Nice to have an alternative nail salon on deck when traveling. For my birthday I was treated to getting my nails done at Style Nails while staying in La Quinta. I was booked an appointment with Chloe as everyone says she is the best and does great work, which I can confirm is true after coming here! Chloe was wonderful and her attention to detail is unmatched. Never have my nails ever looked so good. She meticulously perfected them in an hour. While I only went with gel color she really shaped them beautifully like I asked for and they had a great selection of colors here which is always important to me. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my experience here given that it was so cozy and they played a great Korean cooking competition show on the back screen which helped the hour fly by. For $50 my nails looked pretty fabulous. My only upgrade is that I do wish a manicure came with a light hand massage / rub. My local nail salons do this but not here. Not a dealbreaker for me but usually ending with a light massage is my favorite part. Maybe it is an extra charge if I would have asked but most manicures include this. Overall though, still a great experience and I left a happy customer with my nails looking pretty cute. read more

This place used to be decent, not anymore. The quality of techs gone down significantly, it's also not as clean now. I came in for a pedicure, was put in a chair, 5 min later the person who answers the phone came over and dusted off old nail shavings from the chair I was sitting in. This person also knows nothing about scheduling or customer service, and should not be working front desk. I've never seen anyone make as many scheduling mistakes as this guy, and then also be rude about it. It was good while it lasted. read more

Had an appointment for dip less than a week ago, my nails are already catching my hair in the shower and coming up around the edges near the cuticle. Usually I can easily go 3 weeks, often longer before this. Service was friendly at first, but quickly changed when I mentioned my concerns with color and being told I requested something I did not after clarifying what I wanted on nails and toes several times. I hesitated to post, but after spending well over 100 dollars plus 20% tip to both my manicurist and pedicurist despite my disappointment, I'm pretty irritated that not only did I not leave with the color and effect I requested, the function is not holding up after one week. Your response says it all! What's in it for me to give you an honest review???? Your technician did not do their job and a real business owner concerned about his image wouldn't attack the reviewer. You just told the world you don't care about anything but the money. I had a different experience a year ago so perhaps you should be looking at your staff??? BEWARE- I had a Very different experience than a year ago. 5 weeks ago I got the most expensive pedi they offer. Today, I went to a different shop and discovered that they didn't even take my old polish off last time. My nails were fully painted the old pink under the dark purple they applied 5 weeks ago. What a scam, and yes, I should have been more careful to watch what they were doing but never dreamed anyone would skip removing the old polish. I will NEVER go back. Updated to add that all I requested was French tips - hardly a specialized service - and no one spent 25 minutes helping me with colors. That is an outright lie. YOU WEREN'T EVEN THERE!! Additionally, charging $5 for using more than one color is NOT standard. It's called GREEDY. You can try to rationalize your lack of professionalism and total lack of consideration towards a customer all you want. The people who work there are RUDE and INEPT. Obviously, it all starts from the top - which is you. You are a dishonest person and a poor example of how to treat a customer. read more
