We were immediately greeted by Keely & Yavetzi at the front desk. They were so accommodating for my first time at their business. They gave me a tour as well to check out what all they offer. I tried their cold plunge for the first time. Your 1st session is free! Can I just say I wanted to shout but I didn't LOL!!! They even gave me a free shirt for my first time. HOW SWEET!?? Next, l did the body balance with red light therapy. Let me tell you so many health benefits, and it vibrates throughout the machine. I almost fell asleep. Then I concluded the night with the hydration station. It's basically a steam bath. Honestly, I never knew tanning places had a wellness/recovery side as well. It's much more than I expected. The ladies at the desk were so sweet, and it makes me want to come back for more recovery sessions in the future.

Unlike the big gym, it lacks a sauna, pool, and game courts. On the downside for free weights, there is only one squat station and one bench station. And there's no safety bar for the bench, though staff will spot you if you need it. So it's a very good choice for its size.

I found a test drive coupon for Palm Beach in Lincoln Square, I was so pleased. I am dark already , I tan on a regular basis and while most salons require that to use their coupons that you must tan beginning in their lowest level bed. The young lady working started me in their best bed , I have tanned 5 days in it and their phenomenal Stand Up bed. Their pricing combines their spray tanning and bed tanning into a single package which I like. I was not pressured into purchasing lotion there , upfront I made it clear that I have my own that I like and that I am educated in proper skin care with sunless tanning. I have 2 more days on my test drive , which I will finish and definitely will sign up to do a membership here... The hours are so convenient and the location while less than ideal, by a TGIF resturaunt and a pub it is manageable as I prefer tanning before 10am most days. I have found the other staff members to be just as friendly and non pushy as the young woman I see every morning during the week. I commend them on not requiring someone with a deep base tan to waste their time in tanning in a level 1 or 2 bed. I will reccomend this salon to others , Price wise it seems high, but considering what I was paying elsewhere and what little I was getting for the price I do not feel it is over priced. This salon has the newest Versa Spa spray booth too , those are expensive to tan in single sessions and combining them gives me more options than I have had in the past.

However, the lady at the desk who I believe to be the owner, even though she never introduced herself to me, though I patronized their establishment for probably a year or so has been rude to me on multiple occasions. But this evening she listened to me apply lotion through the door and questioned what brand my lotion was and where I purchased it then demanded to see the lotion when I emerged from the room because apparently you are only allowed to use the greatly overpriced lotion purchased at their store. This was extremely invasive and unnecessary. I won't be returning for this kind of treatment ever!

Been there several times, paid for upgraded beds, the girl that upgraded didn't know anything about…read moreany of them. Then the next girl knew even less so they obviously don't train their staff on any of the equipment they are using and half the features don't work on the beds I was using. In addition to that, the girls barely looked up from their phones to start the beds and even as I was driving away, made no move indicating that they actually get up and clean the beds. The last two times I went in, there wasn't even a towel in the room. I tried to email the manager to avoid providing yet another negative review to offer him a chance to hear the perspective of a customer, he assured me that I didn't know what I was talking about and whatever so it's clear he has no interest in actually dealing with what is a real problem in perception of the clients he supposedly serves. I bought a Groupon for a year membership and then paid for a 5 session upgrade which I would have likely continued on an as needed basis had it not been for the utter lack of customer service at this place. Thanks but I'll stick with palm beach which always has staff proving excellent customer service and looking like they are engaged with their jobs and knowledgeable about their beds. They proactively clean as people leave unless there is someone at the counter and then they immediately go from that to cleaning, bathrooms always look great and I have never gone into one and found a kid on a phone barely there.
