They have been billing arbitrary amounts to my credit card with no explanation as to why. I also have money due to me for hundreds of dollars for an overpayment that was made months ago, which I was told would be sent to me via check. It never was. Today, months later, I sat on the phone for well over an hour, frequently on hold, only to be told -- WITHOUT any billing statement or explanation of the charges -- that my credit card was refunded for half of the amount I was originally charged and that they owed me no further payment. Again, I sat on a call for well over an hour, spoke to two different people, sat on hold for long stretches of time only to be told without any receipts that I was owed nothing. Do not give these people any money, and especially do not give them your credit card number. They will almost certainly cheat you and waste your time.

Discharging a baby from pediatric care because a parent called out their administrative failures is an extreme, defensive overreaction. If you want an organized practice with compassionate staff that actually cares about your child's continuity of care, stay far away from Sunshine Pediatrics. They care more about protecting their egos than treating patients.

When the doctor finally came in he was there for maybe 60 seconds to tell me all my lab work was fine and left. I went to the appointment with my mother to ensure that all went well. Again, it was okay. However, the meds she was prescribed were not sent over to the pharmacy. I called several times and her meds were never sent. I called the doctor to let them know a few days later and my mom finally got her meds. Fast forward- my mothers follow up appointment - I receive a call The day before her appointment to call her Insurance to have the doctor changed as her pcp was no longer with the Clinic. When I called the insurance company and was informed that the clinic put in for new authorization back in May to be effective in July. I asked why wasn't my mothers effective date June since it was called in - in May - the insurance person indicated that the doctor my mother was assigned to was due to Leave in July but he was t seeing any patients. I called the clinic to see why no one sent out notification of this new change, I proceeded to tell her that it was unprofessional to do that and she indicated to me that this wasn't the complaint department. I then showed her in my calender that I was in fact scheduled for 3:45 PM and to please let the doctor know that I am here for my adjustment. Suddenly , Ms. "Politically correct, no-it all Michelle", rudely barks, "You were over 10 minutes late" of which I told her was not true, as 3:53 is only 8 minutes, and further to please send Dr. Yeomans to talk with me. I simply stated, "Very simple, go ahead and pull the tapes from my last visit and you will see that in fact you scheduled me for 3:45 PM, today, as I wrote in my calendar." I told her their was no need to argue or be "politically correct", just to look at the video and if I am wrong, then I would accept responsibility, as my appointment was never at 3:145 PM, on June 21, 2022. Obviously Dr. Yeomans nor his Office Manager, Michelle, do not care about the poor way his practice is run, as it is another boiler room, "Sears and Roebuck" type place. This was evidenced by the doctor, 2x seeing me, from the hallway, but never even acknowleging me nor seeming to care, even after I requested a brief acknowlegement from two members of his staff, while I sat "like a fool" to wait and waste over 30 minutes of my time, in addition to travel time to get to and from his practice. Further the lobby, of Phoenix Integrated medical, was backed up yet again via overbooking. Sorry, but this is not the kind of lack of service which is acceptable in the least, and as such, if you don't mind such a non-caring group, then please don't say you were never given a proper heads up. Remember, you have lots of choices for Chiro, and my advice is to patronize only an establishment which first and foremeost respects you as an individual, versus demonstrating a pompous tone by both the doctor and their staff. I care too much about my health, along with the way I am treated, and thus choose to now give my business to an ethical, appreciative, professional group instead, as opposed to allowing myself to tolerate such experiences.
