Tutto Mare

Fratelli's is one of those special places that we go for celebration or fine dining. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant kicks an attitude of classic Italian dressed in modern clothing[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant like she knew the importance that we were taken care of and tried to develop and conversation as if we were real people. Our calamari was simple, delicious and filling. We ordered Tutto Mare and it didn't disappoint, thick creamy sauce with plenty of seafood. All in all best way to describe our Fratilli's encounter delicious, classic casual in a formal living lifestyle.

Waited at the bar for a table to open up and enjoyed a delightful wine. The bartender had options to suggest which was helpful for my friend. My chicken meal was great! I'm watching calories so it was important to me that my low cal meal was tasty and IT WAS! Whatever your server suggests is great! Try everything! I cannot wait to go back

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute place for dinner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went at 5pm on a Friday and it was poppin'! An hour long wait for two people. But it was great! The menu had a nice selection of items and everything sounded good. We went with the carbonara and of of their most popular dishes, the Tutto Mare. Both dishes were a good size and yummy! Definitely not the best pasta we have had but much better than other pastas we have had elsewhere. I'd say the best part of our experience was the service and staff. Everyone was so friendly, our waters were always full and we were checked on several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The wait staff was amazing!

I visited on a busy Saturday night where most people were waiting for a table, but we had a reservation for our group and we were able to be seated immediately. The ambience was contemporary and comfortable. Even though the restaurant was full, the noise level was tolerable. I was greeted warmly by the hostess station, and within two minutes of sitting, our server, Kimberly, was already there asking if I needed a drink. She was very attentive throughout my entire visit including filling drinks constantly, asking if we needed anything and bringing a dessert menu at the conclusion of our meal. 4.5 stars on service. I haven't been to this location in many years. The food was a mixed bag for me. I was surprised that the only vegetarian pasta sauce was the Pomodoro because apparently all of the other ones have chicken broth in them. I'm not a big fan of the Pomodoro sauce as it's mostly large chunks of tomato and not very saucy. I would love for the restaurant to add a vegetarian marinara. Complimentary fresh bread with butter is brought to the table and you have the option of doing the olive oil and Parmesan mix. I appreciated that option. The bread was soft, fresh and above average in taste. I started with a side house salad with the house dressing. It's really good, but please know that it's made with iceberg lettuce and the house dressing includes anchovies, in case you're vegetarian. One of my dining companions ordered the fried zucchini sticks, and they were really good. My order was the eggplant Parmesan with a side of pasta with the Pomodoro sauce. I was a little confused why it was served with a wedge of lemon. The portions are large and I will definitely get another meal or two out of mine. The eggplant Parmesan was adequate. It was a little high in sodium for my palate but tolerable. The side pasta with Pomodoro sauce was better than average, but not outstanding. One of my dining companions ordered the margherita pizza and it was so salty that it wasn't edible and she sent it back. The dessert menu looked really good, but we didn't order anything off of it on this visit. They stay very busy on the weekends so maybe it was just an off night.

Pros: Great restaurant and always busy, which I took as a good sign. Really liked my spaghetti with pomodoro. Our friends got a pizza and it was uber cheesy. Maybe a little too much. Great service, very friendly and always there to refill your drink. Clean bathrooms Cons: but not really a con, make a reservation or you'll be waiting

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great neighborhood Italian restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Prices are extremely reasonable. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. My Pasta Carbonara was swimming in delicious sauce and a very generous amount of bacon. Served very hot and ended up taking home more than half. Highly recommended.

I went with a group of 8 for my friends birthday last week and we all had a wonderful time. The birthday girl tried out an empress cocktail and said it was amazing. You cannot go wrong with any of the pasta dishes either--but come hungry, the portions are generous. The lasagna is a major menu highlight. The prices are excellent for what you get and the service was stellar. I highly recommend !

Ask the Community - Fratelli's Ristorante

Is there a dress code?

No. It's casual dress

No veal piccata on menu?

I believe it sometimes is on the menu

Although you don't have a private room for large parties, if reservations are made, can you accommodate groups of 15-30?

Unfortunately, that far exceeds the maximum party size we are able to accommodate. The largest parties we currently accept reservations for are for 12 guest.

