Days later I asked him to drop off the slab since I never even got a chance to see it he refused to unpack it. He finally brought it today and said he was going to handle paying for it until I called his insurance company there's definitely something wrong with this man because he is the one that reached out to his insurance company to file the claim I called to follow up if the claim was made I have all documentation and proof for his insurance company I definitely would look for another mover

Horrible customer service, mind you, had he READ the screen in front of him he would have known NOT to charge me for it. The lady on the phone refunded me not 2 minutes later after I walked out.

The units are fairly standard with pull down doors. The gal we met and escorted us inside (after we called her) seemed quite happy with her choice to rent three units side by side here. The hallways seemed clear and clean. Can't tell you how the unit prices are in comparison to other facilities , but you can easily check this out if you're interested.

So I had to stay home from work two days to get that delivered because he didn't show up the first day that he told me that he would even though I told him that I had to get to work by 2 PM. After I unpacked my stuff I realize that they also lost an entire bag of shoes. I called them to let them know that my shoes are missing. They told me they would call me back once they spoke to the driver, I haven't heard a word out of them since. This is absolutely crazy, especially since they overcharged me. I know they've been around for a while, but they're not doing good work. And I would not recommend them.

This was our third local move with Two Men & A Truck, and we hired them again because our previous…read moreexperiences had been excellent. Unfortunately, this move was handled very differently. Our move included a dining room set and a baby grand piano. When the crew reached the piano, they realized they didn't have the proper tools to remove the legs. They called for assistance, but the second set of tools didn't work either. After time continued to run, we were told the piano would have to be rescheduled because the crew needed to get to their next job. We paid $666 of an approximately $800 quoted move, yet the piano wasn't moved. Later that day, the company sent a new estimate of $450 to move only the piano. Although they waived the travel fee, they still expected us to pay additional labor costs resulting from their own lack of preparation. I contacted customer service several times and even offered to split the additional cost. There was no flexibility and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience of having to rearrange our schedules for a second appointment. The movers were courteous throughout the process, so my disappointment is with management's response--not the crew. Mistakes happen, but how a company resolves them matters. In this case, I don't believe a loyal, repeat customer was treated fairly. Unfortunately, after three moves with this company, I won't be using them again.
