There's both tables and booths along the walls. If you're in a larger party I def recommend calling ahead. We've had cocktails here, chicken parm sandwich, grilled chicken panino sandwich, fratellis salad, chicken Alfredo, tutto mare, spaghetti, the al formaggio, and the affogato. Everything has been delicious, fresh, and hot! The only complaint I'd make is that although it says panini for sandwiches they aren't the traditional paninis that are pressed & grilled but instead are just sandwiches so that was disappointing to find out after the fact. The staff are so friendly and attentive we hadn't been for almost 2 months and our waitress still remembered us & what I usually order. I love getting the al formaggio but instead of ravioli I get fettuccine, I love being able to have a portion of all 3 yummy sauces they have. Overall a great restaurant! I love that it's family owned, fresh ingredients, and a lot of stuff made from scratch (complimentary bread is yummy). My only true complaint would be that they don't sell that creamy Italian dressing by the bottle, would totally buy it all the time it's so yummy! We made reservations for six to follow our grandson's graduation on a Sunday at The Family Arena in St. Charles. Even though we were 25 minutes early, our table was ready and we were immediately seated. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and also minutes after we were seated by our server. Our server was friendly and efficient. Drinks were delivered and refilled, as necessary. The ambiance is casual and comfortable. The decor is simple and tasteful. We waited a reasonable amount of time for our food, which was delivered hot and tasty. The only dish that wasn't 100% was my Chicken Spedini. I have had it there once before and it was amazing. This time, the lemon sauce was thick and sweet. Last time it was lemony and buttery. Otherwise, the Veal Parm was perfect, as were all of the other dishes. Cute place for dinner. We went at 5pm on a Friday and it was poppin'! An hour long wait for two people. But it was great! The menu had a nice selection of items and everything sounded good. We went with the carbonara and of of their most popular dishes, the Tutto Mare. Both dishes were a good size and yummy! I visited on a busy Saturday night where most people were waiting for a table, but we had a reservation for our group and we were able to be seated immediately. The ambience was contemporary and comfortable. Even though the restaurant was full, the noise level was tolerable. I was greeted warmly by the hostess station, and within two minutes of sitting, our server, Kimberly, was already there asking if I needed a drink. She was very attentive throughout my entire visit including filling drinks constantly, asking if we needed anything and bringing a dessert menu at the conclusion of our meal. 4.5 stars on service. I haven't been to this location in many years. The food was a mixed bag for me. I was surprised that the only vegetarian pasta sauce was the Pomodoro because apparently all of the other ones have chicken broth in them. I'm not a big fan of the Pomodoro sauce as it's mostly large chunks of tomato and not very saucy. I would love for the restaurant to add a vegetarian marinara. Complimentary fresh bread with butter is brought to the table and you have the option of doing the olive oil and Parmesan mix. I appreciated that option. The bread was soft, fresh and above average in taste. I started with a side house salad with the house dressing. It's really good, but please know that it's made with iceberg lettuce and the house dressing includes anchovies, in case you're vegetarian. One of my dining companions ordered the fried zucchini sticks, and they were really good. My order was the eggplant Parmesan with a side of pasta with the Pomodoro sauce. I was a little confused why it was served with a wedge of lemon. The portions are large and I will definitely get another meal or two out of mine. The eggplant Parmesan was adequate. It was a little high in sodium for my palate but tolerable. The side pasta with Pomodoro sauce was better than average, but not outstanding. One of my dining companions ordered the margherita pizza and it was so salty that it wasn't edible and she sent it back. I went to this place because everyone here claims it's the best place for pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza extra crispy (thinking that they were just going to cook the crust and the dough longer) for pickup. These young kids just burned the cheese without cooking the dough. I told them that they need to cook the dough and the crust longer and not burn the cheese. The young lady tried to give me grief about how "the cheese will bubble anyway if you cook it" if you seriously don't know how to cook a cheese pizza properly, I suggest that these young kids and the cooks just go online and learn how to cook a cheese pizza properly. Have been wanting to try Fratelli's for a while now! I Knew how popular they were because they don't offer takeout on Friday and Saturdays, showing how busy they get. I spent my 45 minute wait at the used bookstore around the corner! The inside of Fratelli's is very modern and made to accommodate groups. A lot of groups and families were present having a great time. Because of the groups it did get quite loud on a packed Saturday evening. The service was incredible! Our server Torrie was wonderful! Very kind and attentive and always with a smile, despite how busy things were. The Italian meatballs and toasted raviolis are great appetizers to start. Fratelli's knows how to make an excellent marinara sauce which shines in both dishes. We showed up with a large group and made it clear we didn't have to be sat together, we were trying to support a local restaurant. What appeared to be a manager was very discouraging in our attempt to dine there, almost put out even. We arrived at opening hoping it would be less busy, well evidently they are a local favorite so there were more people waiting after us, we were happy to let a few groups go ahead of us, we'll, the manager continued to seat others ahead of us, and again reminded her we are fine to be seated anywhere separately. Needless to say, some of the group gave up while others were seated. I guess that kind of revenue was not needed, as the restaurant was not full with their departure.
