I did a walk in recently & Tracy was immensely accommodating! I came in for a hard gel refill & ombre nude/white combo. The studio was a bit too warm for me so she turned up the AC which I appreciate so so much. The pricing was great, studio clean, and most of all, the service was great. I'm not usually a talker and like it quiet getting my nails done, and I like Tracy for not forcing me to chat. However, she is more than happy to have a conversation if you choose so. My cuticles usually burn/hurt after a service, but she was gentle (as previously mentioned by other reviews & why I came here despite the little reviews), yet so efficient. I can't wait to come back to get my nails done here. Also, definitely take advantage of that 25% off first time customer discount!

I made an appointment on Friday afternoon to get my nails done. I was late due to traffic, but Tracy was super understanding about it! Tracy really takes her time and is meticulous with her work. She's super sweet if you want to chat with her while you're there! The suite itself is nice and clean. There was plenty of parking since the suite is inside a big Phoenix Salon. She does accept card and can also accept Zelle/Venmo if you don't have cash, too!

Wow. I have been looking for a new nail salon in Huntington and I think I just found my new go to. I absolutely love the way my nails turned out and Tracy was amazing. She is skilled, kind, and accommodating. The process was also extremely relaxing, and she made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. I really wish I had taken a closer look -- after getting home and showering, I could see that there were patches with polish completely missing and polish still sitting on my cuticles. Lesson learned! I wouldn't rule this place out for a future visit, but I'd definitely be more attentive next time and speak up in the moment if something seems off.

I'm happy to report that the hype seems to be well deserved. First impressions matter, and Milano delivers. The salon is beautiful, bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. It's clearly designed with aesthetics in mind, but it doesn't feel style-over-substance. They also have an impressive selection of colors, which any nail enthusiast can appreciate. The experience started off on the right foot. Check-in was easy, I waited less than three minutes, and was quickly escorted to a pedicure chair. While waiting for Sophia, I was offered a complimentary glass of Moscato, which was a nice touch and immediately set the tone for a relaxing visit. I opted for the Exotic Pedicure, and this is where Milano really shines. They don't cut corners. Finding a nail technician you trust can be surprisingly difficult, especially when you're picky about pedicures, but I can already tell I'll be returning. My cuticles were not pushed down or trimmed along with the gel itself was not taken all the way down to my cuticle therefore right when I left the salon it looked like I already needed a fill. This is my nails a wee and a half after getting them done. I also got my toes done at the same time in which I got gel and they chopped immediately... I'm no sure what happened, that's never happened to me. Last week one of them broke (5 days after getting them done it cracked randomly) and I had Annie fix it. She did a great job. Another 5 days later two more cracked in half. They weren't hard nails, I am very disappointed. Now I have to go back less than 2 weeks after getting a full set and get a fill and 2 fix's. Annie is great, I will be going back to her.
