This location is Ok, the staff is nice and helpful. I mean they can only work with what they have. The beds are usually somewhat wiped down, I have felt a few beds needed a deep clean but its because some of the machines, I used, are older. the buttons are damaged or the ink has erased off it... after years of use I guess that's what happens. The only thing I am complaining about is their auto payment. I came in to tan and they said, that my card on file had failed, I know that's not possible as I used the same card /account just that day! But so OKAY I WAS NOT AWARE But i did pay no. Payment fee of $10. I did use a different card obviously for auto pay just to make sure it wasn't my previous account ...? next month I get a call saying that, the new card has failed again and I noticed the girls at the front counter are calling, in front of others customers ( which I don't want my info discussed of other people waiting to tan??) and again there's another $10... why don't you call when it fails give the customer the opportunity to check into this and then if it's my fault then I'll pay $10 But I feel they are trying to get you every month with $10? Never did they assume it's their system or perhaps staff ?? There is definitely better Tanning salons within 5-10 mile radius for that kind of service and money. read more

This business is a fraud. My 18 year old daughter signed up for a monthly membership this summer. She called the store (Fontana) and asked how to cancel her membership a few days before moving to college last month (Aug. 2023). She did exactly what the store clerk instructed her to do on-line to cancel her membership, and submitted it. Two weeks later, her account was charged $87.95 for yet another month of tanning. When my daughter came home for a visit two weeks ago, we drove to the salon and were told that they 'never received her cancelation notice' and that there's nothing they can do about.. sorry. I asked to speak to the manager, who did call me and told me the same thing- even though I explained many times my daughter did exactly what she was asked to. I asked to speak to the general manager's boss, whom I couldn't speak with, but the general manager would 'call on my behalf' and see what she could do... well, you guessed it. Still no refund. Terrible customer service! They ripped my daughter off. Beware- they are Not honest nor trustworthy!! Oh, but they did let me know they'll give her this month of tanning (ya, because she already PAID for it!!), how generous of them. read more

BEWARE after you cancel your account. They will continue to charge you. I cancelled my membership last August only to find out later they are still charging my bank account every month. Paige refused to grant me a refund despite verifying that I cancelled my membership in August 2018 and have not used their services since. read more

The beds and spray machines are nice, the bulbs are always bright, the staff is knowledgeable, but the pricing for the lotions are a bit outrageous. I'm certainly not going to pay $160 for a bottle of lotion if I don't even know that I'm going to like it or that it would even work for my skin type. I asked for a sample pack, they didn't have any. I found the same lotion on the manufacturer's website for $60, so I bought a sample from them directly to test it out. The membership prices are pretty high compared to other salons I've been to, which are now out of business. My advice would be to at least have samples of the highly priced lotions so customers can determine if it even works for them. You can even sell them for $1 (like other salons would). Also, the wholesale/bulk costs of products are available to the public (for hundreds of industries, not just tanning). After researching these numbers, it shows me that this franchise may be overly money hungry. I'm giving 3 stars ultimately because, like I mentioned in the beginning, the beds are top notch & the staff has great customer service & they are very knowledgeable. read more

I have to say that management of PBT trains their associates to bamboozle into taking your hard earbed money!! If you freeze your account at a monthly fee, they tell you that they will put it towards a credit when you reactive it and is a total scam! They work on commission and they are trained to make $$ so they are super good at selling and talking. If you're looking just to tan- they work on monthly contracts, so make sure that YOU READ and CLEARLY understand their policies and specials. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT IS TOLD TO YOU VERBALY!! Had my first visit at this location today. Was out of town and stuck in California traffic. It was around 5pm and It was going to take about another hour before I make it to my hotel even though I was only 10 miles away. So, I decided to either stop and eat, hit the gym, or lay in a tanning bed. So, I clicked my apps and tanning was closer. Besides, I find these tanning bed therapeutic. As soon as I enter, I see only one person ahead of me. Sweet...no wait. But this person had a ton of questions for the girl working the counter. By the time it was my turn, I noticed 6 people behind me. I take it that this place gets busy around 5pm. I actually started to feel bad for the employee, but she was great. She was answering every question, handling every customer, and even stopping between customers to sanitize the rooms. Never got her name, but she handled everything well. This is what customer service is all about. My experience was no different that when I usually lay in these tanning beds. I'm in, 12 minutes later I'm out. The place was clean like the others. If I'm in the area again and have about 15 minutes to spare, I'll be back. My only issue was that my bed was suppose to be set for 12 minutes, but it was set to 15. No big..I just ended my session at the 12 minute mark. The place was also hot. I'm use to the PBT's in Vegas that have the AC on full blast. One last tip....If you're using their lotions, buy them online instead. You can find them online for half the price. read more

Called and asked for prices for their packages, the lady I spoke with was very nice she informed me my first tan would be free to try out their services. I had a special occasion coming up and took her up on the offer. Once I arrive I mention that I was offered a free tan, the girl states since I have a slight tan the "free" tan which is basically the lightest shade will not make a difference in my skin. I wish I was informed of this before I came in. Anyways I ended up paying $10 for the darker bronzer and the girl failed to mention I needed to wear booties so the bottom of my feet ended up covered in bronzer and looked as if I had been walking in mud. I went into the salon really late night one night and the girl at the counter was extremely helpful and polite. She gave me some tanning tips( i usually don't sit in a booth) and provided me with some accelerated lotions. I got the platinum package (Vera spa and super booth) for my trip for NYE, and i was very pleased with the results, however the tan did fade unevenly so it was OK i had the base there from the booth. FRIENDLY SERVICE QUICK TURN AROUND I became a member at Palm Beach about a month ago. The deal I have is incredible. $49.95 for unlimited spray tans. Every time I've gone in, my tans have turned out great (as long as I do my part to exfoliate and put barrier cream where I need it). It takes them less than 5 minutes to turn over the tanning room so its never a long wait. This past time, two women were signing up for a spray membership as well. The ladies checked me in, let me know it would be about a 20 minute wait and I could run an errand or wait in the lobby. I headed to target for a quick minute and on my way back they gave me call to let me know the room was ready. I thought that was super thoughtful and really great business ethic. read more

Place has some of the best 2 beds in the Inland Empire. I've been to iTan in Murrieta and Temecula as well as tanning salons across the continental United States and none except for a few in Florida have beds and stand-ups as advanced or clean. The platinum stand-up is my go-to . It has an aromatherapy misting option that is pristine and you don't even break a sweat . Bronzed like crazy my first session , no burn , no sweat in under 8 minutes. For an Italian like myself this is unheard of. Madison the lady that works the front is very informative and knows what she is talking about. She's helpful yet not pushy. She enjoys her job and it shows. Will be back very soon. People whine about price but you pay for what you get people. Tanning is a luxury and should be treated as one. If you want the 5 dollar special it's not here. read more

Their prices are a little on the high end but you get a different levels of beds and upgrade specials which I really like. They have stand up beds and spray tan options too. Always clean, super friendly, I haven't experienced the pushy sales person that some of the other reviews mentioned; but I came in w/ the intention of buying a membership. I had called around and also found Palm Beach Tan in Eastvale the closest to me. Upon calling, I was greeted so nicely by a young lady by the name of Paige. She was so imformative! She answered all of my questions thoroughly and said she'd personalize my own tanning schedule so I'd look just the way I imagined on my wedding day.
