The deluxe pedicure is the best in the desert. It is very very clean and well taken care of. The owners are very nice and friendly. They provide free full size water, coke, diet coke, etc. They have a lot of new and beautiful OPI colors as well as a very large selection for gels. They did an amazing job on my nails and my daughters acrylics. Everything was very professionally done. I am so glad I discovered this nail place and I have already returned multiple times and every experience I have had has been wonderful! read more

As a visitor to the area, I looked up Nail Salons and found three excellent recent reviews for Palm Nails. My experience exceeded my expectations. The salon was pristine and clean enough to perform surgery. As a diabetic, I must be very careful about my feet. Jane was kind and personable and my pedicure and leg waxing were both excellently performed. Jane's father-in-law is also a diabetic, so she instantly understood my concerns. I had the full luxury pedicure in a massaging spa chair and a half leg wax. I felt so relaxed and pampered. I would recommend Palm Nails to everyone with the highest praise. read more

I went in today for the first time and had a great experience! They were able to fit me in as a walk on with very little wait. Their salon is clean and comfortable. The owner Bin did my pedicure and he was very professional. He did a great job! I am definitely going back! read more

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! This salon is clean, the staff are very friendly. When I came in I was offered a bottle of water during my pedi and mani. Maya did an excellent job on my pedi and mani. It had been months since I've had my nails done and by the end of my treatments they looked like I had never missed an appointment. This nail salon is by far the best in the desert! The customer service is amazing & the owners are sweethearts. I've been here all but 3 times and after the first time they remembered my name and what I got done each time. I do not know the owners personally and I wasn't paid to give them five stars! This place shouldn't even have one star. Walked in at 4:00pm, there were 4 other people getting their nails done and they tell me they cant do my nails because they are too busy. The correct response should have been "do you mind waiting" not "we are busy, sorry" maybe even giving a time to wait and letting me decide whether to wait or not. Not very friendly service. read more

My sister-in-law and I tried Palm Nails because of the wonderful Yelp reviews. We were not disappointed. We both had pedicures. Our service was prompt, very pleasant, and very professional. I am very pleased with how my toes look and plan on returning soon. This is definitely the best place I have found in the desert to get a pedicure. read more

I love Palm Nails! This is only my third visit there but every experience has been great. The owners, husband and wife team, are very friendly and offer you a soda or water as soon as you sit down. Her husband gives the best foot massages along with the pedicure. Good products, too! Making an appt is the best way to make sure you don't have to wait to long. read more

I love this salon! Emily is my preferred nail stylist and there is not one callous that can remain under her care. She is also very precise with her art, and you walk away with a clean mani/pedi. Super clean salon, implementing plastic bags for pedicure bath basins to reduce fungal contamination and sanitized tools packaged separately for each client. Great pricing for a really great mani and/or pedi experience. It's a fun place to be while you are being pampered and cared for by the owners and the rest of the staff. Laughter in this salon is not uncommon. Very accommodating to walk-in's. I like making appointments, but both times I've come into this salon, I was a walk-in and was seen very quickly after my arrival. You need to come to this nail salon if you want a great experience at a fabulous price! I'm telling friends and family to frequent this place, too! Palm Nails is truly a "hidden gem!" read more

Once you go to Palm Nails you won't want to go anywhere else. They are all about the customer and making you happy and comfortable. This husband and wife team is funny and talkative and accommodating in every way. As soon as you walk in, they are eager to greet you and bring you a water or Diet Coke while you wait. I really liked this place. Very friendly and fast service. I appreciated that they were honest about wait times and recommended a better time for my appointment so I would not be waiting around. They really seem to honor appointment times which I respect. Prices were a little high, I almost think there was a mistake when I was being charged but it didn't dawn on me until after I left. (I paid $40 for a gel mani, no gel removal and a polish change on my toes.) That's more than a mani/pedi most places! But they are a tad nicer than your typical nail "chop shop". There was some polish left sloppily on my skin when they were done but they cleaned it up when I pointed it out. I am giving 3 stars because I can tell respect their customers and it seems they enjoy what they do. They do a fairly good job. They have tv on which I don't really care about. I'd rather have nice spa music. So that and the price is why I only gave 3 stars but I really did like them, I would return to Palm Nails. read more

Like Loire M., I also left Nails World. Tammy's bad attitude finally pushed me away! What a difference here. Ben, Jane and Emily made me feel so welcome. Absolutely 5 Star!! I have been extremely happy with Palm Nails! The owners, Jane and Bin are great! They make you feel at home while you are there and are upbeat.Their salon is clean, neat and very welcoming! They listen to what you want done and almost 'bend over backwards' to see that you are a happy and satisfied customer. I HIGHLY recommend Palm Nails. Please give them a call and make an appointment. After reading the reviews on yelp, I decided to visit the shop. I knew at once that this salon was what I was looking for. I made an appointment for the very next day and Emily did my pedi (wonderful) and she also did my gel manicure. The visit was enjoyable and the results are flawless. I've been to many nail salons over the years, but must say this one was the best! Very clean, modern salon and pleasant, efficient staff who did not spend the entire time chatting amongst themselves. Greeted upon arrival and made to feel welcome and relaxed. Excellent pedicure which included a sugar scrub. Will definitely go back. read more

I went to Palm Nails in early March 2016. I made an appointment before going. I recommend this as they were busy. The salon was very clean. While I was there I noticed that after customers they cleaned the floor and equipment. I had a tech named Tee. I was really impressed with the fill and the pedicure. This was one of the best nail services I have had. She took time to make sure that my nails looked perfect. The entire staff was very friendly. I will definitely go back when I am in the area. I wish they were in my home town. read more

