My cuticles were not pushed down or trimmed along with the gel itself was not taken all the way down to my cuticle therefore right when I left the salon it looked like I already needed a fill. This is my nails a wee and a half after getting them done. I also got my toes done at the same time in which I got gel and they chopped immediately... I'm no sure what happened, that's never happened to me. Last week one of them broke (5 days after getting them done it cracked randomly) and I had Annie fix it. She did a great job. Another 5 days later two more cracked in half. They weren't hard nails, I am very disappointed. Now I have to go back less than 2 weeks after getting a full set and get a fill and 2 fix's. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. We scheduled for a kids mani & pedi and a hot stone pedicure and gel manicure. Chairs were super comfortable and staff was very friendly. I showed them the designs both my daughter and I wanted and they all helped me find the right colors to achieve our looks. My stylist really took her time to make sure the design was good and I was really impressed with how well it came out. I'm always afraid of getting designed because I have been disappointed 1 too many times. But they really surpassed my expectations. It was an overall relaxing and amazing experience. I really wish I had taken a closer look -- after getting home and showering, I could see that there were patches with polish completely missing and polish still sitting on my cuticles.
