The best part is they work with local farmers to get all their produce and find multiple ways to give back to the community. They also have their Support a School program where they donate 5% back from every box sold. They have different boxes to choose from and different sizes as well. Some boxes are fruits only and others include fruits and vegetables. I went with the half size fruit and vegetable box. Before delivery, you get an email of what is going to be inside the box and the best part for me is, it includes recipes of what you can make with the items in your box. My box included an avocado, pears, apples, oranges, broccoli, cilantro, pink chard, and lettuce. One of the recipes included Baked Broccoli Parmesan Fritters which I am definitely going to try out because I always need new ideas for meals with having two small children. The delivery fee for their boxes is $6.95 or you can pick up the boxes for free at many of their local pickup locations. The service area covers the greater Los Angeles Area , San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, and Conejo Valley so definitely something for everyone!
