Usually pistachio flavored things taste top of tongue sweet, but this was rich, creamy, and deeply nutty. And holy cow the filling! Super generous and just gushing out! Biscoff - Again not too sweet! So good and such a fun flavor that you don't normally see. Their cookies are chewy and had a unique touch: the oatmeal raisin is dipped in espresso, though I think the raisin doesn't quite match, and the chocolate chip is made with browned butter, which gives a richness and deeper flavor that cuts the sweetness of the milk chocolate chips.
