I came here for the first time a week ago and I absolutely love it! I've been to a bunch of tanning salons and I haven't been able to feel satisfied when I leave. Either too streaky or too orange, or bad customer service. I haven't wanted to go back to tanning for a couple months but I've been so pale I needed to try something new. I heard really good reviews about this place so I thought I would try it out. I was so happy when I left Palm Beach Tan. As soon as I walked in, the girl at the front, how could I forget her name, Rose, was so enthusiastic and reassuring that it made me feel at ease. She thoroughly explained to me what I should be doing and what I had done wrong before and recommended all these awesome products that I am so excited to try. So so happy with the business change here. I have been coming to this location for a long time before it turned into palm beach tan and i really can see new results. I love all the new beds- they really work! clearly they are doing some re-modeling right now so i'm excited to see what other changes they are making- im curious to see if they get any new beds. It is really busy in there a lot of the time but i feel like it's a good sign that so many people want to tan there? Also there are many options for the beds too so the wait isn't bad and even if I have to wait i feel like it's worth it:) the store is also always very clean and the girls are all extremely nice and very knowledgeable about their products and the services. overall very happy with palm beach tan. read more

I have been going to Palm Beach Tan in San Clemente now for about three months. Every time I visit I am greeted Promptly with a Big smile from all associates. The vibe at this location is always friendly and professional. During one of my last visits a very cute young girl by the name of Ashley asked me if i use a lotion.... i told her i do not nor have i ever... Ashley then educated me on why it is important for the quality of the tan and also the health of my skin. I absolutely LOVE this place! The girls are always so friendly and eager to help answer any questions I have about products and any of the beds. It's always so clean and well kept. They offer me an extra towel or robe when ever I do a California Cocktail (Bed and Spray Tan). I couldn't imagine tanning anywhere else. I live a little further north but my experience here is well worth the extra drive time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great tan and friendly environment. Considering im a male, I've never been much of a tanning salon person however I decided to try this place out & Im hooked. The girls working here have some of the best customer service I've ever received. They all remember my name, always ask me how my days been, bring up old topics and I always feel welcomed! I definitely enjoy how the staff is very knowledgable on all their merchandise (because I have no idea what to purchase!) and of course I'm very satisfied with my new tan look! Palm Beach Tan is an incredible tanning salon. The beds are always clean and ready for you as soon as you walk in. The bulbs are always kept up to date by the staff giving you the best tannin experience possible! The staff there is so nice and professional!! Especially Zoe! I went in for information to tan for my wedding and Sydney was working the front desk ... let me just say the customer service was outstanding! The place was very clean and I was given the rundown on all the beds and products offered without feeling pressure to buy products, which makes me not hesitant to come back . I have been very turned off in the past by other salons pushing products which made me not want to return so I'm happy I found a place I can be comfortable returning to! i love this salon! i come here and go to another one and they both are amazing. they have great deals for new customers, and have great doscounts on beds and lotions. i went to itan before, and i'm haooy i made the change. a little bit of a drive for me, but completely worth it. chelsea is the best manager and the team is always asking how i am! the salon is always clean and the customer service is excellent i love their diamond bed in front. who knew tanning beds were so advanced! read more

I love PBT!! I've had my membership for almost a year and in that time I've gotten to know a lot of the people who work there. One particular is Austin in the San Clemente location. He always has a smile on his face even when it's crazy busy! He is beyond helpful and guides me when I'm buying products. I came to visit Palm Beach Tan, and I was more than impressed with my visit. First off, the manager Ashley made me feel extremely welcome and showed me how each bed worked, recommended the best bed for my skin type. Her assistant Olivia was very kind as well, she sold me a nice lotion and gave me a discount, that doesn't happen too often. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I came in inquiring about a spray tan. I had never done it before and was super nervous. David was AMAZING. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me pick out the perfect color. So I walked into Palm beach tan in San clemente thinking it would be run poorly by snobs like at LA tan but I was pleasantly surprised by the kind employee Tiffany that showed me not all tanning salons are a scam. I want to love this place because of the good beds...but i pay $100 for my package and rarely get to tan. I go in and its a long wait. They chat too much with the guys that come in while you wait. This is the only place ive seen that makes their paying customers wait while they set up new packages for people. This also happens almost every time ive been...ive waited up to 40min. read more
