My preference has always been the level one and I get a great tan! Its a turn off to pay the $29 member fee every year. Secondly, I was getting the $16.99 package and they said their prices went up to $50 and still they want the $29 fee. I was always told that if you do packages above the entry level, then it's waived. The girls get commission from it and can't tell if they could really waive it or not. So anyway, its almost June and I had to skip April and May because the significant increase! Ultra tan management should be able to understand that regardless, my preference is level one. The start up fee and freezing your membership is very silly and they should really consider doing away with it. Abd lastly, I can never understand why the staff at all Ultra Tan does not engage in remembering their loyal customers name! It shows you value my business and creats a welcoming community vibe. I do not understand the bad reviews for this place. I've been coming here for maybe 6 to 8 months…read morenow. The staff is extremely friendly. The salon is always very clean. I usually never have to wait for one of the tanning beds, and every time I go into one of the tanning beds, I always feel they are very clean and sterile. Would I like if there were maybe some more modern, higher-end beds, yes, but I wish I could have that at any tanning salon I've ever been to, but that's never happened. The salon has very good beds. The bulbs are strong. That's one of the better tanning salons I've been to.

She is the type of person to make sure periodically to place yourself in her life. I got a lash lift by Sarah and a spray tan by Claire and now I will be addicted!! Claire worked with me to figure out the right color for me and hand wrote me instructions on how to care for the color post-tan! The tan was beautiful and definitely boosted my confidence! It lasted a full 10 days for me and I loved it! My eyelashes are also amazing and it is so nice to wake up in the morning with a lift already done! My husband has noticed them and loves the look as well! I will be a lash lift client for life now! I had never had a spray tan or lash lift prior to this experience and I could not have asked for a better experience! I got my hair done the day before by Lilly and she was incredible! For context I have brown hair and I've gotten two different balayage treatments done to make it much lighter in the last 6 months by different hair dressers. I have Been a customer of this tanning salon for 4 years, and could never find another place like…read morethis one. It's relaxed atmosphere just sets it off, not to mention the verity of options to choose from, not only do they have tanning, but they have fit body rap,red light therapy, and the tanning is high quality, and by far 100 times better and cheaper than ultra tan, super tan, ect. They have student discounts, and the lotions are half the price of other tanning salons. The woman that owns it, runs it herself, she is a good Christian woman, and so sweet she is. I have found myself to stop by just to sit around and chat for a while, even if i do not need to tan! Over all, amazing place, and SUPER affordable!!!
