My boat before I left Palm Cove Marina...they lost the prettiest boat in the marina!
    Mark H.

Unfortunately, I must revise my review of Palm Cove Marina. Altho tempted, I won't be vindictive with a 1 Star rating despite the unprofessional treatment I received when I cancelled my lease to move to a private dock closer to my home. However, I can't let my previous 5 Star rating and kind words about certain staff members stand either... We will call it a "miscommunication" between me and a senior staff member who I thought had clearly agreed to one thing, and another administrative person's subsequent actions later, regarding what my penalty would be, or not be, for early termination. There were some unique circumstances involved, but the process was cordial and professional until one phone conversation that changed everything, including my opinion of PCM. Suffice to say that PCM lost more goodwill than they gained in money over this unfortunate situation. And a note to the administrative person at PCM with whom I conflicted: remember you are in the customer service business. It is never professional or acceptable in any business situation, let alone with what had been an exemplary customer, to hang up on a client. PS. The dock staff is still great (Lloyd, Kevin, Will, Richard and others whose names I forget). I will miss their helpful and pleasant personalities. Thanks guys.

Gone is the crowded boat ramps in the early mornings! James is my usual escort on the dock. Besides refueling when returning to the marina, a very monthly membership fee is our out pocket to be a part of this club. After owning several boats, belonging to a boat club has been a win-win for us, as our time has been spend actually on the water and not with trailering/cleaning a boat. If you have been weighing pros/cons, this boat club is definitely worth your experience for the best time on the wayet!

Unsafe and owners are arrogant on members skill levels and blame their paying members instead of taking ownership and fixing said issues. Really a shame after being with the company for over 5 years. Highly do not recommend until the owners step up and keep their members safe and enjoying their time on the water.

Buffet style food had warm bread, salad, asparagus, grilled zucchini and squash, rice pilaf, salmon and chicken marsala. Servers circulated before the meal with coconut shrimp, sweet and sour meatballs as well. The space is great, being outside was lovely- it was a perfect day. Outside patio has views of the golf course, waterways & marina. Inside the head table for the wedding party seemed so far away from the guest tables, with a dance floor between us and them. There was several jokes cracked about that throughout the night. Staff were on point- I had asked for butter for the warm rolls at dinner and they took care of our table first and then added butter to the buffet line- just a little missed detail that was fixed right away. The food was good for what it was, I know food at events can sometimes fall flat, but they did a pretty good job with timing to make sure everyone got hot food. John and I are about to add a patio outside and the patio at the country club had cement slab near the building and large paver stones beyond, extending the patio out. John asked what I thought about pavers and I said nope- we would have to worry about weeds eventually and uneven stones- because I was extra cautious when walking on that section of the patio in my high wedges. It was just uneven enough to make me nervous. I would be that person who rolls an ankle and crash lands in front of a crowd, lol. Overall- this is a solid venue for events.