Do you have a private room to host a bridal shower for approximately 30 guests?

They use to have a private room for parties. It was a nice room with special prices or order off the menu. They removed the wall between the restaurant and made the room part…

Do they have a kids menu?

Yes we do! Everything is $5 Spaghetti, fettuccine, ravioli, grilled cheese and french fries, chicken fingers and french fries.

Are they seriously requiring proof of vaccination?

No. We went today and they didn't ask for it nor had signs mentioning it. They did have signs that masks were encouraged.

Is this location open? We tried calling to place a takeout order or place an order online and it rings busy and says they aren't accepting orders at this time

Yes they're open, very busy restaurant! We dined in there last week! Awesome place we go at least once a week! Never had a bad meal there! Highly recommended!

I've eaten here a half dozen times and they're always consistent. The only issue I have ever had is with a to go order...there was hair in my salad. I can't say I was surprised as the guy that was working on the to go orders had very long hair hanging down in his eyes and over his ears. He did have a hat on, but his hair was coming out on all sides. LOL! Yikes! I called though and they made it right and gave me a free salad on my next visit since I didn't wanna drive back up the same day. I love that they offer San Pellegrino, both plain and flavored options. All you need to do is order at the front choosing your pasta shape, pasta sauce, protein, and any toppings, then grab your table number and go over by the soda machine to get your utensils, cheese, and pepper flakes if you want them and your order is brought to your table very quickly. There are a few appetizers and I highly recommend the meatballs. There is also a small stand where you can buy a bag of fresh pasta to take home, along with some merch if you are so inclined. Stickers are free at the register. My favorite pasta shape is rigatoni, and I love their rigatoni carbonara. I always get the toasted breadcrumbs because it reminds me of my Sicilian grandmother that used to put toasted breadcrumbs on her pasta. I got the shrimp this time and was a little disappointed that they were baby shrimp and didn't have a lot of flavor. Next time I will get Salsiccia. It's fantastic.

We had not eaten at Erio's in many years since moving away. This is the Erio's location where we last ate. Apparently, it has been sold since we were last there. I'm not saying the food was bad, but it certainly was not what I remembered. For instance, the house Italian dressing used to be a thick creamy slightly sweet dressing. It was delicious and came recommended. Now it's a sour vinegar and oil dressing with heavy herbs. We were looking forward to getting a pizza but were disappointed. The crust was tough and the toppings were sparse. I didn't care for it. They were busy, so I do overlook some things, but I should have been offered water, and I was not. I guess I could have requested it. I did enjoy the warm bread and butter. If I try this place again, I will not order pizza. If pizza is what I'm hungry for, I think I will go to Massa's or Rizzo's and save myself the disappointment. I guess it's all in what each of us likes. Your experience might be different.

Hands down, Erio's takes pride, not only in their food, but making sure that customers are satisfied with their order and secured in the knowledge that, they'll go above and beyond to make sure your experience and expectations is ! DoorDash also deserves praise as well! Again, 5 stars and 2 thumbs up is definitely deserved! Otherwise, this would have been a one-star review. I have a friend that I don't get to see very often, and we like to get together for dinner occasionally. Our go-to place used to be The Cheesecake Factory at Chesterfield Mall, which no longer exists, so we've been looking for a new place that's about a halfway point for both of us. We've tried a few places, but they just didn't grab us enough to make any of them our new meeting place. We tried The Old Spaghetti Factory a few months ago, and we liked it so much that we both felt we had finally found a place we liked well enough to make it our new spot. Then we came back. In the few months since we were last there, they've drastically changed how they operate. Now, you are REQUIRED to purchase a three-course meal, whether you want one or not. ALL entrees come with a mandatory salad and a mandatory scoop of ice cream for dessert, neither of which I had the slightest interest in. Too bad. It's required. I never touched my salad, and when it came time for ice cream, I just asked our waiter not to bring it. I wasn't going to eat it, and it would have been wasted, just like the salad. I don't mind the concept of a three-course meal, because maybe some people want that. I'm just not one of them. I don't like being told what I have to order, whether I want it or not. I fully support having that as an option, but a demand? We won't ever be back.
