One of the best experiences that I've had at the dentist! They've got a fabulous and convenient booking system, including online patient registration to save time. They require masks, lots of plastic shields, temperature checks, and medical grade air filters, I felt very safe. Everyone from the receptionist, to Lynne, the hygienist, to the dentist herself, was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I don't have dental anxiety, but they still frequently checked in on my comfort during the routine exam and cleaning. If you do have dental anxiety, they have tv's in front of the chairs and it looks like they have noise cancelling headphones to help. Dr. Abrahamian not only went over my x-rays in detail, with approachable and clear language, but also physically showed me everything she referenced physically on my teeth with a mirror. She was able to point out any priority issues, as well as issues that may come up in the future. At no point did I ever feel pressured to get expensive work done, which is usually my main concern at the dentist. Chris was also able to go over my bill clearly, kindly, again, with no pressure to spend on treatments. Everything was easy, efficient, comfortable, clear, professional, and approachable. Came in here for cleaning and xrays. They were super friendly and helpful and made sure I was knowledgeable about everything related to my teeth and gums. Dr. Ariga Abrahamian and the rest of the staff have all been very friendly and informative. They never waste your time waiting a long time and will always make sure to give you the best advice and answer any question you may have. Dr. Abrahamian does an excellent job with fixing any teeth issues including a chipped tooth and crowning and does amazingly on cosmetic teeth procedures, while also making sure you aren't ever in pain. After 9 years, my permanent retainer cracked at the bite of a crisp red delicious apple from my favorite Ralph's in town. Needless to say, I was relieved to not have that piece of metal on the lower part of my mouth. Nothing is more terrifying then needing emergency dental work during a pandemic but a week ago my permanent retainer popped off and embedded itself in my gums! I'd been really good at staying home until then and debated the risk but I knew I needed to have it fixed ASAP. The dental group who put it in for me was closed so I tried Palm Dental and in just 15 minutes they gave me an appointment time that same day and set up all my insurance info and paperwork online. When I arrived there they scanned my temperature at the door. Receptionist was kind and welcoming and put me at ease. The dentists are sisters and so sweet and charming. They had relaxing spa music and video on to help me relax. They also had full face shields, masks and gloves, which also made me glad they were protected from my breath and helped me feel protected too. The sisters and receptionist were the only ones in the building and they worked really well together. The building was spotlessly clean and I love the renovations they did. In the end they pulled the metal piece off and cemented it again on two of my lower teeth. It wasn't an easy procedure I'm sure but they did it with no pain for me and I felt very at ease the whole time. Whole thing took about an hour. Professional and painless and a week later everything is still working great. Will be signing on as a permanent customer as soon as cleanings come back. Can't recommend enough! read more

Five stars for a dentist who is professional, knowledgeable, and has the best bedside manner! Had an amazing experience at Palm Dental with Dr. Ariga. First, it was very easy to schedule an appointment. Second, loved the clean office and ample parking in the back. Third, Dr. Ariga's bedside manner with children is incredibly impressive! My 2.5 year old son is extremely high energy, but in Dr. Ariga's presence, he was eerily calm. He was excited about sitting in the big chair and picking out a cartoon to watch (they have TVs!). I don't know what kind of sorcery she used, but he listened to her intently throughout the appointment and was clearly enjoying himself. Then it was my 5 year old daughter's turn in the chair. If you have an inquisitive child, rest assured that Dr. Ariga will answer the child's questions in a respectful manner and won't rush through her responses. She explained everything she was doing and showed us where we should focus on brushing/flossing. The passion she has for oral health definitely shined through in her interactions. Finally, the BEST part was seeing my kids super excited about brushing and flossing at home and they don't fight me anymore when I try to help them brush/floss!
