Please read on and judge for yourselves. My husband and I had our first visit to Spavia last month in Dublin, Ohio, where he received an outstanding salt stone massage. Since we live in Cleveland, he was looking forward to having a similar experience at the Spavia in Strongsville. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite -- truly awful for him. Based on his provider, Ashley's reviews, it's clear his experience with her, wasn't due to her lack of skill or knowledge, but rather her lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to perform the service with care. Making his 60 minutes session grueling and very uncomfortable. Far below Spavia's standards. From an excessively long and overly oily scalp effleurage "rub." It could hardly be called a scalp "massage." To the poor use of the stones, it was absolutely apparent that Ashley performed the "whole" service begrudgingly. After spending over $200, including tip, my husband left feeling stressed instead of relaxed. Maybe she was having an off day, but for an establishment like Spavia -- especially at this price point -- the service was totally uncomfortable & unacceptable. To say the least. I'm writing this review on his behalf, as it was such a disappointing and demeaning experience that he prefers not to relive it. To their credit, the managers immediately expressed concern and offered to "make things right." A head, upper back, arm, and hand massage occurred and that was amazing. All in all I'm super happy Groupon took me to Divine Elements, I would love to come back again!

I finally had an excuse to visit the newish location for a women's event - tea ceremony, sound bath, and women's lunar circle. It's is a sanctuary for anyone seeking relaxation and serenity. Revive Yoga Collective is located on the second floor of the Georgetown Square. It's a very clean and new-looking building. Fresh looking paint and clean aesthetic. The building is a bit hard to find. The GPS directs you to the apartment building across the street. When you'll find the location, you can park at the back of the building and enter through the back door. You'll find Revive Yoga Collective on the second floor (suite 207), it's one big room. What sets Revive apart is the sense of community and care. Everyone holding the workshop was very friendly. It's more than just a spa or studio--it's a collective that truly supports your wellness journey. I really found tea and lunar circle event very relaxing. The sound bowls sounded amazing in the space. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves, de-stress, and feel renewed. Revive Spa offers Kundalini Yoga on Mondays at 6 PM. There is ample free parking in the surface lot in the back, so no worries about street parking! The spa is located inside the arcade in suite 12. Chrissy is FANTASTIC. This is easily one of the best massages I've ever had. I went in for a CBD massage as I was curious about this service. At the beginning of the massage, Chrissy offered me some CBD oil-infused water. This drink totally relaxed me before the massage even began! Chrissy utilized CBD, acupressure, cupping, and stretching to give me a dynamic massage that made me feel like a billion bucks. I have sciatica and a high stress job, so I am always tense.
