Based on there install I would grade the quality of the work on my installation a "C". If you are particular about you vehicle whether it be a weekend or special occasion vehicle or a daily driver and you are only concerned about getting your car wrapped then this company is fine. However if you are looking for a professional and clean installation of PPF on your vehicle that allows your paint to shine through this is not the place. My installation has dozens of spots of contamination under the wrap the reads through the film, it also has a number of areas where the edges of the wrap were not wrapped properly. I have not driven the car or washed it since I picked it up 3 weeks ago and I am still experiencing edges coming undone. I also am finding poor alignment of the film and lines in the film. If your looking for a place to apply film, make sure they have a dedicated location that is clean and free of airborn contamination as these guys do not. I now have to go elsewhere to have this poor installation corrected. The owner is a nice enough guy but quality of work is not up to standards for individuals who are particular about there vehicles.

I asked an expert acquaintance (a high-end body work / painter), who gave me extensive advice about what I should look for in an installer. In talking to Peter initially, he walked me through all the relevant points, and without prompting said exactly what my expert told me I should look for, including offering me a chance to look at the shop in person (which is also something my expert advised). I brought my wife's van to Discount Tire to have a screw removed and the tire patched. I have a paid service agreement that clearly states they will patch a repairable tire -- and if it can't be patched, they will replace it. I had the vehicle inspected by their tech, Adrian, who carefully measured the tread depth and resorted all of the necessary information. I couldn't get it repaired on the spot, so he made an appointment for me the following morning. He also pointed out that my lights looked worn, and recommended replacement. That sounded a little strange, but this store had always been honest and treated me well, so I went along with it for only $40. Better to be safe, than sorry. The moment my van was on the lift and the tires were off, I was told the tire "Could not be patched" -- and even worse, that they would not honor the replacement under the agreement. Only after I pushed back and challenged them did they suddenly change their story and agree it could be patched after all. Then it gets worse. When I picked up my van, it had been deliberately parked with the screw facing downward so I couldn't see the repaired area. That's not an accident. That's intentional positioning. I inspected it later and realized the screw had NOT been removed. They did manage to put the shiny new lug nuts on it and charge me $40. The way this was handled felt deceptive from start to finish. Trying to deny a written agreement once the vehicle is already disassembled puts customers in a vulnerable position. Most people would feel pressured to just pay for a new tire. If you have a service agreement here, don't assume they'll honor it. Document everything. Inspect your vehicle before leaving. This experience felt manipulative and unacceptable.
