Absolutely disgusting way to treat disabled customers!!! After the manager picked up the phone and put it back on hold repeatedly, he hung up on me. I called customer service and was able to talk to the service provider myself, they were able to help! Obviously the store associates don't care about customers beyond their sales numbers. I was raised to have integrity, so I don't understand their lack of empathy. Bunch of greedy, slimeball salesmen!

I went in there with my mom and made it clear that we are just looking and trying to walk ourselves around. We were still led to mid price ranged couches, got stopped and spoken to about the couches, and then the salesman added himself to the group and walked around with us despite me saying "we'll find you if we need to." I saw this going on with other customers, and I see it in other reviews. Selection wise, I had done online shopping and seen some of the exact same couches on Amazon for hundreds of dollars cheaper. I'd question how the store is still in business if they didn't up mark what they sell like crazy. I am a salesman myself and do quite well. I assure whatever management may read this, your approach sucks and needs to be changed. You're creeping out potential customers, I'd have been fine with a price difference if I could have gotten the couch same day and didn't deal with a creepy sales approach, I just wanted to get out of there. I'm giving two stars because the place looked pretty cool and was clean. To others who read this, check Facebook Marketplace for free furniture. I got a leather 3 seater couch and loveseat set for free in like new condition.

I loved just looking up inside this building, you could see the old workings from it past. It seems like half a mile of plants. The inventory is huge and I could have spent a Million dollars here . And the plants were reasonably priced. Better than big box nurseries. Rare plants. My friend and I were in Heaven. There's a Cafe with indoor and outdoor seating that's always booked. Reservations are essential, my friend and I thought we could slip in and have lunch, it was a 45 minute wait, only finding that out after we had stood in line for over 20 minutes plus.. The property is like a beautiful garden with a koi pond and wonderful garden art that I wanted so, so badly. Money . There's also an olive oil and vinegar tasting room and a separate gift shop all in this wonderful warehouse setting. My friend bought 2 oils costing $40.00 . But they were exquisite, beautiful and flavorful and unique tasting. Yum. High hand also has a venue for weddings and I believe a brewery. It's mind blowing ! Serious gardeners must visit there. It's about a two hour drive from Reno. I give it 5 stars absolutely..

I enjoyed myself in the nursery after eating at High Hand Cafe. I walked around to find myself greeted by beautiful plants and trees. They had unique fruit trees; various types of plums. I noticed there was a succulent making station with clear directions on how to make one. This was a cool part of the nursery. I enjoyed the koi pond along with the decor. There was a few places on this property to check out but on the day I went, the register outside was closed and directed customers who wanted to buy anything to go to the shop inside to make purchases. I appreciated this direct communication. When I looked at the various plants, I did not see anything wrong with the prices. I found you got what you paid for. These are unique and beautiful plants priced just right. If you haven't been to High Hand in Loomis yet, I highly suggest you check it out!

Despite submitting another complaint several months ago, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair has turned into more than a year of delays, poor communication, and broken commitments. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in Home Depot's customer service and warranty process. My husband contacted them again this week. As a result, I no longer shop at Home Depot, nor can I recommend the company to others. If you're considering purchasing windows or other products that rely on post-sale service, be aware that your experience may not end when the sale is complete. Buyers beware.

On 6/3/26 at 8:25 PM I entered the store and headed to the lumber department. After waiting for about 20 minutes for assistance, I had 13 pieces of lumber cut and finished by about 8:55 PM. A store associate informed me that although the store closed at 9:00 PM, customers already inside could continue shopping. He even directed me to an aisle containing the hardware parts I still needed. At approximately 9:05 PM, while I was still gathering items, a cashier, Tayler, shouted across the store, "Ma'am, I'm going to be shutting down the registers so you need to check out now!" I immediately went to the register, where I felt rushed through the checkout process and out the door. The manager then locked the entrance behind me. As I reviewed my receipt outside, I discovered that I had been double charged for two items. I immediately returned to the door. The manager, Tosh, signaled that the store was closed. After I showed my receipt and explained that I had been overcharged, he opened the door but told me I would have to return the next day with all of my items and my receipt to receive an adjustment. I live approximately 30 minutes away, so I asked why I should have to make another trip to correct the cashier's error during a rushed checkout. He responded that I had already left the store. When I explained that I felt rushed out by the cashier, she loudly denied it. Tosh then rudely stated, "Well I'm not going to let you in the store!" slammed the door in my face, turned around, and walked away. Over the next 30 minutes, several other customers approached the door after closing. Staff opened the door for them and politely explained that the store was closed. The stark difference between how I was treated and how others were treated left me feeling disrespected and questioning whether racism and bias played a role in the interaction. Mistakes happen, but the overcharge could have been resolved in a matter of minutes. Instead, I was disrespected, met with hostility, denied an opportunity to correct the error. Tosh and Tayler's conduct was rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect much better customer service from Home Depot. This will be escalated to corporate, and the Better Business Bureau, since the self-proclaimed store manager, Tosh, rudely refused to resolve the errors. Tosh is unfit to be a manager. Both he and Tayler need to be educated on customer service and professionalism. Additionally, Tayler's counting skills and attention to detail should be assessed so she doesn't double charge customers. P.S. The older gentleman who cut my lumber, and a couple male store associates in that area were very courteous and helpful.
