they seriously requiring proof of vaccination?

No. We went today and they didn't ask for it nor had signs mentioning it. They did have signs that masks were encouraged.

Is this location open? We tried calling to place a takeout order or place an order online and it rings busy and says they aren't accepting orders at this time

Yes they're open, very busy restaurant! We dined in there last week! Awesome place we go at least once a week! Never had a bad meal there! Highly recommended!

I ordered this for dinner yesterday, because I was craving lasagna…read more I also ordered the chicken parm with cavatelli because you never know if anyones portion size is enough to fill you up. There was a ton of cheese on the lasagna. I wish it had been baked a bit longer to brown and crisp up the cheese. But it was tasty. The noodles were a bit overdone... but i devoured the entire thing in one sitting. Garfield style... Very good. The garlic bread came on a half of an italian roll, also tasty... no issues. I had the chicken parm and cavatelli for lunch today. Pretty solid... no complaints. I will likely be back to try something else.

Paul loves Pasta House Bolognese, so we always visit while in the St.Louis area. We were greeted by…read morehappy and smiling employees, immediately seated and our drink order was quickly taken. Pasta House has a special 5 for $35 (for two people), so since bolognese was one choice, we took advantage. Our app. was toasted ravioli, a St. Louis specialty, then we each chose their Italian salad and of course the signature rolls arrived with the salads. The ravioli, salads, bread and spaghetti bolognese with added meatballs was all up to par, but I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo topped with fried chicken livers (which is what I typically order here). The added chicken livers were $5 and I got quite a few. The trouble is that upon my first cut, I saw that the livers were undercooked. The waitress took my plate back. Shortly thereafter, the manager came out to apologize and state that they would make a new order and put in the front of other orders. They may have done that, but Paul was finished with his pasta before my re-do arrived. I wasn't starving, so I didn't fuss about it. However, we both kind of thought they would at least comp the order of chicken livers. Many restaurants we have eaten at would have even comped the meal. I will say that the re-do pasta looked much better than the original and tasted great. But, I should not have had to wait that long to get my pasta. That is why this is a 3 vs 4 star experience. The ambiance is casual, I love all the black and white pictures and the layout of this Pasta House. I will say that some extra elbow grease on the cleaning aspect would be a positive improvement. Nevertheless, Katlyn did a very good job as our server and we left quite full.
