Listen people... If…read moreyou're walking into the Centurion Lounge at Philly Airport expecting a luxury resort experience, let's reset expectations. This is PHL, not Dubai. The lounge is small and fills up fast, so if you see an open seat, grab it like it's Eagles playoff tickets. The food? It's fine. It'll hold you over. It's not life changing, but it does the job before boarding. Now the reason this still gets 5 stars: Corrine and Angela behind the bar are absolute pros. Fast, friendly, strong pours, and somehow keeping the vibe upbeat even when it's packed. They make the whole place feel fun instead of crowded. And Roman? Special peeps. Professional, welcoming, and one of those people who genuinely elevates the room just by being there. So yes, it's small. Yes, the food is meh. But the team is elite. Adjust expectations, tip well, and let Corrine, Angela, and Roman take care of you.

The breakfast buffet the day I came was horrible and looked worn down and had nothing appetizing on it... including the nasty, old scrambled eggs. They did have decent coffee. And honestly, I just needed a place to sit and work, so they offered that. The restroom is oddly configured and small... you walk in the men's room and there are three doors, thinking these are all stalls and no urinals, but walk in the first one and it's a urinal only. Odd! The seating in the lounge is ok, but there were many families with loud kids, so that makes it tough to work, concentrate, and make work-related calls. Overall, if this was my home airport, I'd never return to a Centurion and I'd probably cancel my platinum card. They need to work on this place!

I was beyond tired and just wanted to take a nap and stretch out my legs. I have used Minute Suites in both Dallas & Atlanta, so I knew what to expect. Ashley greeted me and quickly checked me in. She was very friendly, welcoming and told me to let her know if I needed anything during my stay. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Minute Suites are located inside the terminals and offer one-hour suite rentals. You can adjust your time as needed, but you still pay by the hour. All Minute Suite locations have different amenities. Some have blankets, pillows, refrigerated drinks and snacks in the rooms; while other locations have only the basics (daybed, tv, desk, chair, white noise, coat hangers). Some even offer showers at an additional surcharge. Sadly, I was unable to fall asleep due to the time difference and nerves about missing my connection flight home. But I did fully enjoy two hours of peace & quiet, and the ability to lay down and stretch out my legs. I recommend this Minute Suites if you have time between connections and want to get away from all of the noise, hustle and bustle that comes along with waiting at the gate. I'll definitely visit this Minute Suites again the next time I find myself in Philadelphia Recommended!

The bed was a thick vinyl, (probably best), but no offer of a sheet or blanket for a three hour stay. There were thankfully two pillows. Really not trusting that they were clean. The bed was in serious need of replacement vinyl. See photo. We were sold on the shower, definitely needed that during a very long travel experience. After resting, they said the shower was not available because they didn't have any towels. At $65/hr you would think they would provide better customer service. The employees just don't try. Your experience is the least of their concerns.

While the clubs used to be spacious with decent food and drink offerings and excellent service, the clubs have become much busier with fewer seats available and average food and drink options. It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. This particular lounge is not among the largest Admirals Club locations nor is it among the smallest of the lounges I have been to. There is one long seating area along with an additional area in the bar. This lounge is located above the food court in the central area of Terminal F right near where the shuttle arrives and departs and before the terminal breaks into three corridors. I have been stranded in Philadelphia before when flights have been cancelled, and I have gone to this lounge where they have assisted me in being booked on a new flight and learning about nearby hotels. The food selections are nice and have improved in the past, which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups, Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). There are charcuterie offerings, dessert trays, a salad bar, hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and then house drinks. You can pay more for premium drinks and prepared meals. Access to the lounge is easy to get whether through the Citi Executive World Mastercard with free access for you and up to two guests. You can also pay $175 for up to three authorized users each receiving their own lounge access (with up to two guests). Also, One World alliance flyers with a certain status can access Admirals Clubs. I'm confident that making it easy to get Admirals Club memberships has led to lounges being overcrowded though now that you have to pay for authorized users instead of getting them for free in recent years, that may help. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club.

A cheese plate, a couple of soups, and a couple hot dishes. None of the food is gourmet but it is all very good. I found this lounge very clean, including the bathrooms that were spotless. It was not crowded in the least. There was, as in all Admiral's Clubs no shortage of places to plug in and charge up. I also have to say that the bartender here was very nice when I visited recently.

I would say…read morethis lounge was a lot more intimate, old-school (eg has not been renovated in two decades) and had better service. There is a bit of an open kitchen concept, and the staff definitely seemed like they were working very hard. It really is old, though. Like a Richard Gere movie, that sort of old. I like that it's not as crazy crowded as the lounge upstairs, and so if you're looking for a little bit of quiet, this is probably a better bet than the lounge upstairs if you had access to both. The drink selection was quite impressive. I don't remember there being an open bar, but there must've been 20 different wines and spirits to choose from. Serve yourself.

We were ticketed first class to Barcelona, starting our trip here in Philadelphia, and were thoroughly amazed by the British Airways lounge here. How do you spell self-service? Not only that, but the entire staff were friendly and personable making sure you could find everything you wanted. The variety of food available was absolutely outstanding! Something for everyone! On a downside, there are minimal restrooms available. On the upside, everything else! Styled and contemporary. We truly enjoyed our time there before getting onto our BA flight. Looking forward to our next visit!

It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. With that said, this particular lounge is one of the larger locations I have been in, and there are many places within the lounge to relax, do work, grab a snack, or anything else. In fact, for such a large lounge, there were surprisingly open seats here and there where I'm used to smaller lounges without any open seats. There is comfortable seating as well as bar seating and table seating. Also over the last year, I've begun to see the efforts made to improve the Admirals Club membership which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups, Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). In fact, there was a build-your-own-waffle station set up which later turned into a guacamole station. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club. This specific lounge is where the B and C concourses meet up right near the shopping area. It's a great lounge that I plan on visiting again on a future visit to Philadelphia.