This nail salon is great! Both Jen and Bin are very nice and welcoming. They do a great job and I always leave in a great mood with beautiful nails. I don't feel like I am nickel and Dimed for services that in my opinion are supposed to be included with a pedicure or manicure. They provide the whole service for one great price! Love them! read more

I live right up the street and found this place thru Yelp. What a GREAT place! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My girlfriend and I got pedicures we went in about 6:30, they close at 7. No problem at all they were happy to take us in and there was absolutely no rush to get us out. I went the entire summer last year without pedicures since the price at my regular salon was getting outrageous. This is a brand new salon, beautifully done with the nicest massage chairs and the price....$20 for a pedicure! Very pleasant atmosphere. It was my first time and you could tell there were many repeat/regular customers. The fellow working there kept everyone smiling with his teasing. Awesome pedicure! WOW! It is awesome to find that customer service is alive and well, at at least one place these days! I read the reviews and made an appointment with Bin. My expectations were far exceeded. He was running late, which wasn't a problem, as I had no place to be. The pedicure was one of the best I have ever had, and Bin has a delightful sense of humor. You immediately are given a bottle of water, and if you need to use the restroom, you are jokingly told "$20". I regret not finding Palm Nails earlier, since I am now here only part of the year. But I will be back, and tell everyone who will listen about this place. Plus, the prices are equal to or well below most other places. I highly recommend an appointment as even on a Tuesday morning, this place was BUSY! read more

Actually they pull all of their products out of a sterilization package, they are just very non-chalant about it. They have done it every time they work in my toes.

If this review were only about the technicians, it would be much higher. Unfortunately, the ongoing issue is scheduling and management. I always call ahead to book an appointment, but when I arrive there's often an excuse as to why I can't be seen on time. I'm frequently asked to wait an extra 20-30 minutes sitting in a chair, even though I had a confirmed appointment. It feels like the salon is consistently overbooked and understaffed. I don't think the staff is at fault they're clearly doing their best--but as a client, it's frustrating when time isn't respected. When you schedule an appointment, you expect to be seen close to that time, especially when you plan your day around it. I'm sharing this in hopes that management takes a closer look at how appointments are handled, because the team here really is great. Better scheduling would make a big difference.

The visit felt uncomfortable and somewhat disconnected, with very little direct communication, which made the experience feel dismissive. During the original service, a handheld gel curing light was used directly over my nails and the heat became very uncomfortable. Overall, I expected better communication and consistency, especially with an upgraded service.

I got an extremely fucked up septum piercing here with chip and his gorilla wife. Not only did he…read morepierce it extremely low, crooked, AND the ball fell off immediately which is further proof he was rushing and did not tighten it. He blamed me for "twitching". If you look at the piercing where he initially started before said twitch you will see that he already placed the piercing far too low. I got a lobe and septum. He never counted down nor did he talk to me before or after the piercing and I believe he used the same needle. I received NO care sheet or instructions on how to take care of my piercing. The whole experience was god awful. When I politely asked if it was supposed to be that low him and his wife said yes. After feeling like I fucked up my whole face in the car and crying I built the courage to kindly and discreetly inform them of this. They tell him that "I don't like it" and he says, "Well if she doesn't like it she can take it out." He was obviously very upset. mind you, during the piercing, he made me extremely uncomfortable and when I tried to hold my cousins hand he gave me no warning or time to. He yelled at me while holding the needle to my nose while I was fighting him that I'm not ready and I need to hold my cousins hand, he protests "No, No, No! You're not gonna hold her hand. No you're gonna mess me up!! Stop moving, I need you straight. No no no no holding nothing no" mind you I have a video of me sitting straight only moving my hand to get some support. I don't understand why somebody would continue to pierce my flesh with a needle in these conditions. or why he was rushing to do this. He made me extremely uncomfortable. So the ladies prep a chair to TAKE OUT MY FRESHLY PIERCED SEPTUM. IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL THEN YOU KNOW PIERCING 101 YOU NEVER TAKE A FRESHLY PIERCED PIERCING OUT. IT CAN CAUSE IRRUPT AND IRRATIONAL BLEEDING. He obviously had no idea what he was doing and his wife began to give me attitude because I said I wanted a refund at this point. (I still hadn't spoke to him directly he had his back turned to me.) His wife stands by his side (good for her, go down with your husband queen) saying they've done this for years. I could not believe their reaction to my complaint. She was smiling in my face repeating their idiotic solution to my problem which again i was "If you don't like it take it out we've been doing this for years." "It's not that I don't like it you guys messed up my face and now you're trying to do more damage when all I'm asking for is a refund. You can't take out a piercing so obviously you haven't been doing this for that long or he is not professional." "He's right there if you wanna tell him he's bad" she said that with a condescending face as if to strike fear in me. I turned to him and had pretty much the same argument with him except he gave me my refund and turned extremely pissy. I'm honestly surprised he didn't piss himself the way his neck vein came out. Overall terrible experience. I feel bad for the other people that have to work with this toxic couple. They obviously have a terrible relationship and are placing the weight of their troubles on their business. I should have been much more upset at these imbeciles for fucking up my face. There was a girl there who did my friends piercing before mine even though I arrived before her and I wish I had gotten her. Maybe if they weren't trying to rush through and had common sense they'd leave the job to the professionals. It's clear this place will suffer due to the managements clear ineptitude and hot headed service. Inshallah Karma does it's thing.
