I've been here a couple times and I've tried to give them a chance because the paletas are good but every one is so rude and it's not okay!

My mexican husband and I went there for the first time last week due to a friend's recommendation. We brought a mini cooler, like our buddy recommended and bought a bunch of different flavored paletas to bring home and try out. The wait is tooooooo long they need more people working here. There was about 15 people waiting in line and they only had two people working. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and then left. What a waste of time. The Popsicles are good but not that good to wait so long. read more

This place has so many yummy treats! Ice cream, raspados, paletas both made of water or milk! My favorite are the "original skippy" they are a raspado with tamarindo and ciruela flavor and they add chile limon and chamoy. They are so good! I have also tried the tamarindo raspado and they are good as well. The tostilocos are good i just dont like the candy they add to it. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because the ladies that are there are so rude, they have an attitude and never smile. read more

The skippy is the best raspador drink in liiiiiiife. When i come up to visit from San Diego I always have to stop and get one. The sweet, spicy, citrus is a party in your mouth. They hand make it to perfection and it takes time but its worth the wait. read more

Ok, so a late update. My co-workers and I managed to get the Frozen bananas and they were good. The chocolate had a strange chemical taste but not very strong. Most likely whatever makes it harden. Still, they were pretty good. As for the reported customer service, my co-workers showed up and mentioned the attitude we received over the phone and the attendant politely confirmed they are not allowed to say prices over the phone, despite prices being displayed in photos from other Yelpers. It's strange but what can you do? If I can't find another frozen banana place I'm sure I'll be back. An updated 3 instead of 1 star as the attendant was simply doing what they were told by management. read more

Best "raspados" in town... Everything is delicious here. It is very clean and always smells so fresh. I love the skippy original, that's the favorite, but all the other raspados are delicious as well (nuez) is another favorite. The "paletas" are also as delicious as the raspados. Horrible service. Both ladies look pissed off all the time like they don't care about your business. I showed up about an hour before closing time and they refused to serve me because it was a slow day and they up and decided to clean up early and get ready to close.
