I called ahead of time and the voice on the other end was cheerful and helpful. She was able to let me know when appointments were available and schedule both of us at the same time. I arrived almost 10 minutes late because I was coming from over an hour away. The ladies in the shop were very understanding and still had time for us. Everyone was professional and all of the ladies were styled beautifully - full makeup, nice hair-do's and dressed up. The place itself was pretty - well lit and the furniture was really nice. There were big mirrors too. I loved the fact that when they washed your hair, there was a little footrest when you tilted back. Nice touch!! All in all, we were out in about 30 minutes start to finish. We both got some nice, loose curls and they stayed throughout the evening. We felt like a million dollars when we left. All in all, a good job by professional women in a relaxing environment. There is a public parking lot directly across the street, which made it easy to get in and out.

I've experienced great customer service there but today I left feeling very angry. I booked my usual 30 minute blowout and the stylist took longer than my usual person, causing the next appointment to start late. Rather than being a bit more professional about it, they then blamed it on me for not booking a 60 minute blowout, trying to embarrass me in front of the other clients. I explained that I've booked the 30 minutes in the past, but she still spoke to me as if this was entirely my fault which is absurd. I never had an issue nor was told to book 60 minutes in the past. I am not one to ever write bad reviews but I'm so shocked with my treatment so here I am. Never going back.

This was by far the WORST experience with eyelashes I've ever had. It's been two weeks and all of my lashes have fallen out. When I got home, I noticed lashes started to fall out immediately that night but I figured it was just a couple of loose ones so I didn't think anything of it. However, I did notice they were uneven -- the right side had way more lashes than the left. I then noticed they continued to fall out all week. Nobody, not even my sisters noticed I had gotten my lashes done and the whole point of getting lashes is for a noticeable difference! $180 for what?! Also, the technician had her hands all over my face and nose the entire time. They were heavy on my forehead and thankfully I don't have sensitive skin but if I did I could've broken out. When working on my left eye, she kept pushing down on one of my nostrils, blocking it and I have a sensitive nose so that was frustrating!! I've never experienced this before and it was so uncomfortable and felt like this was very new to her. I've been getting my lashes done frequently for the past 3 years. I take care of my lashes and brush them so they last long. I always go to Lash Loft in the city because it was near my office but wanted to try somewhere closer to home since my office moved locations. I've paid the same price for lashes that look even, full, and last over a month because that's what it should be like. Such a waste of money and soooo disappointed. Don't come here for lashes because this is NOT what it should be like.
