We told them we already gave them $14 and got hers in a cup; they told me if we'd gotten it in a cone to start, they'd give me the cup for free to flip it into, but not the other way around - order it with a cup and you have to pay extra for the cone. Makes no sense to me. We just won't bother coming back. The 2 girls that were working were pretty rude and insistent that they had to charge extra for cones. We're not talking about a fancy waffle cone. Just a plain old sugar cone like we've always gotten. $14 for 3 small scoops of ice cream and then pay MORE for the cones. No thanks. I'll get my treats elsewhere.

I have never had shaved ice in Hawaii only snow cones so it is much better than a snow cone but I can't compare it to shaved ice in Hawaii or even on the mainland as it is not something I have sought out before.
