    Inside Lounge
    Kristine S.

I love hitting the Airport Lounges when traveling. Great place to charge up phones, hit the restroom and grab a preflight drink. I have been to this lounge in Philly many times. This time they were renovating the lounge. Know several lounges in Philly have gotten a face lift this time it was this lounge. Bar was closed. No problem but finding where to get drinks was not well marked, Water was in a different location than soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Food choices were limited and items were either not marked or marked incorrectly which for me made the mystery meal a bit tough to navigate. Can't wait to see renovations but will go to a different location until the renovations are completed. Love the front desk staff !!!

Had a quick layover at PHL so I didn't have long in the B/C Admirals Club but it was a good one! Plenty of room and plenty of seats along with the usual menu (upgraded in 2024!). Only downside compared to others would be the lack of a soda fountain so you'll have to wait at the bar. Otherwise, a nice spot to rest in the airport.

Stopped in here recently for the first time. I love lounges that have escalators for the entry instead of having to wait for a slow and often crowded elevator. Inside, there's a ton of natural light flooding in from the large windows facing the airfield and plenty of seating despite being very busy. Didn't sample the food but it looked well displayed and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. I also appreciated the large number of work carrels that let you spread out and setup your laptop and other items you might need to get chores done. Everything was immaculate as well. Recommended.

    Sneaks up on you.

Didn't spend much time here, but said several vlog stating how nice it is. It is true. PHL is a bit dated, so stepping in to see this was a surprise. I looked how it's spaced out, and it doesn't feel like someone is on top of you like at other locations.

Website said I could enter with first class ticket so I entered. I was turned away because it wasn't an "international" first class ticket, website didn't mention that. Thanks for the embarrassing situation AA.

A bit on the smaller side but when we got there it was relatively empty, not many frills, slightly older in it's decor but it served it's purpose. Had similar to food if you were to go to a hotel, coffee, eggs, waffles, etc. No complaints there just really liked that it wasn't all that busy when we got there.

I've stayed in many AA Flagship lounges, and I must say the only one that comes close is London. This place is awesome, and luckily because of my delayed flight, Ive been here for hours and enjoyed fine food, great drinks, relaxed massages, showers and everything else at no charge. It pays to be dedicated to one airline and have status.

Sadly this is the salad bar and there was flies all over on the veggies.

I do wish the bartenders had more authority to stop serving patrons. There was an absolutely obnoxious man and woman two tables down from me who were reading every text message that they received out loud and then laughing uproariously. They had at least three glasses each on their table and got two more while I was there. They ordered a massive amount of food, didn't eat it, and then shifted two tables down and ordered more food. When the servers came by to clear their initial table, the couple laughed and said Oh yeah - the people who were here didn't like that that much. So not so much a commentary on the lounge itself, which is very nice and probably one of the better lounges that I have been in, but to the quality of some of the patrons that you might encounter, should you choose to spend some time here.

The lounge is small and fills up fast, so if you see an open seat, grab it like it's Eagles playoff tickets. The food? It's fine. It'll hold you over. It's not life changing, but it does the job before boarding. Now the reason this still gets 5 stars: Corrine and Angela behind the bar are absolute pros. Fast, friendly, strong pours, and somehow keeping the vibe upbeat even when it's packed. They make the whole place feel fun instead of crowded. And Roman? Special peeps. Professional, welcoming, and one of those people who genuinely elevates the room just by being there. So yes, it's small. Yes, the food is meh. But the team is elite. Adjust expectations, tip well, and let Corrine, Angela, and Roman take care of you.

The breakfast buffet the day I came was horrible and looked worn down and had nothing appetizing on it... including the nasty, old scrambled eggs. They did have decent coffee. And honestly, I just needed a place to sit and work, so they offered that. The restroom is oddly configured and small... you walk in the men's room and there are three doors, thinking these are all stalls and no urinals, but walk in the first one and it's a urinal only. Odd! The seating in the lounge is ok, but there were many families with loud kids, so that makes it tough to work, concentrate, and make work-related calls. Overall, if this was my home airport, I'd never return to a Centurion and I'd probably cancel my platinum card. They need to work on this place!

While the clubs used to be spacious with decent food and drink offerings and excellent service, the clubs have become much busier with fewer seats available and average food and drink options. It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. This particular lounge is not among the largest Admirals Club locations nor is it among the smallest of the lounges I have been to. There is one long seating area along with an additional area in the bar. This lounge is located above the food court in the central area of Terminal F right near where the shuttle arrives and departs and before the terminal breaks into three corridors. I have been stranded in Philadelphia before when flights have been cancelled, and I have gone to this lounge where they have assisted me in being booked on a new flight and learning about nearby hotels. The food selections are nice and have improved in the past, which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups, Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). There are charcuterie offerings, dessert trays, a salad bar, hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and then house drinks. You can pay more for premium drinks and prepared meals. Access to the lounge is easy to get whether through the Citi Executive World Mastercard with free access for you and up to two guests. You can also pay $175 for up to three authorized users each receiving their own lounge access (with up to two guests). Also, One World alliance flyers with a certain status can access Admirals Clubs. I'm confident that making it easy to get Admirals Club memberships has led to lounges being overcrowded though now that you have to pay for authorized users instead of getting them for free in recent years, that may help. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club.
