My feet feel amazing and she is so kind and gentle. I have to say a few things I love about this salon in general: the atmosphere - calm and the technicians do not talk loudly to each other the entire time like at other salons, the ambiance is great, they are very welcoming. Asked for acrylic because personally i like acrylic better, but they INSISTED I do gel x saying i'll save money, I don't care about the money, I tip well and i'm a person that likes my nails done every two weeks. Now i know it's because they're lazy sorry to say. And to my knowledge gel X doesn't take as long so therefore they'll insist you do Gel x no matter how early you go in or even call ahead to make an appointment. like come on dude. My job does not require heavy lifting or anything to break my nail, which has never happened to me before. I'm extremely careful with my nails, and I've never had gel break or a nail break so easily the next day. To make matters worse, my toenail polish also chipped within a day!. It's supposed to be gel - how is that even possible? Overall, I'm very disappointed and frustrated. The ladies were so passionate that they even helped me improvise with the cat eye patterns. Their gel x placement was very detailed and careful; they made sure I didn't have excess gel under the fake nails and that all of the nails fit my whole nail bed.
