My wife goes to this location regularly whenever we're in OC. The machines are often faulty and not working properly, and the new manager doesn't give good customer service to address these issues. We miss Dani, who was a great manager and put customers first and always made sure they had a good experience. My wife left unhappy AGAIN last week due to a faulty machine and poor management service to address the issue, so we're canceling our membership. As they say, "happy wife, happy life." And unhappy wife equals UNHAPPY life! And I certainly don't want that. What man does? This location needs to get it together. read more

The facilities look nothing like these photos, and I have never met a less helpful group of employees than here; *every* interaction was a poor one. This place is amazing. Great Customer Service. The girls are all Suite and professional. The manager is great. The manager Dani is wonderful. Very sweet, professional and kind follows protocol and treats. Everyone equally the same and is very sweet. Madison is one of the Associates and she is very sweet professional and very kind. She's one of my favorites. But everybody there is awesome. I used to come here years ago and I have come back because of the great Customer Service the professional treatment. The Salon is very clean, and I have nothing bad to say about any of the teammates management or the Salon. They have great Tanning beds. Wonderful Mystic. It's just an all around great Place. Clean and working beds. Nice staff. Good facility. I enjoy coming here a lot. The only downside is the tanning lotion is way overpriced here. Also I wish they had a sauna like some pbt do. If they would offer more lotion deals that are reasonable I would buy my lotion here. But I do definitely recommend this place for tanning. Also I want to add I've never had a problem with billing or my account ever. I have canceled and rejoined , also frozen my account a few times and everything went accordingly and all I had to do was email them to freeze it and they definitely did not charge me the full amount (I was reading some other reviews). I have a feeling some people miss the deadline or do not communicate properly. But I have never had a problem with their billing. If I do (hope not) I will update this review lol. read more

The reduced hours have impacted the quality and timeliness of the customers. Knowing they changed their hours I rushed to get here at 2 pm in a Sunday. Arrived at 1:45 The line was out the door, 1 gal working (Kelsey). commend her keeping a smile on her face & patience, in light of the many people waiting (7). With attitude. It's now 159 and there is still a line. Efficiency in business should include proper staffing. Otherwise the booths are clean and the gals working are friendly. read more

Palm Beach Tan has the best equipment and most knowledgeable employees on helping educating customers which beds and products to use. This location has Mystic (my personal favorite) and a Versa spray booths. Also this is one of the only locations with Red Light Therapy. The staff is friendly and inviting and this location stays open until 8pm! They have many different membership options so they can accommodate all customers with what they need. Palm Beach Tan is by far the best tanning salon in the area! read more

I had asked to freeze my account in August and the gal working appeared to do so without issue. I just realized I had been billed the full amount ($100) for September and October. I called to try and get reimbursed for what I was over-billed and of course they said no. Supposedly if I successfully froze my account, I would've signed something which the employee never had me do. I've been going to PBT for years with no issue...super upset by this whole situation. All I could do was file a dispute with my bank. Sucks how PBT customer service operates, can't even get a call back from the phone number they give you. read more

This tanning salon used to stay open until 9 PM. Then they reduced hours and are only open to 8 PM. Then they reduced hours again and are only open until 7 PM. For somebody who gets off work at 6 o'clock and drives almost an hour to and from work, How can you make use of a membership at a place that closes at 7 PM? Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Anything good about this particular tanning salon is over shadowed by the "district manager" and her condescending attitude. Apparently when you're unhappy with your interaction with her, there's no other recourse. There is no other way to get in contact with anybody above her.. owner etc. I would visit any other tanning salon before walking in there. read more

STOP DO NOT Join!!!! Don't MAKE the mistake of joining a membership!!!!!! Their corporate policy is to offer a trial membership with a refund within 30 days. I tried it and had terrible results. I can't say enough great things about Trace who was working this store!! I had just driven 30 min to find out that my usual spray tan wasn't available but he kindly recommended another store. He then explained the option we could possibly use, but it would cost a lot more. In the end, he found a very acceptable option at the store!! I stopped at this location because it's conveniently located on my way home from work and I was soo disappointed at how absolutely dirty the facility is. The shelf you hang your belongings on has a thick layer of black dust, the floor is caked in black dust, I was uncomfortable being barefoot and left my sandals on throughout my tan. I'm very happy there is a stand up booth I don't need to lay flat on because these little missed details around the room make me question the cleanliness practices of this facility. Holly, who was at the front desk, was very rude to us. I usually help my friend out apply lotion on his back, but she disallowed us to do that even if the policy didn't explicitly prohibit this activity. She talked down to us. We both felt very inferior after her treatment. We felt she was making her own policy decisions just because we weren't white. This is something customers should consider at a time when bigotry like this no longer tolerated. read more
